We just got into town now we're looking for the baby store I my mom told me to go to.

It takes us about 10 minutes to find it, Becky pulls into the parking lot and we all get out and walk inside.

"Hi, how can I help you?" The sales lady said as soon as we stepped through the door.

"I'm looking for a crib, a changing table and a dresser."

"Right this way."

She led us over to where all the cribs and things are. "Let me know if y'all need help with any thing else." she said and then she turned and walked off.

We look around at all of the cribs for a while until I finally find one I like. It's a white crib with an attached changing table. We go and look at the dressers I pick out a small simple white one.

We go check out and put everything into the car.

We get in the car and head home.

Once we get home Aaron and Becky bring the crib and dresser inside. Aaron is going to build them tomorrow for now we just put them in an extra room while we move the furniture out of the guest room.

I'm carrying small things like decor into another room to store it while Aaron and Becky take the bigger furniture down to the basement.

I pick up a vase and a couple other things and start walking to the other room I get into the hallway when all of a sudden I feel a sharp pain in my stomach followed by liquid running down my legs I drop the stuff i'm holding causing the vase to shatter.

I call out to Becky and her and Aaron come running back up the stairs from the basement.

"What's wrong!?" they both shout.

"I think my water broke." I say with panic.

"Aaron help her out to the car while I grab the stuff for the hospital." Becky says.

I had already had my hospital bag packed before I moved in with my mom so I just left it packed and next to my bedroom door for when I went into labor.

Aaron helps me out to the car and then runs around to the driver side and gets in. Becky comes running out of the house a few minutes later and gets into the back seat.

Aaron gets to the hospital as fast as he can. Once we get there they admit me and take me to my room and I change into a hospital gown and lay down in the bed Becky stays with me until my mom gets here about 20 minutes later.

Once I am dilated 10 centimeters the doctor tells me it's time to start pushing.

"Okay, on the count of three give me a big push." The doctor says encouragingly.

I squeeze my moms and and push as hard as I can.

"Good job Claire, I can see the baby's head, give me another big push on the count of three. 1,2,3 push!"

I push with all my might again.

"Okay Claire one more and it'll be over. Push!"

I give one last big push and then I hear the beautiful cries of Olivia.

"Good job Claire, you did fantastic." My mom says to me.

The nurse takes Olivia away to clean her up and stuff.

After a while the nurse comes back in with her. She gives me a big smile before taking Olivia out of the plastic crib and handing her to me before leaving.

She is absolutely perfect. She has Josh's black hair and green eyes.

I just sit here looking at her for a while. A while later I hear a knock and then the door opens revealing Becky and Aaron. I give them a small smile.

"C-can I hold her?" Becky asks.

"Of course." I say as she walks over to the bed. I hand her to Becky. Becky's face lights up as a huge smile spreads across her face. I can't help but smile too, even Aaron has a smile on his face as he looks down at her.

After a while Becky and Aaron leave and I fall asleep.

I woke up a while later to see my mom sitting in the chair next to the bed holding Olivia, I give my mom a small smile.

"Thank you so much for being here with me. I don't know how I would've been able to do this without you." I say gratefully to my mom.

"You're welcome sweetie."

I hear my phone signal that I had a text message, I pick my phone up and see a text from Alice.

hey, wanna go shopping tomorrow.

With everything that's happened this past week I completely forgot about Josh's family. I guess he hasn't told them what happened. I decide to just call alice and tell her myself.

It rings a few times before she picks up.

"Hey Claire, what's up wanna go shopping tomorrow?" she asks when she answers.

"Alice is your mom and dad home? I have something I need to tell them."

"Yeah they're here. Are you coming over?"

"Uh, I can't come over can you just go tell them I need to talk to them and put me on speaker? Please."

"Okay hang on a minute." she says. I hear the sound of her running down the stairs and then I hear her and her parents muffled voices. "Okay Claire you're on speaker."

"Has Josh told any of you what happened?" I ask

"Honey what happened? Did something happen with the baby?" Mrs.Hunter says with worry in her voice.

"The baby is uh..." I glance over at my mom and Olivia. "She's perfectly fine. Something happened with Josh and I though."

"What happened?" I hear Abbi (Josh's mom) and alice ask in unison.

"Umm.. Well about a month ago he started acting strange around me, like he didn't want to be near me.

I thought I had done something wrong and he was mad at me. After a couple weeks started coming home later and later. Then a week ago I was at the mall with Becky and I saw Josh and Bella together and they were holding hands." Tears spring to my eyes and my voice starts getting shakey. "After I saw them Becky took me home and then later that night when he got home I asked him about it, he denied it at first but when I told him I saw him he told me that he didn't want me anymore. He told me he had a life to live and he didn't want to live it with me. He even said he didn't care about the baby. He said she probably wasn't even his." I have a few tears running down my face and it's rather hard to speak. I hear Abbi let out a sob. I start crying a bit more, I feel terrible.

Josh's dad James speaks up.

"You're okay right? Where have you been staying?" he asks.

"Well a while back before everything happened I ran into my mom at the mall and we started talking again. She apologized for kicking me out and not being there for me and stuff and I had gotten close to her again. So after Josh told me to leave I called my mom and she came and helped me get all mine and the baby's stuff and I've been staying with her."

"Good. I'm glad you're safe."

"Is everything with the baby okay?" Alice asks.

"Well.. Umm.. I kinda had her last night." I say.
