"It's time!" The old man yelled as he walk into my room. "Time to get ready. I'll send someone to come and get you when you wedding starters. So get ready."
With that he left. 'grate.' I got ready and I was wanting for the girl to come in and tell me it was time to go. I then happened to look over to see my knife.
"Are you ready?" The woman asked on the other side of the door.
"Yes." I wisperd as i opened the door.
She then took me to my "dad." I walked up to him and then he started fixing my hair. "Dad, can you tell me more about this man?" I asked.
"What do you mean?" He asked.
"Well if I'm going to marry him I want to know about him." I said with a fake smile.
"Let's just say he owns his own farm, and his own village. He's like us but better." He said backing up making sure I looked perfect.
"What if I want to marry someone different?" I asked as blush came to my cheeks.
"Nope, this man is perfect for the family." He said crossing his arms with a smile.
"But dad, I don't even know him and I already have a man in mind that I want to marry." I said.
"Well, get him out of your mind. I already got a man for you and your going to marry him, and your going to like it!" He yelled the last part.
A woman then walked in. "He's ready. Time to give her away." She said with a smile.
We walked outside where everyone was. As soon as I got next to this man that looks to be 70 I pulled out a knife on him. "W-what the he-" he got cut off by me stabbing him in the leg. It wasn't that deep but I did make him bleed, thank Goodness.

"Y/n! Stop!" Dad yelled grabbing me as a woman came up to try and take the knife from me.
"Do it and I cut you." I wisperd giving her a death look. When she got closer I kicked her in the stomach. I then tried to squirm myself out of my dad's hands. The random man that I was supposed to marry slapped me in the face, then took the knife. "Hay give it back!!" I yelled still trying to get out of my dad's grip.
My dad then through me to the ground. "How dare you!" Dad yelled. "You are going to marry him! And you are gonna like it!!" He yelled before slapping me.

"Where is he?" I asked.
"I don't know, I found him in the village a few months ago. He said he had a lot of farms and villages. Thus I gave my daughter away to him." He said with a smile as if he was happy about what he did.

The Ingress Estate
Jonathon Eucole. Soldier. Scholar. Now an Initiate, the dedication without dedication, he finds himself both prisoner and master of an arcane edifice, the Ingress Estate, which can neither be escaped, nor controlled; only diverted, maintained, and pacified. This is a gothic fantasy story, set in a world in which gods and the afterlife are not only real and known, but were both established in living memory of some of the inhabitants after millennia of arcane warfare with the being who constructed the mundane reality the humans occupy. But this isn't the story of those who colonized the afterlife at the cost of their own humanity, but a somewhat more ordinary man, in somewhat extraordinary circumstances. This is also a LitRPG-lite, which means there's a system of sorts, fragments of which can be observed through Jonathon's eyes. Don't expect level-up screens, or statistics, or indeed numbers much at all, beyond those the inhabitants of the world itself apply to understanding their own reality. It pretty much doesn't matter to the story, I mention it so those who don't want to read LitRPG at all can successfully avoid it here. I don't have any particular plan here, just some ideas inherent in the genre. This is a character concept I toyed with some years ago; an old man, bright of mind but weighed down into apathy, both by his past and his responsibilities for a terrible estate that cannot be left without stewardship. Don't expect any kind of overarching plot or story, because that's really not what this is about. Also don't expect much dialogue. Or character development. Or much of anything, really, because I've planned nothing in the way of an actual book, here. Other relevant information, if you've read this far for some reason: The MC isn't super-powerful to begin with, and probably never will be. He's a veteran with some useful skills, and the insight on how to use them, so can deal with the world's ordinary threats reasonably well, but not too much beyond that. --- Currently on hiatus, as currently the story has a rather poor ratio of effort-to-personal-payoff. I may return to this once I have a clear idea of how to get the stories where I want them. I've started a more standard LitRPG using the same system. But if you like intelligence characters who cleverly min-max their classes, it probably isn't the story for you; it's the story of a rather ordinary guy who winds up in a very similar universe.

The immortal snail problem
“You get 10 million coins, but a magic immortal snail will spawn within 10 kilometers of you. It is as fast as a regular snail, but it will always be chasing you. If it touches you - you die. Do you take the deal?” This obscure message is the first thing you see along with a gun near your head. What will you do if you don't even know where or who you are? Problem...Yeah... I would even call it 'The immortal snail problem'. Improvisational writing. I will try to make small irregular updates. There may be polls. Enjoy.

The Ramayana - Lakshmila's POV
We have read The Ramayana as kids and always knew it to be the story of Rama and his consort Sita. Every character has an important role to play. But not all of them have found much importance is any of the version. One such character is Urmila and her story with Lakshmana. All versions mention Urmila's sacrifice as "Unparalleled" but none depicted it. This story is an attempt to present the story of Ramayana from Urmila and Lakshmana's POV. Note : This story is fictional. The characters are the same. This story is an insight of The Ramayana through Lakshman and Urmila's eyes. There would be Nobody's POV also. The events are the same but the depiction is part of fiction. Parts of the story is loosely based/inspired from Sita's Sister but I have taken creative liberty to give my character more edge and depth.
