Tomorrow came quick for Alex. She acted like she usually did around everyone and quickly went home afterwards. Her duffle bag was still packed in the Volturi had left early that morning.

Alex changed into all black to help her blend in more at night and when it came she put her plan into motion.

Just as she took a step outside did her phone ring. Picking it up she regretted it quickly.

'I saw what your going to do and I'm telling your. Please dont do it"

Alex rolled her eyes. "Hello to you to Alice and Why are you watching my decisions thought you were busy with the save Isabella squad"

'I'll tell Carlisle '

"Tell him.so you all can leave dear Bella alone for the taking. " alex smiled knowing Alice wouldn't know what to do and broke into a car. She hot worked it and quickly drove onto town

'Fine but go down Keppel Drive. Its safe'

Alex narrowed her eyes slightly at that. "Alice you sure" she asked seeing Kepple drive coming up. She turned into it without another thought

'I'm sorry. This is the only way to keep you here. They wont kill you'

Alex eyes widen before she stepped on the brakes.

"Alice, what the hell did you do. " she snapped. Putting the car in reverse but it was to late. Her car door was ripped open to reveal the same vampire from before staring down at her with a smirk.

"Ah we meet again"

Alex called to the shadows trying to teleport but he had grabbed her and threw her out of the car. Rolling a view feet away she tried to get up only to scream in pain when she put weight on her hand. "Not so tough now little human" the vampire mocked walking twords her.

"Never said I was tough but I am smart" she made the shadows cover her effectively hiding her from his view.

"You hunting me big guy" she questions using the Shadows to make it seem like she was everywhere. She knew he couldnt pin point her at this point but was also in to much pain to move

"Victoria wants you. Not only do you run with the Cullens but your also gifted" he walked around squinting his eyes looking for her and failing

"Run back to your master. Tell her If she wants me to come get me herself." Alex was quick to make his foot sink into the Shadow like last time before showing herself. "I also down run with those bambi eating vampires. Honestly I'm putting my money on you guys in the fight. Dont dissapoint" she adds glaring at the male who smirked back at her

"You got spunk, I like you" he says smiling at her

"Yeah well I hate you" she mumbles limping down the road and groaning once she saw Alice and Jasper waiting for her.

"Your decision changed the second you wanted to fight back. I saw you get kidnapped at first but this is better" Alice smiles walking twords her.

"I was better off getting away, you know unharmed" she snaps glaring at her.

"The Volturi would have killed us if you got away. Plus they wouldn't have killed you. We would have saved you in the end."

"I'm not taking any chances based on your gift" Alex snarled swing at her only to miss when she moved out of the way. "What the hell is wrong with you" she added pulling her hurt hand to her chest. "You think you know what's best cause you can see the future...news flash pixie dont...matter of fact your crazy"

Alex glared at the pair before calling to the shadows and teleporting to the bus station. She got in without another thought. She didnt know where she was going only that she had to get out of this town. She was finally free for now. She knew running from vampires would be difficult which mean she had to be smart and sneaky. She didnt know how long she would be able to stay on the run but she was determined.
