"having twins?" I said looking at the doctor cause I was here for my 5 month check up.

"You are Ms.Patterson." The doctor said handing me and Von the ultrasounds without the gender on them because I was having a gender reveal.

"I only came here to get the results for my gender reveal tomorrow and it's two of em in me?" I said sitting up. "How one turn into two that fast? How? Huh?"

I was hot, fat, hungry, and tired. I was over it, I just wanna know the genders.

An hour and a half into the gender reveal it was finally time to know what the babies were.

I was bloody and refused to leave until I knew my bestfriend was out of surgery and okay.

"Good news we were able to get the bullet out of her chest." He said and I blew out a breath I didn't know I was holding. "The bullet was 3 inches away from her heart and I don't know how it happened but your sister had an angel on her side."

"Can we go see her?" I asked and he nodded.

The girls decided to let me go first and I rushed to the room.

I walked in and it didn't feel right seeing her hooked up to all these wires and machines.
