"okay hold on back up I didn't understand any of that start from the beginning" Asher said looking at William.

"okay" William gave an annoyed huff "your dad and my dad are brothers our grandfather is Zeus god of lightning and whatnot our grandmother was a Guardian they had our fathers who were both born Guardian/God and married pureblooded Guardians, we were only supposed to be born with the Guardian genes and while we both were somehow your God genes were released and you're a full blown hybrid." William explained again sitting on Asher's bed while she was on her desk chair.

"but Gods are supposed to be immortal, by dad is dead" Asher said sorrowfully. "hybrid gods aren't" William said after a moment of silence "I'm sorry by the way, for the loss of you parents" William then said looking at the girl.

"it's okay it's been a while, yeah it still hurts but I also know I needed to move on with my life and not stay back thinking what if, it hurts to do that, and I'm not going to forget the fact that they're gone I'm just going to pick myself up and be the strong girl they would want me to be." Asher said giving William a smile.

"one more question, Zeus is the God of the sky and thunder, i can control electricity and water, where does that come from? and also if we're related wouldn't you be some kind of demigod thing too?" William thought for a second before answering " one the was two questions but it could be from your father or just normal Guardian powers and also your powers were some how released which is almost impossible so I can't explain that to you very well other than the fact we are related." Asher nodded as Paul walked into the room.

"oh am I interrupting something?" Paul asked looking in between the two cousins.

"no we were just talking about family and Guardian stuff the usual you know" William said with a smile yet nervous chuckle. Paul nodded before turning his attention towards Asher "up for hanging out with the guys?" Asher stood up with a smile looking at William "you wanna go too?" William shook his head grabbing his jacket "no I told my mom I'd be home by lunch" Asher nodded and the two hugged parting ways.

"You're a what?" Embry asked confusion laced in his voice and covering his face as Asher explained the new information to her pack.

"a guardian/god." Asher said once more from her place in the kitchen beside Emily.

"so a demigod?" Quil stated trying the understand, "I guess" Asher answered as Emily handed her a dish to dry. "cool" the pack said in unison making Asher laugh along with Emily.

"so what God are you related to?" Paul asked swinging his arm around the girl. "Zeus and Poseidon" Asher answered as she finished up the dished with Emily "well shit" the pack said in unison "it's not a big deal" Asher said leaning into Paul. "you're related to a god Zeus the king of Gods amd his brothers I think is a big deal" Sam said Asher tolled her eyes and laughed.

"whatever guys I'm heading over to Paul's" Asher said as the two walked out toward the man's house.

"you're good at English right" Paul said once the entered his house and went up to his room "what's the essay about" Asher groaned Paul smiled handing her his paper.

As Asher read over the paper Paul have her he broke the silence. "so the leech is back?" Asher instantly looked up with a hard look cause Paul to coward back "don't call him that" Paul's eyes widened completely forgetting how much she hated when to pack called the Cullens leeches.

"sorry, so the Hale boy is back?" Paul asked Asher sighed knowing that was going to be the nicest thing Paul will call Jasper. "yes he's back, I thought we went over this?" Asher asked sitting next to Paul on his bed.

"we did but I mean are you two back?" Asher shook her head "no we're not" Asher said Paul nodded before speaking again. "you still love him don't you?" Asher nodded this time while playing with the ring Paul had gotten her for her birthday. "I never stopped loving him, I guess when I thought I did I was lying to myself, I love him but I just don't trust him right now, I don't trust that he won't leave again. I'm just scared I guess" Paul pulled his friend into a hug "scared of what?" Paul rubbed circles on Asher's back soothing her.

"to get hurt again." Asher confessed.

The two sat in silence Paul's homework completely forgotten on the edge of the bed. Paul hated Jasper for what he did to Asher probably more then he hated what he was. Paul knew Asher was strong but the Hake boy made her weak and he knew it. He didn't want Asher to forgive Jasper and he was almost glad she hasn't. Almost. He knew how much it hurt her not to be with Jasper, but he knew she knew it wasn't a good idea to go back to him so soon.

Asher would make Jasper work to get her back, and he was up for one hell of a job.

Asher let out a laugh has her sister straddled her hips and continued to tickle her.

"Addison I swear to God I will throw you out the window!" Asher yelled through her laughs "I dare you!" Addison said as she continued to tickle her sister, "stop stop!" Asher said as Addison's hands went across her stomach. "Addison no stop stop I'm serious!" Asher gasped Addison finally realized her sister wasn't kidding also catching the attention of the two other vampires in the house, being Esme and Rosalie who sped up the stairs into Addison's room just as she got of her sister.

"what's going on! Asher are you okay?" Esme said helping the girl up "no yeah im, I'm okay I'm sorry" Asher said rubbing her face with one hand and the other holding her stomach.

Rosalie walked over towards Asher slowly her heels clicking quietly against the wood floors.

Asher watched the blonde intently as she grabbed the hem of Asher's black top and looked at her asking for permission. Asher did nothing she just froze worried about the reaction from the three in the room.

Rosalie lifted Asher's shirt reveling the three dark pink scars the ran across her stomach.

"what the hell? Asher what happened?" Addison asked staring at her sister stomach. "it doesn't matter, not anymore" Asher said pulling her shirt down.

"it obviously hurt you dear, it does matter, do I need to get Carlis-" Esme began but was cut off by Asher. "no I'm fine it didn't hurt I just freaked a little it's fine." silence filled the room again before Asher broke it.

"just dont-don't tell anyone else, I don't need anyone else to worry or freak out, please" Asher said looking from Esme to the others.

"anyone as in Jasper?" Rosalie asked looking at the girl her brother was deeply in love with she could tell by the way she look at her when she said Jasper's name that even Asher was still in love with the blonde man.

"please" Asher said now begging, the memory of hearing Bella when the attack happened resurfaced in her mind not wanting to experience it again, especially from Jasper.
