Don't you know I'm dangerous?
Fire burning in my blood, I've got this handled. I don't need rescuing.
From what she could see, the figure stood in the doorway of her kitchen that was on the opposite side of the hallway from the door.
She clamped her lips together incase she made a sound of fear, pulling the knot in her laces tighter as anger fuelled inside her.
Frankly, this all was becoming irritating to her.
Why was she suddenly a target, why now?
The girl slowly got up from sitting on the steps, eyes trained on the reflection as the figure was halted still.
She clutched the staircase railing tighter, stepping out from the hidden space- facing the door as if she was leaving however as soon as she turned the key and unlocked the door- Seowoo turned around.
Her eyes were dark, slitted at the figure with an expression that stemmed from determination and anger.
The figure on the opposite side of the hallway lifted his head up, face concealed by the hat revealing itself and to say she was shocked was a huge understatement.
"Seowoo."
"Mr Ryu."
She kept her voice void of any reaction despite her utter shock but she forced herself not to delve into it and distract herself.
"Nice of you to show up uninvited."
"I thought I'd pay you a visit, catch up."
Seowoo let out a wry chuckle, fake smile dripping venom. She reached up taking her earrings out and throwing them to the side nonchalantly before her expression wiped out completely.
"Great, I'd love to pick up where we left off."

"They should be here at any minute now sir." The young male informed, bowing at the man who puffed out smoke from his long drag of the lit cigarette that was held in his gloved hand.
He nodded, dropping the stick and stepping on it.
"Alone?"
"I think so, there's no reason for him to not come alone."
The man hesitated but nodded.
"Get the 7 to prepare their guns, I'll be waiting in the car." He spoke, turning around in the cold evening air and towards his car.
There were two cars parked at the cliff, entering the one that wasn't owned by him- sitting in the backseat.
He turned to the figure who was already waiting for him.
"He's coming soon." He informed, staring out of the window as the masked men began to get ready- matching spider tattoos on show.
"It's his own fault, we warned him." The other person spoke.
There was a knock of the window, rolling it down to see Mr Ryu stood there.
"He's not alone, should we take out the girl too?"
The two figures in the car glanced towards the two siblings.

"Hm, no...she might prove as useful to us. We can hold her accountable for his mistakes. If she doesn't accept within five years then she'll follow the same fate."
Mr Ryu nodded at the male and his accomplice who made the orders.
"As you wish."
He rolled the window back up as Mr Ryu left, tapping his fingers on his knee with the blue moon tattoo engraved into his skin.
"Get this over with and report to the boss."
The man informed the other figure. "He'll be pleased to know we've taken out a traitor."

Seowoo's fist launched towards the man with no trace of hesitation as she threw her body weight behind it- all of her strength pummeling to his cheek.
It hit him with such force that blood pooled in his mouth and pain erupted in her own now bruised knuckles.
He stumbled, exposing his vulnerability and allowing her to immediately tackle him to the ground as his head hit the kitchen tiles with a thud.
She swung her leg over him- straddling his legs with her weight and strength pinning him down- forearm over his neck.
Applying force, he began to struggle for air.
"I thought you fucking died." She spat out darkly through gritted teeth.
His hands reached up, clawing at her before grabbing hold of her ponytail and yanking on it- kicking him off of her.
Mr Ryu stumbled up, spitting out his blood that dribbled down his chin- facing her as she basically snarled.
"Dead?" He let out a humourless laugh. "You've always been such a naïve little bitch."
"Naïve?" She scoffed. "You're naïve enough to show up in front of me with that tattoo of yours- I should have killed you when I had the fucking chance."
His lips curved up into a villainous smirk, lunging for her but she was able to slip his grip- grabbing his arm and twisting it behind him forcefully to elicit a groan of pain from him- kicking him onto the ground via his back.
His chin went smacking onto the tiles and he began to crawl into the living room as Seowoo followed him at a normal unconcerned pace.
"You killed my brother."
"I didn't kill him...my men did." He wheezed out laughing manically and Seowoo stopped in the living room as she watched him haul himself up with blood fingers gripping the couch.
He swayed as he walked with blood seeping from his cut open chin as Seowoo stood there with her arms crossed at her chest.
"Wow, so funny." She countered sarcastically. "Who ordered you, why did you do it?" She demanded.
"The boss."
"Yes you fucking idiot, who?"
"You might know him or heard of him, he goes by the name-" before he continued to speak, he lunged at the girl as he slammed her into the glass display.

The shattering of it sounded through the air, causing her to gasp at the shards piercing her skin.
"You fucking whore, you think I'll tell you? I'm here to kill you."
Seowoo gritted her teeth, ignoring the excruciating feeling spreading over her body and before she could react a hard punch was sent to her nose and she was pinned against the wall with his rough palm encasing over her neck.
Blood streamed from her nose, dripping down over her lips and staining her white top.
She opened her mouth to breathe, unable to get the oxygen to her lungs and he tightened his grip.
"Listen to me, you ruined my life. Because of you that day, ruining my plan... I lost everything." He spat out.
Seowoo's ears were ringing as she clawed at his hand desperately- her vision blurring with tears and lungs burning with the need for air.
With more force on her neck, the cold headed gun barrel was pressed to the side of her head with the click from it sounding through the house.
"I hope you rot in hell with your brother." He seethed out, finger inching towards the trigger.
Seowoo looked up at him through her wet lashes lined with tears, unable to breathe as blood streamed down her face.
She closed her eyes momentarily, feeling herself begin to give up, slipping through the cracks of consciousness.
She wanted to give up, she wanted to run behind Chenle as she usually did as he saved her like the coward she was.
She wanted someone to save her, a miracle to happen and people would come to her aid.
However, that wasn't her anymore.
She wouldn't be rescued by anyone but herself, she would be the one to survive for herself.
Gathering the blood in her mouth, she immediately spat it out at his face rendering him disoriented.
She grabbed the gun out of his hand and pushed him with the force she had left- gasping for air as she leant against the wall.
He growled in disgust and anger, wiping her blood from his face as she continued to heave for air, head pressed against the wall as blood thumped behind her ears and her body shook.
As soon as he regained balance, his face contorted into an inextinguishable anger that was void of any mercy.
His jaw was clenched, the veins in his neck and forhead bulging along with his eyes that widened and stared at her with intents to leave her dead.
He strode over to her, heavy footed with his fists clenched.
Seowoo's hair matted to the back of her neck due to the sweat that sheened over her. Her lungs still burning and pulse erratically pulsating.
Pain excruciatingly coursed through her and she couldn't breathe properly as he gained closure on her.
Panicked as she watched him, feeling her death on the tip of her tongue as he advanced.
All she could think about was her brother as he died, his last seconds of life flashing through his eyes.
Mr Ryu would have both of their deaths awarded to him, their lives placed as a trophy- another kill streak.
She couldn't give up, she couldn't leave Chenle behind.
He was the sole reason she had even become stronger, both mentally and physically.
It no longer caused her to break down at the memory of her brother, instead she felt more at peace that he was resting in a happier place.
So when she looked into Mr Ryu's merciless gaze whilst he advanced on her, she made the split second decision pressed against the wall half alive with blood oozing from her body and tears lining her waterline.
Impulsive, she lifted her hand which gripped the handle of the cold heavy gun- pointing it directly at his head and not wasting a second to pull the trigger and dispose of the bullet straight into his skull.
The sound of it vibrated through her, making her flinch as her body went numb and the gun went clattering onto the ground along with his body.
There was an eerie silence that followed the loud gunshot, her eyes trained on his body that fell lifeless in front of her, his fingertips by her feet.
She let out a short sharp breath of air, feeling the sudden overwhelming guilt of taking a life conjure up inside her, gripping with its claws at her heart.
Her back was pressed against the wall as she slid down it. Incapable of holding herself up through the sheer shock of what just happened.
Seowoo didn't hear the door opening that she had left unlocked. Chenle saw the mess of the kitchen ahead- the instinct kicking in.
"Angel?" He questioned, stepping inside and walking into the kitchen where blood stained the ground and the walls. Smashed plates and the stools knocked over.
Dread set inside him, panicked and infuriated. His heart began to pound quicker as thoughts rushed through his head.
"Angel, where are you? Seowoo?" He asked louder and desperate- footsteps quickening.
He turned the corner into the living room door and his eyes immediately landed on the sight in front of him.
Seowoo was collapsed onto the ground, head leaning against the wall, bloodied and battered. There was the dead body of a male in front of her along with the gun by her hand as she unresponsively stared at the life she took.
She actually killed someone wow
