Noong bata ako, madalas akong mangialam sa kusina
Nais kong matuto't tumulong sa pagluluto

Tinulak ko ang umaaway sa kaibigan ko
Natumba siya't nagsumbong

Umuwi ako ng bahay ng maaga dahil ayaw kong mapagalitan
Nakaligtaan ko ng saglit ang sinaing, nasunog

Inutusan ako ni ina na magipon ng tubig
Binuksan ang gripo
Nakatulog ako, umapaw ang tubig
"MALI KA"
May pagsusulit kinabuksan
Naglaro sa labas ng patintero
Napagod, di nakapag aral
"MALI KA"
Humingi ng pampalakas ng loob na mga salita
"Wala kong pake sa iyo" iyan ang natanggap

Nagbigay ng regalo
Maluwag sa puso
Walang natanggap na "salamat sayo"

Namamalimos ng pag-ibig
O kahit Isang yakap lang na mahigpit

Hanggang kailan ako magiging mali
Hanggang kailan ako hindi magiging tama
Hanggang kailan ako maghahanap ng pagmamahal
Tao lang
Nagkakamali
Di sinasadya
Wag mong husgahan
