We ran all the way to the well before stopping kagome then looked at me. "Now, you have to promise not to leave my side." She said with one finger in the air like she was pointing at the sky.
"Why?" I asked as I looked at the sky then back to her.
"Because we are going to the future and I also don't fully trust you." She then put one foot on the well. "Okay let's go."
"Okay," I said jumping in with her. Just as I did a light came out of nowhere and when the light faded I looked at Kagome then I looked up. "So do we just climb out?" I asked.
"Yep." As she said that she started to climb.
Once we got out of the well I looked around. "Wow! So where do you stay?" I asked walking out of the small shelter.
"Remember what I told you!" She said running after me.
I turned with my hands behind my back as I turned on one foot. "So, where do you stay," I asked.
"Ugh, you're only here because I only agreed on bringing you here because I have some questions about you, your dad, and why you were with Sesshomaru." She said grabbing my hand.
As she walked into this house an old man came out of nowhere with a woman. "Kagome who is this?" The woman asked.
"T-this is a new friend I brought her over so we could... Uh... So we could.. study, yeah study! Now, will you excuse us." She said walking past them and then she shut the door to her room before looking back at me.
I sat down on her bed with a smile. "Wow, was that your real mom?" I then looked up at her. "And who was that old man? They seem nice." I asked looking down at my feet.

"Yeah that was my grandpa, and the woman was my mom, well my real mom. Why did you run away, your dad seemed worried about you." She said.
I looked up at her with a weak smile. "My family is dead." She looked shocked and clueless. "They died when I was little when it happened. All I have left is a demon. He's back there with Sesshomaru, Rin, and joken, I left home so I wouldn't have to marry a man I haven't even seen. I rather marry Sesshomaru than a man I have never seen before." I said with a little blush when I said Sesshomaru's name out loud.
"So, you don't want to go home because your?" She stopped waiting for me to say what I call him.
"I call him dad, I called my real dad papa," I said.
"Oh uh okay, so you don't want to go home because your "dad" is forcing you to marry a man you've never met."
"Yeah, it would have been different if I had known the man. I was going to do it but changed my mind. I was going to marry a man because dad saved me, I owe him my life I just couldn't bring myself to marry a man I've never met." I said as Kagome sat down next to me.
"Oh I see and that's when you ran away. Makes sense. So how did you end up meeting Sesshomaru?" She asked.
"Rin found me and ran off. Me being me I followed her as she ran to joken. They both led me to Sesshomaru without knowing. Sesshomaru knew I was there but the others didn't. Rin told him that she met me, he then knew I was the one who met Rin in the woods. He found me in the tree. I also ended up falling out of the tree. I begged him to let me travel for them till we come across a good village that I could join."

"Oh, so he took you in for further notice." She then stood up. "You know what. How about you go back home and tell your dad that your okay and tell him how you feel and he might not make you marry a stranger." She said with a smile.
I stood up with her and walked to her door. "I can't do that. First off, I know my dad. He would never call off it off. Second, I'm happy fighting with joken as Rin plays with a demon, and Sesshomaru always looking back at us out of the corner of his eye. Rin is special and you can tell she's loving once you get to know her. Joken, he's different but in a good way. Sesshomaru, he's is own person, he doesn't like people telling him what he can and can't do. I may have met them just a little while ago but I think of them as friends already." I said as my weak smile just got bigger. "Say Kagome, would you be my friend?"I asked.
"Sure. Why not." She said with a smile. "I'll tell your dad your fine and not to worry about you." She said. "Now let's take you back to Sesshomaru and the others."
We then left to go back to my timeline.
Well, there we go. 875 words total. I hope you enjoyed this chapter I made it longer than the last one and once again I'm sorry the last one was so bad. I hope this makes up for it. Also if you want something to happen just tell me okay.
Thank you! :D

We Don't Want to be Main Characters!
Twins Kazama and Belle were born under a lucky(?) star. They are the main characters of not only this story, but many others in their own world. Psychic powers, magic, alternate worlds, and every other trope from anime and literature rears its head in their daily lives. After becoming jaded by their crazy experiences, the twins have decided to aggressively pursue normal high school lives. Currently on hiatus for the forseeable future. The current schedule is one chapter every week. There will be a one week break after a set (series of named chapters) ends.

Chronicles of Xod (returning from hiatus)
After a long recovery over a chronic motion sickness issue, I feel I'm ready to return to writing this book. It might be slow at first, but I'm hoping to pick up where I left off. I apologize again for the long hiatus. The pages following are a true account. An account of how I, Josh--a teenage nerd from modern suburbia--ended up in a strange world filled with fantastic magic, bizarre creatures, and terrifying dungeons. Despite the troped-up fantasy feel of the world, this is hardly an ordinary tale. For one, don’t expect a happy ending. With the trials I’ve been through, the horrors I’ve seen and the atrocities I’ve committed, believe me when I tell you, this is not a happy tale filled with friendly rainbow bears or teenage flying unicorns. It’s more likely you’ll finish this book mentally scarred as I will not spare the details of my unfortunate adventures. With the help of my trusted companion Gui, I gain an insight that no one else in the world has. This knowledge allows me to exploit and, for lack of a better term, metagame the system which gave me a clear advantage over its residents. “With great power...,” someone might begin to quote to me. In my defense, I think maybe even you, reader, might have acted similarly with how this reality changed my view of good and evil. This story will be updated regularly on Wednesdays around 6 PM. There will only be about 1000 words per update. The focus is to finish the story before doing any major changes or editing. Please read as if this is a work in progress, not a finished product. Feel free to let me know if you see any error, whether glaring or minor. If you help me out, I'll be sure to add you to a thank you list at the front of the book when it is published. Chronicles of Xod is a first-person fantasy novel that follows the adventures of a young man from Earth. Through unknown circumstances, he finds himself in a fantasy world where life is not all wonders and happy endings. The story takes common fantasy concepts from my favorite video games, books and movies and gives them an adult edge. It also introduces some taboo concepts often glossed over by stories written for broad audiences. The style is meant to be immersive and heavily detailed. The short novel will be written in a way that attempts to bring a sense of realism to an unrealistic genre. Where there are realistic consequences and dangers in a world populated with violent monsters, cruel demons, bloodthirsty undead, and immoral bandits. In this fantasy world, the inhabitants are essentially gender blind as far as sexuality is concerned. There is also more variation amongst male and female physiology. This isn't meant to be any kind of promotion or demotion of social behavior in reality. Just a concept I thought would be an interesting idea to have in a fantasy setting. I highly discourage anyone from reading this material if you are personally concerned with being offended or traumatized. Both violent and sexual content will be graphically detailed. All characters involved in sexual scenes are mature and of the age of consent(18+).
