The owner of the FORD MOTORS company wanted to produce an engine which was never introduced before. There were many things about that motor, which made it different from others. But some parts of the v-8 engine with 2 cylinders were extremely hard to make.

By that time Ford was too small. It didn't produced any motor (cars) by the time. It only produced car parts and engines.

Henry Ford one day called his workers and told them to make the engined he desired or wished for. But the reply his workers gave was really disappointing.

"This would be impossible to male." They said.

Henry gave them a little smile, and said, "Produce it anyway."

He knew the engine was impossible to make. But his dictionary didn't had that word. He wanted the engine, and he'll have it.

After some years, the workers were still struggling in order to make that v-8 engine.

One of the workers went to Ford and said, "it's waste of time, that engine couldn't be produced in any way."

Ford didn't thought about it, he smiled again. "I want it and I'll have it."

And guess what, that was the burning desire of Henry Ford die to which we know Ford now! The workers finally produced the engine!

And it earned him amount of about $2-3m, which is a lot of money 💰.

What we learn from this is that, it's the burning desire towards the thing we want, our wish towards the thing, our staying focused quality and never giving up, can give anything.

When he was asked about his SUCESS. His reply was simple. "KNOWING WHAT ONE WANTS!"

We people need to imagine, we need to convert our dreams into action and so only they could be transmitted into reality. You can never have money in reality of you don't see them in dreams.

"if you don't see riches in your imagination, you'll never see them in your bank balance."

It isn't just money, it's about our love towards something and going on towards the same path definitely will give you money.

Hard work doesn't but smart work pays!

Ford could have told his workers to stop producing the engine and forget about it, but he didn't! He said, "Go on..."

Don't stop

That's what makes the difference! Ford's love towards his work brought him money, a lot of money, even though he didn't wished for it.

Don't dork for money, work for your love towards the work. Money will follow and flow.
