"Von I think the twins should go with your mama to Atlanta." I said speaking up. "With everything's that's going on I'm not putting my babies in danger."
"Being away from my kids g?" He said scrunching his face up. "You sound dumb as hell."
"No you sound dumb as hell. You not the one with a bullet wound cause somebody wanna kill you over some shit I don't even care about." I said.
"My kids going with her period. My mama and stepdad will even go down there, I'm not putting my kids in danger because of the life YALL chose to live. I refuse and you know I don't play when it come to my babies so try me if you want to Dayvon."
"Man alright bro damn." He said. "You always know how to make a nigga feel bad."
Stressed wasn't the word. I was ready for all this shit to be over and done with for once and for all.
"You look like something bothering you what's wrong g?" Von asked me.
"For the past few nights I had been having these dreams of me dying. At first I shrugged it off up until last night I woke up and I felt like it was something choking me, then the shit that tripped me out the most is that I could've swore I seen a black cloud just hovering over me." I said and he instantly came over to me.
"Remind me to start taking you with me for late night studio sessions." He said. "You seeing ghosts and shit g, I think you going crazy."
"Stop playing Von." I said. "I remember when I was little my grandma used to always tell us that when this happened to a person, that was the death angel giving them a sign."
"Mook you just tripping yourself out." He said pulling me into his lap. "You gone be straight boo. Your grandma the same person who get high as hell for a living I wouldn't believe nothing she say."
This nigga don't never take shit serious.
"Dayvon I'm being serious for once. You know I'm not even a superstitious person." I said looking up at him. "I think I got
Although I wasn't as superstitious as most. I believe that anything that happens out of the ordinary is a sign and if God wasn't doing shit else he was definitely giving my ass a warning.
"FaceTime me soon as y'all get down there okay?" I said to my mama as I got the twins situated in the back seat.
"Bye my babies." I said kissing them both on the forehead.
As I said they were all going to Atlanta to meet Von's mama down there, atleast until shit died down.
"I'm about to cry." I said looking at them. "I can't take being away from y'all I hate this shit."

"They know you mean well baby." My mama said giving me a hug. "I love you Briann. Be safe."
"You too, Dayvon."
"I got you ma." He said giving her a hug and then going to kiss the twins.
"I love you, babygirl." My stepdad said coming over to hug me.
"I love you more pops." I said hugging him back.
"Take care of my babygirl man." He said looking at Dayvon with the straightest face.
"Damn pops give a nigga break."
"I'm serious lil nigga." He said. "I'm fuckin' with ya son. Hold ya head."
"Fasho og." Von said dapping him and them moving to the side so they could get in the car.
"Make sure y'all call me forreal mama!"
"Okay Briann." She said beeping the horn before pulling off.
"Von that same black truck been across the street for the longest." I said looking over there.
"I might be paranoid but I don't like that shit."
"Oh girl that's just Booka and them." He said and I smacked my lips.
Booka get on my last nerve like who play with somebody like that when it's somebody out to get them and everybody around them? I hate it here.
"He got that tint and don't know how to act."
"Booka bitch get out the truck!" Von yelled and Booka rolled down the window with the blunt in his mouth.
"Bro do you think you in Snoop Dogg in Baby Boy?" I said. "Why are y'all just sitting in the car."
"Cause this nigga wanted to be all mysterious and shit." Jada said as she was getting out just as Durk pulled up. "I don't know why Reese punk ass ain't just drive me."
"I just love how we all be coming at the same time." Kirah said getting out of her car walking over.
Her and Booka must still be on the outs.
*
"So I think it's best if majority stay here." I said speaking up. "We got the room and I'll feel better knowing it's more of us here than just me and Von."
"You know I'm here baby sis." Durk said. "Me and India plus my kids."
"You had me til you said kids." I said. "I love my nieces and nephews but leave they ass where they at."
"You so full of shit." Jada said laughing. "But I'm not staying since baby boy is coming any day now and I don't think it's safe for me but you know I love you."
"Duh bitch you were excluded from that anyways." I said and she rolled her eyes. "I love you more."
Booka and Kirah were still on this ignoring each other thing and it was honestly irking me cause this was the wrong time to be at odds with each other.
"Booka and Jakirah." I said making them look at me. "Talk now. I'm sick of this y'all both being childish as hell."

"That's him." Kirah said while Booka said "That's her."
See what I mean?
"Dude talk the shit out." Von said. "This the wrong time to be into it with each other g."
"Right." Jada said.
"Bipolar ass couple bro." Durk said. "I swear."
"Come on." Booka said to Kirah nodding towards one of the guest rooms.
"I hope you get pregnant!" I yelled out.
"Go to hell." Kirah yelled back.
Turns out she was never pregnant the first time she just had a stomach virus but that still doesn't excuse the way Booka was acting.
*
Some hours later Booka came into the kitchen smiling hard as fuck and that told me all I needed to know. Ew.
"I hope y'all washed my damn sheets." Von said mugging the both of them. "Y'all got cars for shit like that g."
"Shut up pussy." Booka said still kitchen cheesing hard as hell. "I got some cutty last night. Well three hours ago."
"Boy what is with you and these movie references today?" Jada said. "First it was Baby Boy now it's ATL."
"Now look at miss funny walking over here tryna be slick." Jada laughed as Kirah sat next to us.
"I heard some shit I did not wanna hear." I said gagging at what all we heard. "Don't do that shit in my house no more."
"I think I told that nigga I wanna have his baby." Kirah mumbled only for me and Jada to hear.
"It was the dick talking not me."
"I feel contempt with the fact that my possible niece or nephew was made in my house." I said and they bust out laughing.
By now it was just us in the kitchen talking cause the boys went up front to discuss something with Muwop and everybody else.
"Mook you gotta stop smoking man." Kirah said.
"I can still smoke after I'm pregnant right? Since you know I'm breast feeding an all." Jada asked me and I nodded.
"Yes." I said. "You just gotta pump and dump after you smoke so babyboy won't have weed in his system but you can always wait like I did cause I wanted to breastfeed the twins their first year."
"This a lot of shit to remember." Jada pouted.
"Pregnancy brain." I said. "Make you feel dumb as hell don't it?"
While me and Jada were talking I noticed Kirah looking like she felt a type of way.
"What's wrong best?" I asked.
"Right." Jada said. "I didn't upset you or anything did I?"
"It's just not fair and no you didn't Jada." She said. "I love you and Jada to death but I wanna experience this too.. I can't help but to be jealous of the fact y'all get to experience becoming a mother. I don't even know if I can get pregnant. Booka and I never used condoms, it's been a year and a half.. still nothing."
"I'm starting to think it's me bro."
"You working yourself up." Jada said. "Both of y'all need to go to the doctor to get everything checked out."
"If it makes you feel better I ain't want my son til I heard his heartbeat." Jada said making me choke on the water I was drinking.
"What? I'm serious." She said shrugging. "I wasn't sure if a child was what I wanted yet but once I heard that heartbeat the doubt started to go away."
Only Jada would put some fucked up shit in a sentimental way and be dead serious at that.
"I ask myself everyday why I'm friends with y'all." I mumbled.
*
"Omg y'all Cdai calling me." I said looking at my phone and answering it.
"My fucking brother. Put it on speaker." Von said.
"Mr. 22 fucking shots." I yelled into the phone and then putting in on speaker.
"Yoooooo." He said. "I miss y'all g."
"We miss you too my nigga." Dthang said.
"How you holding up?" I asked and he sighed.
"I got my days man." He said. "But you know how this jail shit go. You can't let niggas see you down in this shit."
"Kirah ass there?" He asked. "I know she is cause I hear her ass breathing."
Cdai and Jakirah were siblings. Same mama, different daddies but they were blood regardless. We don't do that half sibling shit.
"Boy fuck you." She said. "I miss you though brother."
"Miss you more sis and Booka bitch you treating my sister right?" He asked.
"Bro more like is she treating me right." He said.
"That girl be beating on me g."
"I do not!" Kirah yelled making everybody go silent.
"Her ass full of shit lying like that." Cdai said breaking the silence.
"I'm fuckin' with you bro." Booka said. "You know she good with me."
"Yeah alright." He said. "Aye i gotta call Edai but I love y'all."

Delve
Truth hides behind action. Delve. A word with many meanings. It may refer to an abyss, a dark place of no return or may also be a refuge, a haven of retreat from the harshness of the outside. None of those are right to me. For me, to delve is to seek the truth. Delving into that dark abyss and coming back with answers. To leave that safe refuge and suffer the pain of the outside just because it is real. This is the story of me delving deep into the truths of the universe. Suffering things that should not be suffered in search of things that should not be known. Once a common man, drowned in the same questions that have plagued humanity since the beginning of times, now I have found my answers. Now I have meaning. Delve, and you shall have yours as well. Jack is a regular citizen of modern society: he works on an office, uses public transport every day, receives a meager salary, and drowns his frustrations with entertainment and alcohol. Maybe, the only thing that sets him apart from many others, is his unique outlook on life. Despite feeling an unfillable void in his soul and suffering from deep depression, he still sees as his duty to be a functional, exemplary member of society. All in order to prove his life-goal point: no matter how good you are, life is still shit. This point-of-view, however, will be challenged by circumstances as a mysterious encounter with a weirdly dressed man takes him to a strange and dark cave. In this place, he will have to fight for his life against fantastical creatures from fiction, and more importantly, get face to face with his own nature. In doing so, he will uncover secrets about the cave that will change both him and all he ever thought to be true.

Dragon Ball, A True Coherent Fan-Fic
Author: So I was writing and erasing every time I had a chapter for my other story, I felt it had something missing. So I decided to practice by doing a Fan Fic after reading some of them. Some of them almost made puke of how much they made me cringe. Now I'll make it justice my doing one. I don't have to create too deep of lore. I can just work around what's already there and fix some things I hated in the original work. Vegito being retcon. Launch being lost in limbo. No love for Tien Shinhan. Synopsis: I died and reincarnated in the Dragon Ball universe. This is how everything went down after was reborn.

The Eternal Vigil
The year is 2220, a time when governments and nation-states are slowly becoming a thing of the past. Instead, all prominent parts of human society are now organizing around the commands of three great Artificial Intelligences, owned and operated by the world's largest corporation. World peace has been achieved, and the very word 'politics' has disappeared from people's lips. Religion has largely disappeared, replaced in some parts by worshipping of the great AIs, but mostly substituted by a devotion to material goods and faith in the market. There is now a general consensus that the best form of government has been found. No, it is not democracy, nor is it autocracy or oligarchy. Instead, it is technocracy - rule by the learned, the intelligent, and the skilled. And who are more learned, intelligent, and skilled than the great AIs? Exactly, no one. The AIs will correct some market failures once in a while, but shall otherwise let the market be free. After all, the freer the market, the freer the people. Some may question how society advanced to this stage, but that is all they will do - question. Because they will not find answers, for history is no longer taught anywhere. After all, it is not a practical subject. One cannot get a decently paying job with a history degree. Society doesn't have any time for people to idly ponder about the past. No, this is a practical society of practical people: engineers, doctors, lawyers, developers, managers, bankers, soldiers, and the such. My name is Aiden Scivit and I used to be one such practical man: minding my own business, doing my job, with the faith that hard work will always be rewarded by the market...and that politics and philosophy were things thought of by idly people who leech off society. But this all changed, and here is my story, my history. Just because the stories of ages long past have been erased, does not mean that a brand new beginning cannot be created. The story is already finished but I still need to do some editing so a chapter should be released each day for a month. It is a bit political, as you can probably tell by the introduction, so there is that (it will low-key read like a philosophy dump 10% of the time, so really it's like Atlas Shrugged but liberal and worse lol). Also, I actually wrote this in grade 10 as part of my MYP Personal Project, and recently touched up on it for online publication. Finally, if you find the writing style passable and are interested in my other works, check out the one in the link below. It is a fantasy set in the Ancient Greek world, and is completed and uploaded in full: https://www.royalroad.com/fiction/35099/the-oresteia-modernized
