《The Solitary Sword Sovereign》Four-Step Setup! Seventh Door Open!

Jingsung Ha was hesitant about what to do as his body was blasted back due to the force of Hydrolytic Fission. He was still able to counter but Will was only a few meters away now. Will's steps were not ordinary ones, with each step covering a few meters.
Jingsung Ha strengthened the grip on his sword.
'I could use intent to freeze his muscle. But no, his Breath of Solitude will nullify that. I can't even get him to blink let alone freeze.'
The Breath Of Solitude not only isolated the enemy from their environment, but it also isolated the user of the Higher Sense from external forces. Only a massive gap in energy quality and quantity to overcome this.
'All I can do is counter him when he arrives. Time to show him my truth.'
Jingsung Ha started to prepare for a True Strike when the unimaginable happened. Will took his 13th step, and with it, Jingsungs body got stuck in mid-air, stunning the latter. He was still confused, when he heard Will speak.
"I am the arrow that strikes the heavens and yet knows no redemption."
A small whirlpool of energy a few centimetres in diameter appeared on Jingsungs cheeks, where the wound had been inflicted earlier.
'Sword Kaiser!'
Jingsung was gobsmacked when he realized what was happening. As a bonafide Solitary Sword Sovereign, he knew what was coming next.
The SSS manual had many techniques, with Sword Kaiser being the simplest. The concept behind the skill was divided into steps. First, create a sword using a piece of essence. It could be the essence of anything, object or living, so long as it was a small part of a whole and separate from the target's core essence.
Every object in the universe gave of intent, from living things to inanimate objects according to the manual. The second thing to do was to detect the intent of the target and trace it back to the core essence of the target, whilst connecting the trace to the sword itself. This trace acts as a path to the target's essence. Tracing that intent from the outside to the source is how one arrives at the so-called 'essence'.

This required thread-like control over one's intent.
This careful thread-like control over one's intent, something which Will was not familiar with himself, was not easy. This was only the second step and just by itself, it was draining Will's mind. Without the thousands of partitions in his mind, Will would not be able to do the second step as it required understanding a complex concept. Initially, Will struggled at trying to understand just what was meant by essence but over time, he came to a vague understanding, realizing that Sword Kaiser had incredible applications, one of which he was about to use now.
The third step was especially difficult for the mind, soul and body. The idea was to use his own energy to sharpen the essence sword whilst infusing his intent. Then bridge the essence sword with the core essence of the target. This was followed by the last and easiest step was to use that essence to strike at the original core essence of the target. The idea was straightforward. Attack the core essence with a sword made out of the target's own essence and intent. It was impossible to block an attack from one's own energy, this was why Sword Kaiser was unblockable once it made contact.
If one was skilled enough they could form thousands of swords or attack thousands of targets at the same time. The Technique's application is limitless, only limited by the user's ability.
Every Solitary Sword Sovereign Use had to learn Sword Kaiser. It was a mandatory technique because it was the foundation for all skills. One could then choose what techniques to learn only after Sword Kaiser had been learned.
'I see. When he struck me with anti-divinity earlier, he transformed his intent and used it to approach my divine essence to initiate the skill. And I didn't notice, is it because of anti-divinity?'
Sword Kaiser was a difficult technique to apply, especially at the lower levels. If used on a Sentient creature, then that creature would be locked in place. Sword Kaiser anchored a person in position. In other words, Jingsung couldn't even whimper.

'I could break out using my immortal powers but, that would be no fun at all.'
Jimgsungs Eyes sharpened. His body was stuck, but his mind was not.
Will had taken a few more steps, and a small knife-like dagger came out of the whirlpool of energy in Jingsungs body. Will seemed as if he was aiming for it as he lifted off diagonally from the ground, and headed straight to his opponent. Jingsung Ha was waiting for Will to come close before he unleashed his counterattack
'Utilizing Yin Aura, The Breath of Solitude, and Hydrolytic Fission for a set-up, then using Sword Kaiser to finish me. He has indeed proved his battle sense. He is a true blue Sword Borne.'
Jingsung now had quite a bit of respect for Will. He was a proud individual, and he could only be truly impressed with what he saw.
'Alas, all good things must come to an end. Time to end this farce.'
Jimgsung had no intention of losing like this because he still had one more card up his sleeve. But before he could use it, Will stunned him again.
Jingsung had mobilized his intent and was about to unleash a skill when suddenly, the energy in his body destabilized.
'Eh?'
To his shock, the small sword kaiser blade that was coming from his face disintegrated into nothingness. A small chaotic world energy fluctuation spread from the whirlpool as it collapsed in on itself. This fluctuation had a slightly stunning effect on Jingsung, even his mind.
Sword Kaiser was a disruptive skill that often caused the world energy around it to rebel. It was very difficult to use energy-related skills after it was used. Almost all skills in the system were energy-related, resulting in it being more than simply a finishing move.
'He wasn't planning on finishing me off with Sword Kaiser, it was still a set-up.' Alas, it was too late. Will's silhouette was already in front of the petrified Jingsung.
"Let's see whose truth is purer. Mine or yours."
As Will started his motion, raising his sword. As he charged, he burst open all the doors within him. His yuan rampaged as his aura shot through the roof. Yin-type sword yuan burst forth as his doors opened with a violent tempestuous aura.
1st door, 2nd door, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th! All doors opened! But that was not all. As the sword reached the peak of its ark, a crackle like lightning emanated from his body as the yuan within rampaged within him.
'He's opened the seventh door, he made a breakthrough mid-battle!'
One of the most common ways to ascend immortality was to open all of one 12 doors. Gaining access to the 7th door meant that Will was now one step closer to his original mission. But he was not in a jovial mood. Until his foe was vanquished, he would lose focus.
Will wasn't sure why, but when Jingsung's aura changed earlier, he always had the urge to wipe him out of existence. Will did not know that this was the godslayer mind at work. All 2 million plus minds of his worked overdrive to utilize all of his yuan. This was an all-or-nothing gambit.
'This, this is a True Strike!'
Will was not going to finish this battle ordinarily, he was confident that the power of Truth brought him here, so he was going to finish with it.
