Sadly the snow is over with and it is now spring time. Things have been amazing since New Years. Jack and Nicolas stay at my house more often than the three of us being at their's but I think it helps Jack. Plus I can't bring myself to have Mister Tool in the same bed he used to share with his late wife.

My work schedule is at a nice steady pace. The hospital hired on a couple more pediatric doctors the last few months to where now every doctor has two days off. If another physician needs an extra day we work together to cover the patients.

Jewels, Massie, and I have many lunches together. Well Jewels and I always do and Massie joins when she isn't in with a laboring mother. Massie has been getting hot and heavy with a nurse on her floor but things are going well for them. They spend time outside of work together.

I think Jewels has been dating someone but she is being quiet about who it is. I don't pry because I know my sister will tell me when she is ready too. Our parents are still traveling all over and I know they talk with Jewels about once a week, but they are still upset with me from the Christmas party.

Walking out of the hospital, I get in my car after my work shift. There is a few patients that is giving me a run for the time trying to figure out how to help them because the parents are refusing some treatments that would help their child. I understand they are scared over surgery but it is the only thing that will help. I have been talking with the pediatric surgeon a lot because once it gets to a certain point the surgery will have to be done and there is nothing the parents can refuse because as doctors we can't allow our patients to just die, but we have to wait on those levels which hurts my heart.

I get out of my car when a note on my wippers catches my attention,

Snowflake,

I have a major surprise at your house and laid out on your bed. Nicolas and I will be waiting.

I fold the note and put it in my bag. A smile forms on my face, along with my mind wondering what they are up too. We have traded keys to where he can get in my house and I can get into his house awhile back. I have had Jack move more of their things to my house and what used to be the spare bedroom is now Nicolas's room. I bought him a chest and things he needs to make it his room.

I walk in my house but it is quiet.

"Hello?" I call out and get nothing but silence back.

Weird.

I walk to the bedroom and there is a small box on the bed. There is a note but I hold it and open the lid with my other hand. Inside the box looks to be a dress with the way it is folded up, but it is a stunning silver silk gown. I open the note and read the words.

Prize number two Snowflake,

Please do us the honors of wearing this dress. Nicolas and I will be waiting here at my shop.

I quickly undress and clean up, before putting on the dress and my heels I wore at Christmas time. I grab the note and fold in my bag too with the first one. The drive to the shop doesn't take long and I park the car.

Walking up to the door, there is somthing taped to it. I pull it off and it is another note.

Around back Snowflake.

I smile and add it to my bag with a small laugh, because this one Nicolas got ahold of and drew me a little snowflake on it next to Jack's writing. So, I walk around the back and see the door partially open. Pulling it more, I can tell the lights are on off the the side of the shop to where no one walking by the front would have known.

"Hello?" I ask this time hoping they say something back.

"Holly!" Nicolas smiles and rounds the corner.

"Well don't you look spiffy little man." I smile as he hugs me tight.

Nicolas is in dress pants and a button up red shirt.

"You look pretty Holly." Nicolas smiles and takes my hand.

He leads me around the corner, to see Jack is standing by a table.

"You look beautiful snowflake." Jack walks over and kisses me hard.

"You are handsome." I whisper pulling back.

Jack is dressed the same as Nicolas.

"So why are we all dressed up?" I ask looking between them both.

"I wanted us to have a nice dinner together and just away from everyone." Jack smirks, but I catch Nicolas trying not to giggle.

Jack takes my hands and pulls me over to the table. There is three plates laid out with each having a steak on it along with sides. In the middle of the table holds a large salad along with a small vase of flowers and a few candles.

"This look amazing." I smile to them both. I help Nicolas into his chair as Jack holds mine out.

We all eat and once the food is gone, Jack and I clean up. Nicolas helps and makes trips to the trash can before Jack takes it all to the dumpster out back. We talk lightly and so easily while we ate and cleaned up.

"I want to ride back with Holly." Nicolas smiles to us.

"Sure, I will grab your booster." I hug him tight.

Jack leans down and whispers something to Nicolas while smiling. I raise an eyebrow and they stand up straight.

"Which house?" I ask them.

"Either one." Jack smiles.

We talk and get the booster seat moved over and we all set off to my house. Since it is just a tad bit closer. I smile in the rearview mirror to Nicolas as he talks about all the things we can do over the weekened since Jack and I are both off work.

Once inside, Nicolas pulls me to his room and he shows me a new legos building he made. It is memorizing what he can do with those things.

"It looks great little man. Do you know what you will build next?"

"Yup. I do! Can we watch some tv?"

"Sure." I smile and rub his hair some to ruffle it.
