"Yes, mom." I spoke to my mom over the phone.
"We're back here in America, we just have to go by my house and pack." I told her.
"I'm coming over to help, alright? We all want to wish you our goodbyes." She said.
"Okay, mom. I love you." I responded, a smile on my face. "I love you too, honey." She said and I hung up the phone.
I inhaled a sharp breath as I focused on the road, my mind drifting off. However, they were interrupted once I felt a hand on my thigh.
In the corner of my eye I saw Taehyung staring at me, a reassuring smile on his face. I slightly smiled and continued on the road, soon pulling into the driveway of my house.
"So, what are your plans?" Taehyung asked me, resting his body against the car once he got out.
I stepped out of the car, closing the car door. "I'm going to leave most of my furniture here, it's just my clothes and other things I'm packing up." I told him, walking to the back of the car and opening the trunk to grab out some boxes.
He made his way to my side, grabbing some boxes as well. "Keeping the house?" He asked. "We will be visiting, right? We don't want to have to book a hotel every time we come back. Besides, this house is huge. Victoria and her boyfriend can live here, I trust them." I smiled.
Taehyung stared at me for awhile, then nodded. "Good idea." He simply said, and with that we closed the trunk and went inside to pack.

Falling back on the bed, I let out a heavy sigh. "Tired?" Taehyung asked, chuckling.
"Very." I responded, rubbing my eyes. "Can you get me some water, please?" I pouted.

"Sure thing, love." He responded, walking out of the room.
I groaned and rested on my back, suddenly feeling the urge to go to the bathroom.
I sighed and stood up, walking over to the master bathroom and doing my thing.
Once I was finished, I walked out of the room and just I did Taehyung walked back in with my water.
"Here you go, love." He said, handing me the glass of water.
"T-thanks." I responded, accidentally stuttering. "Hey, is there something wrong? Your face looks really red." He asked.
"I-I think I'm just tired." I told him. "Here, lay down. I got this." He grabbed my hand and laid me down onto the bed.
"I don't want you to have to do this yourself." I frowned. "No, it's okay. I got this." He smiled and kissed my lips.
I nodded, closing my eyes and drifting off to sleep.
As I was packing up Selena's things, I heard a knock at the door. I walked downstairs and opened the door to see Mandy.
"Mandy!" I smiled and gave her a warm hug. "Taehyung, how are you?" She smiled back.
"I'm great, Selena's asleep in the bedroom." I responded, pulling away from the hug.
"She must've been tired." She giggled, walking in the house and closing the door behind her.
"Well her face was really red, maybe she isn't feeling the best today." I told her.
"She could be overwhelmed. Just give her some time, I'm sure she'll be fine tomorrow." She said. I just nodded in response, hoping that's just what it is.
"Now, what's left to do? I'd love to help." She asked. "Just some more clothes and shoes." I responded.
"Alright, well, I'd love to help." She smiled. "You don't have to, I got it." I told her. "No, I insist. It'll give us some time to talk." She said.

I just nodded and smiled at her words, finally giving in. "Alright, let's go."
We walked to the master bedroom where Selena lay asleep. "Oh wow, she's really knocked out." Mandy whispered. "Maybe it's just the travel." I whispered back.
We started taking out all of Selena's clothes along with some of mine I had left. We filled them up in a box neatly and pretty soon, we were finished.
"Would you like something to drink?" I asked Mandy. "That would be nice, Taehyung." She responded.
We both walked down the stairs and Mandy took a seat on one of the chairs at the island.
I took out two cups and filled them with some water, handing one to Mandy. "Thank you, Taehyung." She thanked me, to which I smiled to in return.
"How's Gracie?" I asked, taking a sip out of the glass. "She's... well, it's a bit difficult, of course." She said. I nodded in response and looked down.
"I feel bad, I feel like I'm stealing her sister from her." I admitted, sighing. Mandy looked at me and shook her head. "Of course not." She chuckled.
"No need to feel that way, we're all happy for the two of you. Selena is very happy with you and that's all we ever wanted for her." She reassured me, standing up and patting my back.
"We'll come visit very often, I promise." I told her, taking her hands in mine. She smiled in return and pulled me in for a hug. I hugged her back until we heard footsteps.
We looked back to see Selena walking into the kitchen, her hand on her head.
"Are you feeling alright, love?" I immediately asked, walking over to her. "I'm fine, Tae." She told me.
I just nodded in return, looking back at Mandy who looked at her daughter with concern.
"You look sick, Selena. Take some medicine." She told her. "No mom, really, I'm fine. I promise." Selena reassured her.
Mandy slowly nodded and looked back at me. "Well, since you two are leaving back to Korea tomorrow, Gracie, Brian, and the rest of the family will be over later today to say goodbye." Mandy said.
Selena stared at her mom for a while before nodding. "I'll be back then, okay? I have somewhere to be but I'll be back." Mandy said. We nodded and she gave both of us big hugs, then making her way out the front door.
"Are you sure you're okay? You look sick." I asked Selena, walking over to her. She looked up at me, sniffling a bit.
"N-no, I don't feel very well." She admitted. "I can get you some medicine." I told her, moving her hair out of her face.
However, she shook her head. "I just wanna cuddle." She said, looking down. I chuckled and picked her up bridal style. She let out a gasp while I carried her to the bedroom.
I gently lay her down on the bed, covering her up and feeling her head to make sure it wasn't too hot.
I turned off the lights and got into the bed beside her, pulling her into my embrace.
"You'll be okay, I'm sure it's just a simple cold." I whispered, kissing her head.
She nodded and let out a relaxed sigh. She got comfortable and rested her head in my neck, closing her eyes. I lifted her shirt up a little and caressed her waist gently.
"I love you, everything will be okay."
