《Lost Luna》royal

She barely looked fifteen but bowed her head and gestured for us to follow her. We ascended three staircases and travelled down four halls before we stopped at the first set of doors. She spoke softly and politely as she showed my brothers and Sean to their respective rooms. Sean was still on edge from being away from Primrose and gave us a small nod upon closing his door.
"This will be your suite for your stay, Alpha, Luna Titan." She bowed before she opened a large dark wood door.
Luna Titan.
I could get used to that.
Phoenix hummed and thanked her dismissively once we stepped into the room. It was a large bedroom for sure. A huge, huge four-poster bed sat to the right, two steps leading up to its podium. Silken, white sheets spread across its width, fluffy white pillows at the head.
A large chest of drawers sat to one side, a room I assumed was a closet beside it. Small tables on either side of the bed stood with glass lamps and once again the golden emblem sat on the handles. A vanity was to the other side of the room, along with a huge TV nearby and a surround sound system.
It was a room fit for King...
A door leads to a huge en-suite bathroom and I excused myself quickly. It was pristine white and gold with a shower and bath big enough for four people. A large mirrored vanity made me wince at what I saw when I relieved myself.
"What do you think?" Phoenix asked when I left the bathroom.
"That I need to wash and not touch anything." I chuckled.
"Already ahead of you, here." He passed me a towel from his hands. "You go first, I'll wait. Shout if you need me, I'll be there."
I clutched at the towel and thanked him. I walked back to the bathroom, phasing at the door. He looked at me expectantly, but I shook my head at my thoughts. I would ask him after we were clean.
Climbing into the hot stream of the shower, I relaxed my aching muscles and made sure to scrub every piece of me possible with the complimentary soaps. Once out, I carefully peeled off the gauze on my wounds and put them into the rubbish bin.
I eyed them through the mirror, the stitching holding nicely and the wounds not seeping any kinds of liquid. It had slowly healed, a small layer of skin beginning to cover the wounds. Meanwhile, I was secretly amazed it was a fog-free kind of mirror. Magical.
I chuckled at myself and began to brush my teeth. Toothpaste never tasted so good. Once that was done I dried off the rest of me before putting my hair into the towel and wrapping it on top of my head. I found a white robe, with the emblem on the chest pocket, and pulled it on. On a shoe rack were four pairs of slippers, more emblems, and more fluffy whiteness that had me sighing in contentment.

I left the bathroom to see Phoenix raising from an upholstered bucket chair. His muscles stretched as he did, his eyes focused solely on me. My body hummed under his gaze, and the realisation we would be sharing a room hit me all at once.
He passed me silently with a kiss on my cheek before going and washing himself. At some point during my shower, clothes had been delivered, along with my backpack. I eyed the silk pink dress, immediately not liking its feminine touches. I knew I had one more cotton dress in my bag so chose that, but pulled on some of the men's boxers I found beside the delivered clothing box.
I sat on the edge of the pillows on the bed as I contemplated how to bring up my questions. I dried my hair the best I could as I thought. Hearing the shower shut off, I swallowed my pride and decided I'd just ask him straight. What I wasn't prepared for, however, was Phoenix leaving the bathroom still dripping wet with the towel tied low on his hips.
My mouth has parted in question but remained hanging at his appearance. Tan, golden skin glistened with the water droplets. His muscles taught with every stride. His arms were raised, a small towel drying at the wetness on his head. He smirked knowingly at me before coming to a stop at the foot of the bed.
I stayed where I was, my knees tucked to my chest amongst the pillows.
"I didn't think you'd like the nightdress." He mused.
I shook my head, taking a long blink to try and cure the desire I was feeling. I was unusually aroused, Cel's hormones not helping calm my racing heart.
"You okay?"
I opened my eyes again only to slam them shut with a squeal. He had dropped the towel at some point and was pulling on some boxers. I saw everything.
Every. Thing.
My heart was hammering now, the image of his manhood burning a hole into my brain. It didn't help at all with the desire already running rampant in my head. Its long thick length was hard to miss, the brief details I caught did not disappoint my nature or Cel's dirty mind.
Rough and warm fingers pulled my head duo and I opened one eye to find Phoenix kneeling on the bed.
"Hiding my love?"
A small mumbled moan left my mouth at the deep baritone sweetness of his voice and I immediately winced when it left my mouth. I found him stoic in front of me before a crude smirk graced his features.
"You sure you're okay?"
"Y-yes." I stammered. "You just surprised me."
He laughed but fell into the pillows beside me, his arms raising against the wooden headboard. I scanned his sculpted body, my eyes raking in every detail. I lingered too long in places I shouldn't have before finding his darkened eyes smirking back at me.

"See something interesting?" He teased.
Oh, Goddess.
I hesitated, trying to calm my brain as he watched me.
Finally, I gathered my thoughts.
"Yes," I spoke. "Why do you wear the same emblem as the royal family?"
His eyes widened and he lost the teasing expression on his face. He shifted his weight on the bed and let out a deep sigh. I stayed silent as I waited for his answer. I tapped into the bond to find nerves seeping through his emotional cracks.

"I don't know how to say it other than being blunt, okay?" he eventually sighed.
"Okay," I agreed.
"The King is my Uncle. My mother was his sister, but when she mated an Alpha she moved away from the castle to go and live at his pack." He explained.
Did he just say he was a descendant of the King? Did I hear that right?
"You're related to the King and Queen?" I squeaked.
His eyes darted to me and despite the seriousness of the situation, he smirked. "I am."
'Okay, Mr Cocky...' Cel mused.
"Are you in line for the throne or...?"
He shook his head. "My cousin Alexandar is, he has to take position once he finds his mate."
I frowned, remembering something my mother said about hoping the kingdom will be ruled better under his reign. I really needed to shape up my knowledge.
"Will he be a..." I drifted off, not wanting to offend him.
"A better King?" He laughed. "He will. He is older than me in both human and wolf years, but he is very compassionate. I cannot wait for the day he throws his father off that damn throne. Edward has been a grumpy, prejudiced ruler for way too long."
"How long has he been in reign for?" I wondered.
He quirked an eyebrow. "You don't know anything about wolves do you?"
I frowned and looked away from his teasing gaze. I couldn't help it if I wasn't allowed to attend school. I was Omega; I had to work.
"I don't mean it like that Nova." His hand wrapped around my shoulders and pulled me into his chest so I was laid against him. "They treated you terribly in your old pack, just because they thought you were human. They held onto that hope of you being a Lycan for pure greed. You suffered badly because of it, things will take time to get better. But I'm here for you, and if it means educating you on werewolf history then I am here for it. What did you learn at school?"
I winced. "I wasn't allowed to attend."
He tensed, a growl slipping through his lips. "Why not?"
I sighed. "I had to work."
"As a child? Goddess Nova, you were a teenager you should have been in school." He spat. "If I could bring that sorry excuse of an Alpha back to life I would torture him slowly for everything he has ever done for you."
I let out a small chuckle, knowing he was serious. I raised my hand to find his in the bedsheets, pulling his fingers through mine. The golden ring teased me, glinting against the colour of his hands.
"Do you maybe, want to attend school? I mean, you don't have to but I can get you a tutor or..."
"No, it's fine." I chuckled. "You can just tell me the basics? For now?"
"Of course." He smiled. "The current King and Queen have reigned for one hundred and eighty-six years this year. My Mother was born after him, she was the fourth child of my grandparents, who are still alive you know... They had three children, and each had their own children just like my cousin Alexandar who's the eldest of Edward. In human years he is sixty, so plenty of knowledge to rule the kingdom."
I hummed as I listened and he continued to tell me about his family tree. His mother was a royal and left thirty years ago to live with his father at Blood Moon. How he was an only child because his mother was unable to conceive any further babies. It saddened me, to think how empty that must have felt to lose multiple babies over the years.
When he had finished giving me the rundown of his family history, I found myself yawning and struggling to stay awake.
"History boring you?" He chuckled, "We could always move onto biology."
I elbowed him lightly and he coughed out a bark of laughter.
"I'm just tired." I yawned.
"I know my love, just rest for now. I will be right here when you wake."
His deep baritone soothed my ears, a gentle kiss was pressed to my hair. I hummed in delightful agreement and let myself slip away into peace.
