The day has finally come for our wedding. We traveled to Holly's parents house around noon today. Since last night everyone was here and we spent a few hours decorating their living room with the things we had ordered online.

Ethan and Ophalia were so happy we agreed to have it here at their house. It is so large that it makes it all very simple to have here. Especially since the weather is way to cold to hold outside at our house.

It is hard to believe exactly a year ago today I went under the harvest and Nicolas had his transplant. Not a day has gone by since then that I don't forget to be thankful for everything and my son is still here with us. My mind doesn't even want to think of what could have happened if not for Holly.

Which before decorating last night we did enjoy a Thanskgiving meal with everyone here. Ethan and Ophalia both accepted Tony right in. They both are happy that their youngest daughter is seeing someone. Tony has even came to Holly asking about rings Jewels may be interested in a few weeks ago, so it has been exciting.

Holly has been amazing. She has only a month left of her pregnancy and not once has slowed down. Countless times I wish she would take it easy, but she knows her body better than anyone else and I know she won't over do anything.

"I can't get the clip to work." Nicolas sighs walking out of the bathroom.

I walk over to him and snap it on for his bow tie.

"So are you ready? It is a very grown up thing to do today." I ask Nicolas as Tony finishes putting on his tux.

All the ladies are on the other end if the house getting ready. While Ethan is in the living room speaking with the doctor that has the certification to marry people, who will doing our ceremony.

"I really am Dad." Nicolas smiles.

I get down on one knee to be more at his height and pull him in for a hug.

"I love you so much buddy."

"I love you too Dad." Nicolas hugs me back, before letting me go.

"Did you get the gift for Mama?"

I nod. "It's in my pocket in the jeans over there."

"I know that Mama is going to wear her charm bracelet today because I asked her this morning.

"That is perfect." I smile and stand back up. The little gift I got her for today is a special charm to represent our wedding and Nicolas had helped choose it since there are many different wedding charms.

"Plus, I made sure to grab your cameras. So hope your not mad at me but I knew you would want them because Mama planned a surprise for all of us after the wedding." Nicolas smirks.

"I wouldn't be mad. You know how to handle the bags buddy." I answer, even though now I am curious as to what Holly has up her sleeve and got planned.

Tony walks back in and is finishing up his tie. He walks over and hands me two of the small blue flowers to where I can pin it to mine and Nicolas's tuxes.

There is a knock on the door and Ophalia is there when Tony opens the door. She gets teary looking at Nicolas.

"My, my. Don't you look handsome Nicolas." She sniffs.

"Thank you grandma! You look so pretty in your dress."

Ophalia does too her dress makes her look even younger. She walks over and hugs Nicolas tight.

"Alright all the girls are done and ready. So if you two will take your places and Nicolas time for you to run over to the other side and grab Holly. " Ophalia smiles.

I kiss Ophalia's cheek on my way out of the door. Nicolas takes off in almost a run to Holly.

Jewels and Massie are standing in the living room with Ethan and the doctor. The furniture has been moved out of the way and in the arch way are taped up decorations with the doctor standing underneath it.

Ethan moves off to the fold out chairs that has been placed for everyone to sit in. While Nicolas will he standing up with Holly and I, just off to my side.

I walk up and shake hands with the doctor.

"Thank you for coming out today and performing our ceremony."

"Not an issue young man. Ethan has been a great friend and colleague for many years when we first started out in the medical field. I have watch Holly and Jewels both grow up. Ethan has bragged about you and Nicolas quite a bit along with Tony there." He chuckles lightly.

I hear the clicking of shoes and turn to see Nicolas walking Holly towards me. I feel so many emotions going through me. One thing is absolutely a fact and that is Holly is stunning!

Nicolas puts Holly's hand in mine and she leans down to kiss his cheek. Nicolas takes the flowers and puts then in a vase beside us, making everyone laugh.

"You look gorgeous, snowflake." I whisper and smile.

"You are dashing yourself." She smiles.

The Doctor goes through some of the traditional words before he looks to me and announces we can say our vows.

My bow tie feels incredibly tight all of a sudden but one look at Holly and my vows flood back.

"Holly Calista, you came into our lives like a nice summers breeze. From the moment you spoke to us you changed our world. I don't want to think what life may have been like if you hadn't walked into the room that day barely over a year ago. I fell for you quickly during the time you spent with Nicolas and I. I love everything about you all the kindness, caring, and love you give shows daily. You gave Nicolas his life back and have shown him so much motherly love. I can only hope and wish that each and everyday you feel my love for you. I promise to show you how special you are and mean to me, because I love you so much it hurts. I asked for one wish and got many more that I didn't know I truly wanted but now I do. I love you now and forever."

Holly's eyes tear up and she sniffs once softly.

"Jack, I knew from the moment of our first kiss and the snow started to fall that you were my person and took my heart. I love how we grew and got to know each other with no rush because we focused mainly on Nicolas. The first moment I walked into that room it felt like I belonged there and was meant to help the both of you in every way I could. I promise to be there for everything you or Nicolas needs because my heart is with you both. When I am not with you, my heart is not complete until we are back together again. You have brought so much joy and happiness into my life. I can't wait to see how our family grows because together our love is stronger. I love you with all my heart and soul." Holly let's a tear slip and I wipe it away.

"The rings please."

Nicolas hands then over to the doctor and he shares a few more words while we place the rings on each other's hand.

"I now pronounce you Mr. and Mrs. Winters. You may kiss your lovely bride."

I capture Holly's lips as quickly as I can and pour every ounce of love and devotion into it. Happiness pours through me as Holly is finally my wife.
