《Loving Everly Gray (✔️)》Chapter 62

"Baby, I am coming home." Elliot smiled at me as we FaceTimed with each other.
It's been four years already, since we started the long distance relationship due to college reason. We both got into two different university as the program we wanted to take was in two different places. It was a struggle at the beginning, but we are here now, so close yet so far away.
Four years back, after Christmas. I spoke to Hunter who was on bail, "Why would you do that?" I asked him as we stood outside police building.
"Do what? Kidnapped you?"
"You told Elliot about the address, why would you do that?"
"I was blinded." He said. "Landon." He paused for a moment as he looked thoughtful. "We have been through so much and was there for each other, we started the club by renting that place and opening a boxing place, first to train and a place for people to practice, our thoughts or my thought was, that it was a small business, then he turned it into entertainment and money started pouring in. We are just College Students, trying to find ways to pay the tuition fees. It didn't hit me until you told him, that he was climbing the goal all by himself. It was true, he was doing what he wanted-from us, it became to just him. He made decision all by himself as if I was not there with him all along, this was not the plan we made for the business, we were just some immature teens who was starting business for tuition fees and went to the wrong side."
"Are you all in trouble?" I asked.
"I really don't know." He said. "We don't have much criminal record, at least I don't and apparently some of the people are taking advantage of the situation and want to take over the group and is now spilling all the beans about Landon to the police."

"Is Elliot in trouble?" I asked.
"He is the victim of bullying. Everything, that he has done for us was done in force and there were evidence regarding that, sent by some of the people who was trying to take over the company and now Landon is charged with couple of things." He sighed. "Who would have thought that our thoughtful and inexperienced business plan would be so messy?"
"I hope you will live better." I said to him.
"I hope so too, I will face the consequences and work on living better in the society."
"Are you coming to pick me up, baby?" Elliot snapped me out of my thought. Elliot had to flew to Australia for his study, but every break he used to get, he comes home and finally he is coming home, not just for a while. He is coming to where he belonged.
"I might not be able to, baby." I apologize. "I have one more exam tomorrow."
"Really?" He said surprised, "I thought it ended yesterday, that's why I booked the fastest ticket back home." He pouted.
"I am sorry, baby, but we will be meeting after that?"
"For sure." he muttered. "Okay baby, I have to go now. I will see you very soon."
"Safe flight baby, see you very soon."
I played with my bracket as I waited for Elliot's appearance near the entrance gate. He landed a while ago and I was so excited to see him. Cole was casually leaning on the wall and playing with his phone. He was here to annoy Elliot because for him it was, "He was alone and no one could have annoy him, now is the perfect time."
"You might want to be careful or you will be seeing moon and stars in the broad-daylight."

"Everly, you are growing interesting these days, college treated you well?" He joked.
"More than that." I laughed.
I see him walking out with just a suitcase and a backpack on his bag, His beautiful eyes was hidden behind the shades. People had to turn back to look at him again and I understand, his beauty is something rare to find. He was surprised to see me waving as he ran to give me a hug.
"I missed you." He muttered.
"We met like fourteen weeks ago?" I said.
"That's way too long for me." He said as he pulled me in for a quick kiss.
"And here I thought, you will be happy to see me." Cole muttered. "It didn't really mattered if I was here or not."
"That's right." Elliot agreed and Cole gasped.
"Kidding, bro." Elliot said as he showed his fist and they give each other a fist bump. "Always glad to see you, I missed you too." And give him a hug.
"Am I late?" Abby asked, as she ran to us. "I just finished giving an exam and came here straight." She huffed and stopped in front of us.
"You are always late." Cole said laughing. "When are you not?"
Abby glared at him.
"You two and your little arguments, I am hungry." Elliot said, "I didn't eat much in the plane and I am super hungry."
"We can go for sushi." Abby suggested.
"We should go for burger!" Cole said and that's how they both ended up arguing in front of us of where to go.
"It seem too noisy here." Elliot joked as he took my hand. "I missed you all."
"We missed you too." I squeezed his hand.
"Did you miss me though?"
"I missed you more." I said.
"I don't think so, I know that I missed you more than you did." He said, grinning and my mouth dropped opened.
"No, I missed you more." I said.
"Sure you did." He teased as we both laughed and exited the airport.
I don't know in few years time where I will stand, but all I know is that there will be some people standing beside me and I know I will be standing beside them. Meeting Elliot, was beautiful. He taught me things, that I doubted years back; he made me feel much more than I usually do and I hope he feels better about himself too. Loving someone else start with loving yourself first, and that's what I did, that's what he did and we made it this far and I hope we can be each other strengths and weaknesses; it's okay to be weak as long as you don't give up, as long as you try because one day you will be stronger than before.
