《穿成校園文男主的后媽》101 (END)

The scenery of Xi City is picturesque.
However, it is not as comfortable as my own home. The winter vacation for senior high school students is not long, and it adds up to about half a month. After spending a few days in Xi City, the family of three left a lot of tourist photos and set off to go home contentedly.
Fortunately, after going back, Zhou Mingfeng also rarely entered vacation mode.
As New Year's Eve approaches, the streets of Yanjing have become deserted. There were always traffic jams on the streets when I arrived at work. Suddenly, there were very few cars. I occasionally saw buses passing by and there were not many people in the cars. The place with the most delicious taste is the supermarket. Jiang Jinjin feels that the Spring Festival is still the biggest festival. Before wearing the book, even if she is the only one to celebrate the New Year, she will go to the supermarket to buy New Year goods, which is a sense of ritual.
Once, to buy New Year's goods, it must be called a porter.
Zhou Mingfeng and Zhou Yan both came to be strong men.
There are beaming songs playing in the supermarket. There are a lot of people and they have been busy for a whole year. Everyone will never be stingy on a festival. If you are usually reluctant to eat, you have to buy it today. You can't treat yourself for a year. Zhou Yan pushed the shopping cart, watching Jiang Jinjin moving things into the cart one by one, buying many cans of pistachios alone.
It's all crowded, but it's weird, so noisy, Zhou Yan doesn't hate it at all.
He had heard from a tablemate before that her parents would take her to the supermarket once a week.
At that time, he was envious in his heart, but he said that he didn't need to go to the supermarket at home, and there were all things he could use and eat at home.
It turns out that it's like going to the supermarket together as a family.

Holding the purchase list, Jiang Jinjin slid through the crowd like a fish. One shopping cart was not enough, and she told Zhou Mingfeng to push another shopping cart. She was not satisfied until both shopping carts were filled. He bought a lot, and couldn't put down the trunk, Zhou Yan sat in the seat with a look of love, his New Year goods squeezed only a little bit of space...
"Shopaholic." Zhou Yan murmured.
"Who am I for? I'm not for you and your dad!" Jiang Jinjin shook his fingers and counted. "New Year's Eve and the first day of the middle school are counted. Your dad's friends and classmates are coming, and Yan Zhengfei is coming. At home, is it possible for a group of people to drink northwest wind on the "show" stand?"
The Zhou family has a lot of entertainment.
Zhou Yan thought that his classmates and friends would all come to the house, so he didn't say anything.
But Jiang Jinjin didn't know that in the past New Years, Zhou's family was not lively or even considered deserted.
Zhou Yan usually goes to other people's homes.
During the Chinese New Year, Zhou Mingfeng also turned off all the entertainment that could be pushed, and the father and son would quietly eat a dull New Year's Eve dinner, but each was busy.
This year, it must be very interesting.
At night, driven by Jiang Jinjin, Zhou Mingfeng also sat on the bed with her to seal the red envelope.
Jiang Jinjin wants to seal red envelopes with the shop assistants, and also with Zhou Yan's friends who come to Zhou's house to seal red envelopes.
No matter it is more or less, it is always fun.
Of course, the most important thing is that Zhou Yan packs the New Year's money.
On the early morning of New Year's Eve, the three dressed up as festive as red envelopes. They were the new New Year clothes bought by Jiang Jinjin. The red "color" "wool" that Jiang Jinjin wore, Zhou Yan and Zhou Mingfeng also put on the same "wool" clothes at her strong request, but they firmly refused the red socks.

Zhou Mingfeng was a little absent, he almost never wore the red "colored" clothes, before noon, he would change the "wool" clothes.
The three of them made dumplings very well.
It's just that Jiang Jinjin has two bags, so he doesn't want to do it.
The Zhou family and his son can only make dumplings with hard work. Jiang Jinjin took a 360-degree photo with his mobile phone on the side.
This year, the happiest person should be Zhou Yan.
Zhou Yan once had a strong presence in the circle of friends. From the beginning of the Spring Festival Gala to the end of the Spring Festival Gala, he sent a dozen comments to the circle of friends. It didn't mean anything else, just wanted to let others know that he was watching the Spring Festival Gala with his family. In the past Spring Festival Gala, whether it was interesting or boring, he basically didn't watch it. He just stayed in the room and played games.
Once he finally participated in a Tucao activity in Moments!
Of course it is something to be happy and show off.
But the content of Tucao is very speechless-
[Laughing to death, Ms. Jiang can also enjoy such boring sketches. I suspect that it is the director or the actor who makes money for the Spring Festival Gala. 】
[What the hell, the magic will lie to Ms. Jiang! 】
Jiang Jinjin: "?"
During the New Year, Jiang Jinjin made an accident.
Zhou Mingfeng doesn't know when it will start. He will buy books related to psychology and will also go to lectures.
He is a master of learning, will take notes carefully, and will also go around for verification because of some incomprehensible content. Once Jiang Jinjin heard his college roommate teasing him about whether he was going to go to school with his son and get a degree in psychology... Zhou Mingfeng couldn't refrain from laughing.
Regarding one part, Jiang Jinjin never talked to Zhou Mingfeng.
Because she didn't know what to say, she was always hesitating, could it really be everything, but at that time, would he believe her? Would you think she has a more serious disease than dual personality? For example, hypothesis.
The most important thing is that deep down in her heart, she still wants to have reservations.
She didn't figure out why Zhou Mingfeng didn't talk to her.
She thought of the Weibo that the original owner had posted before. During the time when the original owner and Xi Chengguang fell in love most, the original owner told Xi Chengguang about his adventures, but Xi Chengguang didn't believe it and took her to see a psychologist. So, what will Zhou Mingfeng do? She was curious and a little nervous.
Because she said, if Zhou Mingfeng would be like Xi Chengguang, she felt that she would be a little disappointed.
Disappointed, she was not sure how much love she would take back. Didn't the original master's disappointment with Xi Chengguang start from the incident?
Although it is human nature, people always have some expectations for their lover.
Expect him to be different from the world.
So, for a long time, although she knew he had misunderstood that she was the second personality of the original owner, she didn't explain it either.
But what surprised her was that Zhou Mingfeng would actually solve a field he was not familiar with.
He may not believe other people's judgments, maybe he wants to understand her better...
In short, Zhou Mingfeng didn't know that she liked him more because of his actions.
She watched silently, without saying or going.
Because she was waiting, waiting for a smart man to find the answer.
She felt that he would find the correct answer, but she didn't know how long it would take. Is it a year, ten years, or a lifetime?
In short, she is looking forward to it.

Entangled Fates Book 1 - Quantum Beginnings
“By far, the greatest danger of Artificial Intelligence is that people conclude too early that they understand it.” —Eliezer Yudkowsky Hey all, we're moving over to book 2. The book is now availble on Amazon (includes extra chapters): https://www.royalroad.com/amazon/B07W1534R8 Artificial intelligence was nearly mankind’s last invention. AI took off like a rocket, then when it racked up an impressive death toll, it crashed before it could blossom and took most high-tech industries with it. Resistance and fears became deep-set. Alex Sage is a typical college student trying to keep up his grades and maybe find a meaningful connection with the fairer sex. Then, an automated semi crashes into his home, killing his family and turning his head into a pin cushion in the process. Alex awakens to find most of his memories gone and an illegal AI hidden in his brain implant. Now the pet project of a tech billionaire and heavily in debt, Alex struggles to stay valuable enough to be kept online. Still grappling with the repercussions of his injuries, and threats from a dangerous anti-augmentation political movement, there are no easy answers and threats loom around every corner. Alex must use whatever resources he can to escape from under the thumb of a ruthless corporation, while keeping those he comes to love safe. Chapters will stay up on RRL until Aug 10. It'll go up on Kindle Unlimited after that. How do you get those extra chapters I didn't have planned for RR? If you want them, they'll be in the published book. Book 2 will still make sense without them - I made sure of that. But... isn't $3 a lot for extra chapters? Think of it as tipping me for a good job and you'd also be getting my eternal thanks. If you enjoyed it so much that the idea of missing out a few chapters haunts you, I did my job as an author and made an engaging story. What's in those extra chapters? Resolving a few issues, set up for the cybernetic revolution, a rather intense sex scene with a new partner, revelations of who's really pulling strings, and a bit of set up for book 2. Complaints that people missed out on it when it was published here won't help (sorry!). I posted this for the folks who helped me shape the book, which is you all! (Again, yay!) But... Why! Why not keep it all on RR forever? My editor likes being paid for one. For two, I'd like the ability to get broader readership. If I break even on editor costs, I'll be incredibly happy. What about book 2? Drafts for Book 2 will go up around Sept 10. My draft of Book 2 is done, and it will be handed to the editor once Book 1 is published. Feedback has been even more positive. Beta readers devoured it and wanted more. I'll add a link to Book 2 once it's up on RR. I'm more or less, using you all for Beta Readers, so you get it before it's "canon" and edited. I invite active and meaningful feedback during this process. In return, you get early access to chapters. That does mean that the book content or plot might be adjusted before it gets published as I refine it. Sex Y/N? Yes. I heard the feedback, 90% wanted it explicit. You all will get the "full" experience. Will I dump all of book 2 here? Honestly, I'm not sure yet. At a minimum, it'll be up to the 75% mark as we collect feedback, much like what I did with book 1. It really depends on how good the feedback is and how nice people are. Lots of support + meaningful feedback to make it better = higher likelihood you get all the book. Will be it up here indefinitely? No, it'll probably go up on KU at some point, but I'll make sure there's enough time for a large readership to grab it here. Then we move to book 3 which already is around 60K words already. What about other adventures in the same universe/characters? Yep. Absolutely. Nothing ready to share yet though. I plan to keep those side chapters and more slice of life stories as RR exclusive. Since I'm carving this off in book-sized segments, I'll have to figure out where those disconnected story arcs belong. I'm open to suggestions.

At The Lions Gate
In the 20th century America reinvented itself. Devastated by depression, scarred by war, rocked by a revolution, Americans banded together to preserve their country and their freedom. They had faith in themselves, faith in one another, and for those who believed…faith in God. This novel tells the story of one American who lived through those turbulent years….years that would test his character and the character of a nation. For Josh Sanders it begins in 1935. A star athlete in school, pro football is a ticket out of poverty during the Great Depression; but when his father, a WWI veteran, is killed during a robbery, Josh’s spirit is broken, and with it his boyhood dream. To honor his father Josh joins the war effort in 1942, distinguishing himself as a fighter pilot, until a fateful decision near the end of the war changes the course of his life once again. But many years later, after a stint as a boxer and a failed marriage, Josh finds his calling…at a time when the country is at war with itself. The year is 1968. King and Kennedy have been killed, race riots are breaking out, and Vietnam has become an albatross, causing massive protests across the country. In the streets of San Francisco Josh watches a crowd of students march for peace. As a veteran he’s conflicted, toward the war and those who oppose it. But when he encounters Rosy Goldin, a spirited young protester in need of help, a voice from the past calls him to action. His good intentions are soon tested when Rosy falls in love with the fugitive anti-war activist Erick White, a young man determined to oppose the war at all costs, against the wishes of his own father. Fearful of what happens to Rosy, Josh confronts Erick, unwilling to be part of his plan to escape…until he meets the boy’s father. A high-powered criminal attorney, Karl White is also a flag-waving patriot demanding that his son follow the law. But as White makes his case Josh is jolted by a painful war-time memory, a crisis of conscience that will soon determine the fate of Rosy Goldin and Erick White.
