That day Elena came to her apartment in the evening after a tiring day in the office and greeted her sister and niece who were busy munching snacks in the living room while watching some Disney movie. She thought of making something for herself but her sister had other plans..

"Elena we will have our dinner outside and go to club with friends, so have some light snacks, then get ready and we will leave Noel with the Woods.." Alya said not even turning to her. She was worried for her sister, trying to play Cupid and taking on her big sister role seriously..

"Umm.. no, I think I will just laze around in the house, you guys push ahead, I will take care of Noel" Elena replied knowing her sister very well..

"Elena, don't do this, otherwise I will have to take you forcefully, you no longer enjoy with all of us like the other times, you have to do it, come'on for me, please?" Her sister tried the best method 'emotional blackmailing'

Elena sighed. There's no way out, she can see it in her sister's eyes..

"Okay okay, fine, just give me some time, I am tired for God's sake" she said leaving for her room..

After an hour or so she came back rejuvenated, wearing black lace knee length dress with her hair in soft curls at the end, light and natural make up on..

At the same time Alya came out of her room all dolled up and whistled giving her a compliment on her beauty. Both the sisters left Noel with their neighbours and went to their all time favourite club...

They hailed cab, reached there and soon were joined by their friends Taylor, Erica, Adam and David. David had got acquainted with her colleagues as he frequently visited her office. Elena jumped into David's arms seeing him after a couple days due to both of them being busy..

"How are you Cutie pie?" David asked hugging her back equally energised with a bright smile. "I am good Dav, how are you?" Her muffled voice came with her head still on his chest..

"Good, good" he replied. They started chit chatting when the rest of the group came to them. Elena thus introduced David to all her friends who did not know him yet, her sister and her sister's friends and soon they were heading inside. All her friends wiggle their brows suggestively seeing David and Elena walking closely to each other to which Elena laughed loudly thinking what would happen when they would know truth about David. Alya who witnessed all this narrowed her eyes at Elena. She knew her sister was hiding something because she definitely was interested in that McCarthy guy so why was she touchy touchy with David and the fact when did they became so close because he definitely did not once visit their house. She had to know..

Inside the club, all ordered shots while Elena had a mocktail, they teased her to loosen up a bit to which she declined knowing she couldn't handle it. After some more drinks, Erica, Taylor and Alya moved to the dance floor and Adam, Elena, David were left behind. Adam tried to make a move on Elena as usual but this time David saved her from awkwardness. "Come Cutie pie, lets shake a leg" he said in front of Adam to save her from him and then slowly whispered in her ear " hot guyyss"

Elena giggled at his excitement and they both started dancing together.

"How's he?" Elena asked him trying to be the cupid in love life.

"No, he's redhead..I am more into blondes and brunettes." He said snorting trying to see who interested him better. After some time, she excused herself for washroom and was going when a crumpled paper hit her straight on the forehead. She furrowed her brows and craned her neck to see left, right no one was there. She ignored it and continued her visit to washroom. On going back she saw David talking to a guy, she laughed to herself and sat at a corner observing people. She thought of checking time and searched for her phone in her wallet, but couldn't find it.

Hayden came to his condo in the evening and asked Martha to take rest. He got freshened up and came to had his dinner, warmed it and took it to the living room to enjoy it while watching some news. He thought about Elena who was constantly checking up on him if he was ok or not but has stopped since evening. He wanted to call her.. to talk to her but was battling on whether to call or not.

After eating and continuously thinking, he dialled Elena's number. After 4 rings the high pitched voice came "Hello" He was curious who must be using her number. Then he remembered her niece. She was a child, this must be her. "Hello" he said clearing his throat. "Who are you?" Noel innocently asked who has been playing on Elena's phone since the time she has accidentally left it with her. "I am Elena's friend, give her the phone baby" he said as softly as he could muster. "Oh, she not here, only phone here" she replied in a baby voice. "Where is she?" Hayden asked casually indulging her..

"She go to club with momma" Noel replied equally casually knowing her mother and aunt usually went there leaving her with the woods. "What?" Hayden replied loudly then realised what was he doing..listening to wincing of the child "I mean.. ok" he said lowly and cut the call. He didn't called Michael for he would take time and immediately left in his car driving himself to see what was she doing. But then he realised he didn't asked Noel for the name of the club. On second thoughts, he thought maybe she would in the same club she usually talks about. Speeding more, he reached there in 20 minutes and immediately got inside.

It was packed with so many people, how would he find her? that only if she was actually there. But he knew she couldn't be in the VIP Section, there were rare people allowed so she must be on that floor or not. Searching left, right and everywhere he couldn't find her. He was about to leave when he saw her in the corner dancing with David. Ofcourse.. he thought.. that guy. He gritted his teeth. They were dancing too close for his liking and he couldn't take it. He marched upto them and dragged her from there holding her arm in death grip clenching his jaw. David was engrossed in dancing he didn't realised her absence. Elena who was sober first got tense when suddenly someone started dragging her but slowly realising its Hayden stopped struggling. She was confused at his behaviour. "What are you doing here?" She asked once they were out of the club and away from the music. He didn't answer. She frowned more. "What happened?" She asked again now reaching a quiet place.

This time he answered with a question itself "you love testing my patience, don't you?"

"What?" She said more confused..

"I told you to stay away from that guy but you didn't listen to me" he said loudly gritting his teeth controlling his anger. "Oh, but Hayden he's my friend, you can't just Tell me who to talk and who not" she said softly now realising why he's angry. "Why not?" He said more loudly than first time. "Because you are nobody, I can talk to whoever I can and I will" she yelled furious at his behaviour and confused with their relationship. "Oh Ms. Kingsley, I am nobody really? You really think so?" He hissed at her pulling her forward from waist. She tried to free herself but he didn't even budge. "Hayden don't do this" Elena said in defeat. "Why?" He said huskily palming her her cheek then moving his fingers through her hair in a loving manner. "Just don't" she said her voice cracking eyes lowered. "I LOVE YOU" He said without leaving her or changing their position. Her neck snapped in his direction on her hearing an 'I love you'. With a loud beating heart she said "you love me? You lo....love m..me as a friend right?"

Hayden smiled a dazzling smile and shake his head "Ms. Elena Rose Kingsley, I LOVE YOU As a man loves a woman" he spoke loud enough for her to hear.

"You know my middle name? I never told you.." She asked surprised.

"What? I tell you that I love you and your reply is how do you know my middle name?" He asked incredulously. Elena was trying to distract herself from the overwhelming situation by saying that but on Hayden's words her dam broke and she hugged him tightly sobbing. He softened seeing her like that. He cooed lovely words in her ear, shushed her and kissed her head time to time to make her stop cry. After some time, she stopped, sniffing, she faced him and said softly "I LOVE YOU TOO HAYDEN so much that it hurts to see you marrying off to someone" ignoring the last part he smiled so bright at her answer and kissed her passionately pouring all his love in it. Elena kissed back with equal fervour without any guilt reliving all her emotions.

It was not soft but sensual and rough kiss indicating their passion and sexual tension between them. Both busy in their own world. Their hands roaming around each other's bodies. Hayden squeezed her ass to which she gasped and he roamed his tongue inside her mouths tasting her. Elena moaned in pleasure which further aggravated their kiss. Elena parted from him after taking a deep breath and said "I really.." "I know" Hayden whispered already knowing what was she going to say..

"Lets go" Hayden said holding her hand again moving forward.

"What, where?" Elena said surprised at his sudden mood change..

"To my condo" he replied short and casual without turning to her continuing moving forward.

Elena stopped there with a force to make him stop, he turned to her, she was hesitating and not meeting his eye. He raised his brow at her behaviour but then he realised what must be she thinking. "Come" he said pulling her with force against her resistance and said smiling "don't worry , I am tired and I just want to sleep holding you in my arms"

She stopped resisting and happily trudged forward...

On reaching his car, he opened the passenger door for her, settled her in, and come to his side starting the car.

"You came by driving yourself today?" She asked cheerful with a twinkle in her eyes. "Yeah" he replied smiling, gazing at her once and again seeing forward while driving.

Elena was still not able to believe that Hayden loved her. She was staring at him so lovingly that Hayden replied without turning "stop it or otherwise I will have to stop driving" she got startled and turned away with embarrassment. In the meantime they reached his building. He entered the elevator holding her close from waist and pressed top floor. On reaching his place, he pressed the password and entered still glued together. They passed living room, kitchen, a hallway to the end where his room was located. Tired he changed his clothes in the bathroom and came out. Elena was busy admiring his room still rooted to her spot. It was painted off white but the curtains, bedsheets everything else was black like a guy's room. Hayden saw she was wearing her dress from the evening, he gave her his tee and sweatpants to change. She obliged with a smile and came out only in tee reaching less than her knees and returned his sweatpants to him. "Sorry, it was loose" she said to him but he was not listening. Hayden was busy checking her out, ogling at her legs. "Hayden" Elena called loudly and more sternly. "Uh,... Yeah? I mean yes, its ok, sorry I don't have something smaller than this."

"No its ok" Elena replied awkwardly. He understanding her uncomfort walked close to her, held her hand, kissing it.. took her to bed saying "trust me" with so much love in his eyes. She became relaxed somewhat and laid down facing him closing her eyes. Hayden pulled her from waist towards him, closed his eyes and slept peacefully holding her close.....
