《The bucket siblings and the chocolate factory》the chocolate room

"don't you want to know our names?"
"Can't imagine how it would matter, come quickly there is far to much to see"
Wonka casually walked past the flames and melting puppets leading his guests into his factory as the large metal, prison looking doors closed behind them. Eventually they walked into a really large hallway that looked like it could fill around a million of Charlie and Lilly's houses inside of it. There was a long, red carpet running all they way down it as well.
"Just drop your coats any where"
He threw his coat on the floor and everyone began to copy except for Lilith who didn't have a coat. Some left their coats in the floor, a couple neatly folded them and Charlie just held onto his and kept it on his arm.
"Mr Wonka it sure is toasty in here"
"What oh yeah, I have to keep it warm in here because my workers are used to an extremely hot climate, they just can't stand the cold"
"Who are the workers?" Charlie asked curiously
"All in good time"
He turned to face forwards again walked down the hallways with everyone following until Violet suddenly hugged Mr Wonka who did not looked pleased about the situation.
"Mr Wonka I'm violet Beauregard" she told him while annoyingly smacking her gum.
"Oh I don't care"
"Well you should care because I'm the kid who's gonna win the special prize at the end"
"Well you do seem confident and confidence is key" Violet looked up at her mother for approval and she gave her a pointed look as they began to move forward again.
There were stopped again but this time by Veruca who stood Infront of Mr Wonka a large smile plastered on her face.
"I'm Veruca Salt it's very nice to meet you sir" she told him while she did a little curtsy
"I always thought that a Veruca was a little wart that you got on the bottom of you foot haha"
Her fake smile soon turned into a frown and just as he was about to move forward again he was stopped by the fat boy who stood directly Infront of Veruca blocking her from view.
"I'm Augustus Gloop I love your chocolate" he took a huge bite from the bar in his hands that was smeared all over his face like a one year old.
"I can see that, and so do I, I never expected to have so much in common" Mr Wonka told him sarcastically but the fat boy wasn't smart enough to understand.
He then turned around to look at the people who hadn't introduced themselves to him. He looked at Mike first with a forced looking smile on his face.
"You. Your Mike Teevee, your the little devil who cracked the system" He then turned to face the Bucket children "And you, well your just lucky to be here aren't you"

Charlie kept a straight face and squeezed his little sisters hand as she looked down again feeling embarrassed.
"It's alright Lils" He told her and she nodded.
Wonka's smiled faltered a little, feeling bad for the children but it left a soon as it came. He stopped looking at the children and turned to face the adults in the room.
"And there rest of you must be there p- "
He seemed to be struggling to find the right words so Mr Salt stepped in.
"Parents?"
"Yeah. That. Except for you guys"
He again looked at the bucket children, he was confused as to why whoever the child who won the golden ticket didn't bring a parent with them like the other children.
"Well I was the found who found the ticket sir but my grandparents are too I'll and my parents didn't want to come so I brought my sister, Lilith" Charlie explained.
Mr Wonka shifted his gaze to only Lilith and as his gaze shifted to he arms and legs he saw something he wished he hadn't and since he was looking at his other people began to look at well. Feeling bad Charlie draped his coat over shoulders and because she was quite small and went down to her knees.
He saw the bruises and scars she had on her arms and legs because she was only wearing a little white dress, It was the only thing she owned at the moment since her parents just made her wear the same things until she couldn't possibly fit in them anymore. Luckily none of the others noticed as she covered herself with the coat before they could see. They did seem confused though as they saw that she was only wearing white socks with no shoes.
"Why haven't you got any shoes on?" Veruca asked her in a rude tone.
"She doesn't have any" Charlie answered for her and after he said that Veruca sniggered a little making tears come to lily's eyes, it wasn't her fault she didn't have any shoes.
Willy Wonka saw this and glared at the brown haired girl. He didn't say anything about the little girls state, he just shifted his gaze when she wrapped the coat around herself. He knew what it was like to have a bad childhood. His childhood. He started thinking about his dad causing him to space out and everyone to look at him strangely.
He snapped out of it and then kept set look on his face and continued forward. Mr Teevee leaned in to Mr Salt.
"Is it just me or does Wonka seem a few quarters short of a buck"
"I'm sorry I don't speak American". Mr Salt rudely responded and walked away.
Augustus turned to Charlie.
"Would you like some chocolate?"
"Sure"
"Then you should have bought some"
When no one was looking Lilith leaned towards him and whispered.

"Maybe instead of buying all that chocolate you should buy some issues and wipe your dirty face" she walked a little forward abd stuck her leg out tripping Agustus up making him fall flat on his face and start crying. She might be a shy and quiet little girl but when it came to Charlie. No one got to spoke to him like that and get away with it.
"Agustus my child are you alright" His mother fussed over him. Charlie, Lilith and Mike held back a laugh watching the fat boy try and fail to stand back up. Mr Wonka turned his head a little to the side and winked at Lilith with a smirk, he had seen the entire situation go down and did not expect that to happen. She looked away from him and brought herself closer to Charlie frightened by getting caught.
Violet turned to Veruca with a smile.
"Let's be friends"
She returned the smile"Best friends"
They linked arms and their smiles dropped. The further they walked down the hallway they smaller it got until everyone but lily had to crouch form by a small door.
"Now this is an important room in the chocolate factory"
"Then why is the door so small"
"To keep all the chocolaty flavour inside"
He unlocked the tiny door and opened it to reveal the most magical looking place lily had ever seen. It looked like an enchanted forest but everything was made out of candy. They all walked in mesmerised by the beauty of the room.
"Now be careful children, you don't want to loose your heads, don't get over exited"
Agustus dropped the candy bar into the grass and stepped on it. Completely forgotten.
"Just keep. Very. Calm"
"It's beautiful" Charlie said
"What, oh yeah, very beautiful"
They walked across a bridge in the middle of the room as Wonka began to explain things.
"Every drop of the river is hot melted chocolate of the finest quality, the water fall is most important, it mixes the chocolate, churns it up, makes it light and frothy. By the way, no the factory in the world mixes it's chocolate by waterfall and you can take that to the bank"
They all walked forward as he gestured for them to go ahead. He saw a machine with pipes coming down from it and caught their attention again.
"People, those pipes suck up the chocolate and carry it away, all over the factory, thousands of gallons an hour, do you like my meadow? Try some of the grass is so delectable"
"You can eat the grass?" Charlie asked him.
"Of course you can everything in this room is eatable even I'm eatable but that, my dear children, is called canobolisim and is frowned upon in most religions"
"Enjoy" Agustus immediately took off while the others held back a little " go on. Scoot"
Everyone else began to scramble away except for Charlie, lily and Mr Salt. Mr Salt looked at Mr Wonka who gave him a look as if daring him to say anything. This frightens him a little aso he walked of to find his daughter. Mr Wonka then turned his attention to Charlie and lily once again.
Charlie was looking down at his sister wondering what she was doing while the little girl was stood still on his spot.
"Aren't you coming Lils?" he asked her and she turned to look at him.
"I'll follow you in minute Charlie, you can go"
"I don't think I should this room is rather bug and I don't want to loose you"
"Alright, can you just sit with me for a minute then we can go off"
"Ok"
They hugged eachtoher and Lilith carried in looking around the room. She was carefully taking in every little detail in the room knowing that she would never get a chance to see something like this ever again. She spotted a little bench nearby and sat down pulling her knees up to her chest and reading her chin on them. Charlie sat down next to her and looked around as well.
Willy Wonka, who had watched the exchange between the siblings went over and stood behind them but they didn't notice.
"Why aren't you guys exploring the room, don't you like it?" He asked them.
Lilith jumped five feet in the air and jumped into Charlie's lap, burring her face in his chest. She got nervous as she didn't want to seem rude and unimpressed.
"Sorry Mr Wonka, she just gets a little frightened around strangers"
"That's alright" He sat down on the bench "So aren't you going to try anything?"
"Lily really likes it so she won't touch anything because she doesn't want to ruin it, you must have worked really hard on it"
He smiled at the siblings, he never thought a child would be so considerate.
"I did but you wouldn't ruin it, it's candy, it's supposed to be eaten, just choose your favourite thing and eat it"
"She's never had candy before"
"What!" Lily jumped and held her hands above her face "you've never had candy before?"
She kept her head on Charlie's chest, not daring to look at the man "N -no, I'm sorry"
"There's no need to be sorry about it little girl" he then noticed she hadn't moved her arms "are you alright?"
Charlie reached up and pulled her arms down. "She's fine, I think we will go and explore now, it was nice talking to you"
He set her on the ground and took her hand, lily turned around to face Wonka.
"G - goodbye"
She gave him a little wave and then the two left to investigate a near by tree with candy apples hanging from it.
"Huh" he said to himself "strange..." He stood up and walked around checking over his guests to see what they were doing occasionally glancing over at the little blonde haired girl and her brother.

Fragments from the Wildlands
“Your first death is always the hardest.” Miguela was the third-born child of a well-off merchant family and knew from around the time she could speak that her life’s path was already decided. She was to become an Orator, as was Xandran tradition. However, Miguela had an affinity with the magikal arts and somehow found herself studying at the Academy. She did just enough to keep up with her studies but never found the motivation to apply herself and “reach her potential,” as her instructors often said. It was not that Miguela was uninterested in the arts. Rather, she knew her time at the Academy ultimately did not matter. Whenever Miguela returned home, she would become an Orator, and that would be that. Or so she believed until, one day, an opportunity appeared that would change her life. Miguela was offered the chance to join a research team tasked with a mission of the utmost importance to the future of the Five Kingdoms. She could not turn down the prospect of regaining control of her life and finally finding a purpose for herself. Of course, Miguela might soon discover that offers that appear too good to be true are usually fraught with lies. Welcome to Five Kingdoms of Cordizal! Question: What is the Five Kingdoms of Cordizal? I often get asked this type of question about my stories by friends, bloggers, and potential readers. The Five Kingdoms of Cordizal is a high-fantasy epic universe that is the setting for most of my stories. The foundation of the universe is its multicultural, multiracial setting with several sentient races attempting to carve their legacy and survive. The world is fully fleshed out and vibrant with a rich and mysterious history not based on Tolkien mythology. This brings me to magic. To me, magic is an essential part of the fantasy genre, so, of course, there is magic in the Five Kingdoms universe. However, one critical part of the Five Kingdoms universe is that magic is an abundant commodity that is a part of everyday life and not some plot device used to drive the story. In short, the Five Kingdoms universe is the setting of epic fantasy stories with deep characters and world-building. I try to tell as many different types of stories as possible in the universe, and hopefully, you can find something for you in it.

Sherds
Linus falls into another world, arriving on an archipelago. This is a story about exploration, and archaeology is a major theme! Studying history and pre-history is a favorite of mine, so this is a project using my research to build a world. One of the magic systems has rpg inspired elements, but this isn't a litrpg at its core. I'm an art student and haven't written much, but I like telling stories. This is largely just for fun, my own spin on the RR other world formula. (Placeholder cover is from the Palazzo Massimo in Rome)
