Elizabeth's pov

"It's elias' turn." said someone and a chorus of whispers swept across the room.

A burly man stood up.

"Hi there." smiled the girl, "what do you need help with Elias?"

"Well you see," he said, stumbling over his words, "my wife left me a few weeks ago and, I just.. I can't focus on anything at work and I have to keep my job to support my little girl."

The young girl at the front nodded wisely.

"What's your little girls name?" she asked

"Helen"

The girl nodded again and the man sat down as she picked out a few notes and began to play.

"I run a lot of miles of life and crime

And mountain climbs and quittin' times

Packing that load of lyin' rhymes

And tired jokes and wooden dimes"

her voice was absolutely captivating and every watched, glued to her slight form as she sung about reliance and devils and forgiveness.

by the end of the song the room was warmer and the man, Elias, wore a slight smile on his face.

"Thank you." he said, "thank you so much."

The girl nodded.

"Who's next? the owner said i've got time for two more scheduled and an impromptu."

Another person stood up but I didn't hear what she said. I was too focused on trying to listen in on the conversation of whispers being held behind me.

"could that be..." started king.

"I've never heard anyone else sing like that." groaned ban and I hear him shift beside me.

"It does seem like something she would do." mused Meliodas.

"What, help others?" asked king.

They fell into silence and not long after the girls second song ended.

"What are we gonna do about it?" asked ban, interrupting the new recipient and catching my attention once more.

"Well, Elizabeth asked for our help." said king.

"And our help we will give." agreed meliodas, "should we try and get the request?"

there was a short silence.

"What should we say?" asked Ban.

"That a few years ago our group of friends was torn apart and we've slowly been looking for the members to bring it back together." said meliodas.

"That we are tired and we miss our family." added king, "we just need some extra strength."
