The next day Solar got up around nine in the morning, stretched her body, and put on a pretty dress. She made sure she was cute and doll up for Moonbyul. After checking herself out in the mirror she proceeded toward Moonbyul's room. She looked inside and saw Moonbyul still sleeping. She thought it was cute and smiled to herself. She gently knocked and let herself in. She went over to the chair next to Moonbyul's bed and sat down. She stared at Moonbyul sleeping face and poke Moonbyul's body gently.
"10 more minutes," Moonbyul mumbled after Solar poked her a couple of time and Solar giggled.
Solar continued to poke Moonbyul and Moonbyul grumbled. Moonbyul opened her eyes and looked towards the direction of the person poking her. Solar's face was a couple inches away from hers. Solar blew her a kiss and winked, Moonbyul got so startled she fell off the bed. Solar saw that and ran over to her.
"Ow…" Moonbyul rubbed her right side.
"Are you ok?" Solar asked, grabbing onto Moonbyul's arm and scanning her.
Moonbyul back away but she didn't get far, the wall was behind her, "W-what are you doing here?"
Solar crawled closer to Moonbyul while smiling flirtatiously, Moonbyul tried to move back further but she couldn't. Solar slides both her hands up Moonbyul's body and slammed them on the wall right above Moonbyul's shoulder. Solar moved her face closer to Moonbyul's and softly said.
"What do you think?" Solar brushed her right index finger under Moonbyul's chin and her lips.
"C-crazy woman," Moonbyul got up quickly and rushed into the bathroom.
Solar giggled devilishly as she got up from the ground. A finger placed in as she walked toward the bathroom slowly. She leaned against the wall next to the door and waited. Half an hour passed by and Moonbyul didn't came out so Solar decided to call her.

"You done yet?" Solar asked nonchalantly.
"You left yet!" Moonbyul screamed back.
Solar shrugged and replied, "I'll just wait until you're done then."
"I’m not coming out until you leave," Moonbyul exclaimed.
"I'm not leaving~" Solar happily replied.
Moonbyul strutted back and forth in the bathroom trying to figure out a way to get rid of Solar. She wasn't angry but she felt weird. She couldn't think of anything so she decided to sit on the toilet seat and wait it out. It was around 11a.m. when Moonbyul called out.
"Anyone there?...Hello?....Hello?...You left? Good I think she left." Moonbyul sighed in relief.
Moonbyul thought it was save to leave the bathroom. She slowly opened the door and peaked her head out. At that moment Solar's arm landed on the door with a bang and it startled Moonbyul. Solar pushed the door open and entered ily with a winked. Moonbyul took a couple of steps back and was stopped by the sink's counter. Solar slowly closed the door behind her and approached Moonbyul. She the top of her lips and smile naughtily. Moonbyul tried to back away but only the top half of her body bended slightly back while her elbows rested on the counter. Solar moved so closed that her body rubbed against Moonbyul's chest when she placed her head a couple of inches above Moonbyul's. Solar's arm were spread to the side as she used the counter to held herself up. Solar stared straight at Moonbyul, while Moonbyul looked to the side. Moonbyul swallowed and Solar smiled.
"S-stay back," Moonbyul warned.
"What are you afraid of, hmm?" Solar whispered flirtatiously.
"I-I'm not afraid," Moonbyul exclaimed.
Solar threw her arms around Moonbyul's neck and blew in her ear, "Then why aren't you looking straight at me hmm?"
Moonbyul quickly raised herself up to her feet, Solar arms were still wrapped around her neck. She ducked her head under Solar's arm and back up to the door. She opened the bathroom's door and left. Solar followed right behind her. Moonbyul turned around facing Solar and sternly said.

"Leave…"
"What if I don't?" Solar smiled and winked at Moonbyul as she walked closer slowly.
"T-then," Moonbyul stumbled, "Then I'll leave!"
Moonbyul dodged Solar advances and walked out of the room. She walked down the hall and glanced back a couple times. Solar was still behind her. Moonbyul quicken her paces but that doesn't seems to get rid of Solar. She stopped and turned around to face Solar.
"Stop following me!" Moonbyul exclaimed.
"I'm walking behind you doesn't mean I'm following you," Solar winked.
"But you are!" Moonbyul protested.
Solar walked toward Moonbyul, each step Solar took forward Moonbyul took a step back, "Hmm delicious, if that's what you want." Solar growled naughtily.
Moonbyul turned around and continued walking away. Solar giggled and followed. When they got to the courtyard Moonbyul saw it as a chance to run. She took off but Solar wasn't going to lose so she dashed right after. They ran in circle around the courtyard looking like two kids playing tag. They ran for an hour until Moonbyul couldn't run anymore. She collapsed on the grass out of breath. Solar sat on her back and laughed.
"Hehe, I win!" Solar declared, she was breathless too.
"Your impossible," Moonbyul said panting.
"Are you going to run anymore?" Solar asked.
"A-are you going to keep chasing me?" Moonbyul questioned breathing heavily still.
"If you keep running then yes I will," Solar declared.
"Y-you win, I won't run anymore," Moonbyul gave up.
"Then since I win I should get a prize," Solar leaned down and whispered into Moonbyul's ear.
"What? I didn't agreed to anything," Moonbyul protested.
"Do you want to continue running then?"
Moonbyul raised her right hand and shook it to say no.
"Then it's decided, from now on I'm going to call you Byul-Kong! And you are going to call me master Yong-Kong!"
"…"
"You better remember it!" Solar sternly warned.
Then Solar got off of Moonbyul's back and laid on the grass next to her. Solar stared at the blue sky while Moonbyul faces away from it.
"The sky is pretty today, you're not going to look at it?" Solar tapped Moonbyul.
"No," Moonbyul replied nonchalantly.
"The wind feels nice. It's a nice breeze, yeah?" Solar nudged Moonbyul.
"I guess…"
"I like it like this," Solar whispered to herself as she stared at the back of Moonbyul's head.
She reached out to touch Moonbyul's head, but refrained herself from it. A little sadness shown on her smiled. They laid there for a while before Moonbyul got up and walked away. Solar got up right after and followed her again.
"Byul-Kong! Byul-Kong! Wait for me," Solar called but Moonbyul continued on her way. Solar ran in front of Moonbyul and walked backward talking to her. "Hey, you were suppose to answer when I call you. You don't want to keep your words hmm?"
"I didn't agree to it," Moonbyul protested.
"But you didn't protest either," Solar smiled.
"I…"
"It's too late to protest now," Solar interrupted.
"You're impossible," Moonbyul shook her head and Solar grinned.
They continued on walking but then something happened. Solar tripped and was about to fall, but Moonbyul quickly reacted and held Solar by the waist. She pulled Solar up, her right arm wrapped around Solar's waist and their noses touched.
"See, you still care for me," Solar whispered looking into Moonbyul gentle eyes.

This mystical eastern world is filled with Demonic Beasts, Treacherous Cultivators, and Extraordinary Legacies. Follow Sage on his journey to adapt to this new world, and find out if he can overcome the limitations of body, mind, and soul. Will he rise to the occasion and become a hero? Or maybe he'll turn to the dark side and end up a villain? Molting the Mortal Coil is more of a slower paced journey. It's not about endless battles and conquering the next bad guy who spits on the main characters shoes or sends him a funny look. There's also not a treadmill of tournaments or love interests. It's more of a slower burn with lots of, and hopefully not too much, world building. It's still supposed to be stuffed with action, but that won't pick up for a while since we start with a weakling. The first 30 chapters have a lot of time-skipping, but stay with me it gets better. I plan to re-write and add more to the first 30 in the future, but if you can push through I feel it gets much more fun after! Updates will be weekly.
