I woke up, furrowing my eyebrows. I then opened my eyes, confused as to what I was sleeping on.
My eyes opened to see Selena sleeping peacefully as her hand was placed in my hair.
Realizing my head was lying on her chest, my cheeks flushed red, and I immediately sat up.
I was confused as to why she was sleeping in my bed with me, but I decided not to question it.
I admired her face for a while until I decided to go fix some breakfast.
I smiled at her figure before getting up and going to fix some pancakes.
I woke up, looking around and seeing that I'm in Taehyung's bed. But no Taehyung?
I got up, walking to the kitchen and smelling the aroma of pancakes.
I looked to see a shirtless Taehyung making pancakes.
I gulped. I hadn't paid much attention last night, so I didn't realize he was shirtless before.
He suddenly turned around, smiling at me.
"Hey, I was just fixing some pancakes. Want some?" he asked.
I nodded and then walked up to his side. He handed me a plate and I thanked him and sat down at one of the counter chairs.
He then grabbed his own plate and sat down next to me.
"So, what happened last night?" he questioned. I blushed a little before finally answering, "I heard you letting out scared yelps so I went into your room. It looked like you were having a nightmare so I just decided to comfort you." I explained.
He nodded, understanding. "Thanks, Sel." he said and we then began eating our pancakes.
After that, I cleaned my dish and went into the room I was staying in to change.
I changed into one of my outfits and then brushed my hair.
I heard a knock at the door, but just thought it was probably for Taehyung so he would get it.
As soon as I was done, I walked into the living room only to see Sumi and Taehyung talking at the door.
Taehyung then turned to face me. "Hey, Selena, I'm gonna go out with Sumi for a while. I'll be back soon, okay?" he said, getting his jacket.
"Y-yeah that's fine." I said. He then smiled at me before closing the door and leaving.
Jealousy was a understatement of what I was feeling right now.
I sighed and then sat on the couch, just deciding to watch some TV.
A couple of days passed. I rented a car since Taehyung and Sumi have been spending a lot of time together and I wanted to go to some places.
The boys have been spending a lot of time with me while Taehyung was out with Sumi. We all had a lot of fun together, they took me to some of their favorite places.
Tomorrow was going to be the 31st of December, meaning it would soon be New Years.
The boys were teaching me some simple Korean I would need to use while I was out shopping or doing anything else, which of course came in handy.
Sighing, I decided to text Victoria.
Selena: hey Vic? is it okay if we talk?

Victoria: hey, Sel. of course it is!
Selena: as you know, I'm out in Korea with the boys.
Selena: well, Taehyung has been spending a lot of time with this Sumi girl.
Victoria: oh, I see. boy problems
Selena: well, yeah. but the thing is, I really wish he would spend some time with me.
Victoria: ohhh so you're jealous? ;)
Selena: hush, Vic! I just want to spend some time with him. that Sumi girl gives me bad vibes, anyway. she literally eyes me all the time
Victoria: just flip her off when she does it 🤷
Selena: it's not that easy, Vic 🤦
Victoria: sorry, Sel, I gotta go!
Victoria: just talk to him about it, okay?
Selena: okay... bye, Vic
Victoria: bye, Sel, good luck
I groaned, checking the time which read 8:46. Why is Taehyung out so late?
I sighed and set my phone on the nightstand. But just as I did so, I heard the front door open and close.
I then got up and walked out of the room, checking to see that it was indeed, Taehyung.
"Tae?" I called his name softly. He then faced towards me, looking at me tiredly.
"Are you okay? You look tired." I said.
"Yeah. I was out with Sumi the whole day." he said, rubbing his face tiredly.
"Tae, I was just wondering..." I said. He looked at me, raising an eyebrow.
"I know you've been spending a lot of time with Sumi, but I was just wondering if you could spend some time with me, too? I mean, I'm only here for a bit longer and Sumi lives here in Korea." I said.
I looked down as I said that, afraid of eye contact.
Suddenly, I heard him let out a laugh. "Why, are you jealous?" he asked.
His tone of voice, however, was more harsh. I gulped, still looking down as tears pooled in my eyes.
"Look, Selena. I don't have time for this right now. I'm really tired, so I'll be going to bed." he said in the same harsh tone as he made his way to his bedroom and shut the door.
I then ran to my room and plopped down on the bed, beginning to cry.
I'm a very sensitive person, so when it comes to stuff like this, it really hurts me.
After about 5 minutes of crying my eyes out, I felt pain in my chest. My heart was racing and the chest pain wouldn't stop.
My tears wouldn't stop as the pain continued. I felt like I couldn't breathe. I felt like I was losing control over myself.
I began to cry out in pain with the breath that I had left when suddenly someone ran into the room. It was dark and my vision was growing worse, so I couldn't see properly.
They then began to comfort me by holding my hand and rubbing my back.
"It's okay, I'm here." they said softly.
"Keep breathing, you'll be okay." they said, rubbing my back soothingly.
Soon, I calmed down, but I immediately closed my eyes, feeling exhausted.
I then went to sleep in the person's arms.
I woke up, recalling what happened last night. I was still sad thinking about the way Taehyung talked to me, but maybe he was just tired? I don't know, but I hope things will get better soon.

And my anxiety attack? Well, I didn't want to think about that.
I got up, getting dressed and putting on some light makeup.
I walked into the living room, it was silent.
"Tae?" I called, but got no answer. Of course, he was probably out with Sumi. Great.
I sighed, going to fix some breakfast.
I had already changed into my outfit for the New Years party, so I was just going to leave at about 9 PM.
I then left after eating, taking the car and just deciding to go random places and drive around Korea.
I was currently out with the boys and Selena ran through my mind. I had no idea she had anxiety attacks, but as soon as I entered her room and saw her hyperventilating and holding onto her chest, I immediately knew what it was.
The way I talked to her as soon as I entered the house was also on my mind. I regret it so much. The truth is that I'm just too embarrassed to face her because of it, so I immediately left as soon as I woke up to spend time with the boys and get ready for the New Years party.
"You okay, Tae? You keep going into a trance." Namjoon asked. "Yeah, I'm fine." I said.
"I know you're lying. What happened?" he asked. I sighed, facing him after I got done setting the table down onto the grass.
"Yesterday, I got home late after hanging out with Sumi most of the day. I was really tired and well, just as I walked in, Selena came up to ask me something." I said and Namjoon nodded.
"She asked me if I could spend more time with her because I've been spending more time with Sumi than her, but I just... was rude to her." I said, looking down.
Namjoon sighed and pat my back. "Just apologize to her, bro. We all make mistakes, I'm sure she'd really appreciate an apology. And make sure to make time for her, that's the whole reason she came." Namjoon said and then walked away, going to help with other things.
I looked down and sighed, mad at myself for treating her that way.
We finished setting up everything a couple minutes ago and I was currently waiting for Selena to arrive.
She texted us in the group chat saying she'd come on her own, so I just decided to sit down on the back of one of the staff members' truck.
The sky was clear out with no trees in the way, it looked absolutely beautiful.
All of a sudden, Sumi came up to me.
"Hey, Tae. Where's Selena?" she asked. "She's coming on her own." I said and she nodded.
"How's everything between you guys?" she asked.
I sighed, "Not so well right now. I hope it'll be better soon." I said.
"I'm sorry, I feel like I'm the reason because of it." she said.
"It's fine, Sumi. Just go back to Chanwoo, I want you two to have a good time, alright?" I said and she nodded.
"Okay, bye." she waved and left.
About two hours later, a car pulled up. I then looked, seeing Selena get out of the car.
I widened my eyes, seeing how beautiful she looked.
I gulped, watching her walk up to Namjoon and greet him and the others.
She then sat down on one of the blankets and I let out a shaky breath as my heart rate increased.
Looking down at my phone, it was already 10 PM so it would be New Years in just two hours.
Finally gathering up enough courage, I walked my way over to Selena, sitting down beside her.
"Selena." I said her name and she looked at me. "Taehyung?" she questioned and I nodded.
I then looked at her in the eyes. "I just wanted to say I'm sorry for hurting your feelings, I didn't mean to. I'm probably the reason for your anxiety attack and..." I said, but my voice cracked at the end.
I looked back into her brown eyes once again. "And that hurts me, a lot. I didn't mean to hurt you. I was tired, I know that isn't an excuse for the way I talked to you, but I hope you forgive me." I said and she stared at me before smiling.
"It's fine, Tae. We all make mistakes and you faced yours." she said and I teared up a bit. "And about my anxiety attack, thank you for being there for me during it." she said and I smiled.
"You're welcome, Sel. And why didn't you tell me you had anxiety attacks?" I questioned.
"I didn't want you to worry about me." she said.
"I want to be here for you, Selena." I said, and then she turned to face me.
"You do?" she questioned.
"Of course." I said and smiled at her before facing towards the moon.
"I promise to spend more time with you." I said and she smiled and hugged my side.
I smiled and hugged her back.
"Let's go over here." I said, standing up with her and walking to a good spot where we could easily view the fireworks.
"Wait here." I said, running to grab her a snack and drink.
I then ran back, handing her the bag of chips and Sprite.
She laughed and thanked me and then opened the bag of chips, beginning to eat some.
"Hey, what time is it?" she asked. "It's almost 11." I said, putting my phone back into my pocket.
"Just an hour left." she said and I nodded, smiling.
"Just a minute left!" someone yelled. I looked at Taehyung excitedly and then up at the sky.
He giggled and checked his phone for the exact time.
Everyone then began to countdown.
"10...9...8...7...6...5...4...3...2...1...HAPPY NEW YEAR!"
I looked up at the sky excitedly, but just as the fireworks took off into the sky, Taehyung suddenly pulled me into a deep kiss.
