We all felt the giant thud. I ran as fast as I could and I found Rose and Jack on the boat deck. Jack and her held me as we looked up as we looked up and we saw the iceberg"Get back!" We did and huge chunks landed on the ship.

We had all decided to share the most recent news with Ruth and Cal. I noticed that Lovejoy sneaked the rare blue diamond necklace into Jack's jacket pocket. Mr. Ismay"When can we get on the way,damnit!" Andrews"THAT'S FIVE COMPARTMENTS! She can float with four compartments breached,but not five. Not five. As she goes down, the water will spill over the tops of the bulkheads at E deck,one to the next back and back. There's no stopping it" Captain"The pumps" Andrews"The pumps buy you time,but minutes only. As of now,no matter what we do. Titanic will founder" Ismay"But the ship can't sink" Andrews"She's made of iron. I assure you,she can and she will. It's a mathematical certainty"

Captain"How much time?" Andrews"Captain"How much aboard,Mr. Murdoch?" Murdoch"The Captain turned to Mr. Ismay"Well. I believe you may get your headlines,Mr. Ismay"
