Seowoo was silent the whole car ride home, Heejin sharing a concerned glance with Jeno who sighed.
Chenle bit back his rising anger once seeing his Dad, instead moving his hand over Seowoo's but she didn't react.
She blankly stared out of the window.
"Drop me off here."
"What?" Jeno asked, confused at her emotionless tone of voice and her request.
"Stop the car."
The car came to a halt and Seowoo was quick to exit the car, recklessly immediately walking across the road.
Chenle caught sight of the graveyard across the street and exited the car- watching the girl already enter the gates.
With her fists clenched and heart on fire, Seowoo walked down the path that seemed foreign to her.
The lump grew in the back of her throat, bile bubbling up at everything that began to hit her.
Surely not, this can't be real.
The girl stopped abruptly, casting her eyes down at the grey headstone- forcing herself to look away as she immediately felt nauseous.
Shutting her eyes to stop her vision from spinning, light headed and heartbroken.
12 months, a whole year since he died.
She collapsed onto the ground in front of his headstone with her emotionless eyes staring at it.
"You knew all along...why didn't you stop it?" She whispered out, her voice thickening and becoming hoarse. "Why couldn't you live for me?"
A silence filled the air as Seowoo felt everything that had been building up inside her explode with a heart wrenching sob that cut through her throat and escaped from her mouth.
She couldn't find the words to say except feel the overwhelming amount of guilt eating her up, along with the betrayal she faced.
It was as if her whole life was a lie, the most important relationship she had turned out to be an utter lie.

She felt used, unable to comprehend in her mind that her own parents who brought them both up killed their own son.
"Jeongmin," she cried out, voice breaking into a whimper. "Please, come back to me- I can't...I can't live without you."
"I cant do it, it hurts- it hurt please make it stop." She sobbed, clutching her chest as she bent over, kneeling down.
The cold air around her turned into small droplets of rain which she didn't even pay attention to.
"It hurts." She repeated through her unsteady cries.
She looked up at the sky as rain began to fall on her, tears streaming down her flushed cheeks.
"I'm sorry."
Seowoo cried for a while, sniffling as she looked back at the gravestone to notice the flowers she recognised at the ones Jeongmin always bought Miyeon along with a note.
Confused, she picked it up with shaky hands. Her eyes stinging from the endless crying yet she opened it up.
Seowoo clutched the letter in her hand tight as she wiped her tears, lethargically walking until she noticed Chenle leaning against the wall by the gates.
He looked up once seeing her, giving her a small smile unsure of how she was but she immediately found safety in his embrace.
I've already found someone who makes my time worth living.

An Unbound Soul
When Peter suffers a too-close encounter with a truck, he finds himself reborn in another world. At first glance it is a perfect fantasy land. There's magic to play with, elves singing in the forest and a hyperactive catgirl neighbour. There's even a System that lets him earn skills and level up. But it isn't long before he notices that the world is far too perfect. Just why is everyone so nice? Can Peter accept the alien morality of this world's self-proclaimed protector, or will he seek to overthrow her? Set after the events of A Lonely Dungeon, a few hundred years after the rebirth of civilization, this is a story about an earthling falling into Erryn's new world and the subsequent struggles of himself and Erryn to understand each other. It's a slow paced slice of life, and while there are pieces of action, don't expect any immediate grand conflict between Erryn and Peter. Published here, scribblehub and amazon. Two new chapters a week on Tuesdays and Fridays.

The Empty Valley Cries Unheard
The stories can be read at any order. Phew, this story was finally finished at last! What could I say, it was a hell of a ride when I wrote it from the beginning to end. Thanks for having me on RR :D All the current chapter had already done a run on Grammarly, so hopefully it'd be more readable. ...kinda feeling lazy so calling off the edits for now. A couple of old / new attempts of combining Horror, Comedy and Absurdist elements. I'm not very good at writing Horror stories but I'd like to try once in a while. Although the first chapter may be completely screwed up, believe me--I mostly write fluffy gay scenes between two girls. It would PROBABLY become a lot lighter as we moved up the chapter count. Not for the faint of heart, but if you're like me who like some absurd or nonsensical stories, this might be right up your alley. Sorry in advance if some of the chapters seem normal lol additional tags : nonsense / absurd / parody

A Demon Lord's Reincarnation
Selina’s got a pretty active imagination. When doing math, she pretends that she is a great detective solving a heinous crime! Ordinary tasks, like a trip upstairs, turn into a perilous adventure to raid a dragon’s cave! She believes that life should be full of wonder and magic, and tries to force the world to cope with her conviction! But when Selina wakes up to remember her past life as the Demon Lord, she has to face the fact that real life is messy, and not anything like what she imagined. With ancient powers stirring, family problems, and the hectic life of a teenager, Selina will have to discover more about herself if she is going to survive the trials ahead. With the help of her best friend and a fair share of luck, she might just get through this alive. Maybe. (Updates (hopefully) on Sundays) This story started out as a flipped isekai. Instead of a hero being pulled into a medieval world, a Demon Lord is pulled into the modern world. It has since moved a bit beyond that initial premise but it is the foundation of the work. Along the way, I threw in dragons, elves, dwarves, and some vampires (but no werewolves, gotta nip that in the bud) all wrapped up in the political drama of a modern world. The story, however, will mainly focus on the characters and their development and as such, is a bit of a slow burn. It may take a couple of chapters to get into. You have been warned! (PS, please show patience for the author's notes. They're a bit crazy and don't always make the most sense. The author's a bit of a ditz. Please ignore him.)

Blood & Noodles
[participant in the Royal Road Writathon challenge] As they always have, humanity hunts the gods roaming the world, craving the supernatural power that flows within their veins. Even a drop is zealously guarded, passed from master to student through the ages. It is with this stolen power that the Blooded - those with divine blood coursing through them - grasp beyond mortality and achieve prestige, power, and greatness. Yet, for every fraction of power gained, thousands perish, slain by the gods' supernatural prowess. But everything is beginning to change. Eight years ago, for the first time in human memory, a god was felled. Part-time chef and full-time nuisance Orvi wants nothing to do with gods. Living in a derelict city, his only concerns are ensuring his adopted family's restaurant is prosperous and how to best beat the neighbourhood boys in a fight. If he's lucky, he might even snag a date with the farmer's daughter at the market. But even though he cares nothing for the gods or their blood, the world won't leave him alone forever. Because to reach godhood, one must first leave their humanity behind. *** The first arc of Blood & Noodles follows the adolescent Orvi as he attempts to navigate his rapidly changing home and - by his own definition - protect his family. The story is told almost entirely in the first-person, from the perspective of a teenager who isn't always the sharpest tool in the shed. There are tragic elements, especially in the current arc. It's character-focused and driven, though the protagonist's shenanigans are backdropped by a world operating independently from him. Orvi's a generally light-hearted character, and though the story veers into darker territory, I also want it to be able to make readers smile. Action sequences, despite the fantastical elements, are meant to be grounded and clearly-conveyed; Orvi is a brawler, not a warrior. I'm trying to write a story that's enjoyable to read and flows nicely, mainly because it's more fun to write. I'm also trying to improve my writing, so any feedback, whether positive or negative, is welcome!
