Bryn Atkinson's POV
the worst day of the week for me. Yea, some people might think its the best because it's the beginning of the week. A new start, new day, new everything. But I, on the other hand, made the mistake of sleeping late on Sunday and paid the consequences Monday morning. Which is it? A grouchy Bryn Atkinson.
"River, I swear to god, poke my face one more time and I'll punch your throat in," I growled. River gulped, awkwardly retracting his hand away from my face.
"She's not even on her period yet." He murmured to himself, placing his hand on his forehead. This ladies and gentlemen are when you know you have a true friend: when they know your period schedule. I was about to slap his forehead when his hand stopped me from doing so. Damn it, damn it all.
Damn the hand.
"I need food." I yelped, the sudden thought coming to my head.
"Yeah, I'll go get you some. I don't want to feel the Bryn wrath." Bruce said, scrunching his lips whilst getting up from the lunch table. I groaned, slamming my head on the table, the need of sleep lingering in my mind.
"Cheer up Brynnie Bryn Bryn," Benji said, nudging me. I felt like strangling him, sleep is a very important aspect of my life. My birthday was two days ago and I stayed up for most of the night enjoying myself with all my friends. Have your thoughts ever wander to something else? Well, that's exactly what happened with me. Only one thought crossed my mind right now, and it was Eliazer.
He has a meaning in my life, the problem is that I don't know what it is. He's nice when he wants to be, he's serious in a ravishing kind of way. Wait, what am I saying? These are only complements, right? I clear my throat, bringing attention to myself.

"Are you okay there?" Tanner asked, furrowing his eyebrows.
"Yeah, just a sore throat," I replied dumbly.
"Hey! I have a cough drop if you need one?" Gemini added, digging inside her pockets. Before I had time to react, the food was placed harshly in front of me. A bit of food flew at the impact, falling on my arm.
"I'm going to fucking murder, you Bruce." I seethed, wiping the little bits of food off my arms.
"Bu-But I said I didn't want to feel The Bryn Wrath!" He squealed, flailing his arms.
"You're going to feel it either way."
~
I knocked on the door for a second time, eager to get in. I don't know what was wrong with me, but I felt it in my stomach. I was eager to come here, but isn't it too much just to say a thank you? Too much for the strange feeling? I felt nervous yet, excited at the same time.
I started twirling my hair with my finger when the door suddenly opened, making me jump back in surprise. Eliazer stood there, looking unfazed as usual.
"Don't...do that." I scolded, taking a deep breath as he held the door open.
"Sorry." He mumbled, going back inside whilst leaving the door open. I strode inside, closing the door behind me. I felt like I was in a second home, I was comfortable here. "Bust your bubble but Jared's not here."
"Oh, uh. I didn't come for Jared." I stated. Eliazer gave me a quizzical look.
"Well, what do you mean? What's up?" He replied, motioning with his hand.
"Nothing. I just wanted to say thanks for staying on my birthday." I replied, quickly opening the cabinet to avoid awkward atmosphere.

"Um, those are filled with... Cups." Eliazer said, raising an eyebrow, pointing at the cabinet.
I cleared my throat, "Right! I knew that. Of course, I knew that." I replied dumbly, closing the cabinet again. "Just wanted to make sure if all your...cups were there."
"Wow. That's very nice of you." He said with a smirk.
"It's not even funny, I was trying to make the situation less awkward," I replied with a little laugh.
"Yeah, okay." He smirked, raising his eyebrows. It felt good. Knowing that you could make a person smile. Especially a person who rarely smiles.
"Be quiet you...you..." I trailed, unsure of what to say.
"You got nothing on me, your roasting sucks," Eliazer said jokingly walking towards me. I leaned on the counter, unsure of where to go. He was right in front of me, making me feel flushed.
"Nothing at all." He whispered in my ear before backing away, a cup in hand.
That jerk.
I quickly run my hand down my face, feeling embarrassed.
You actually thought he was going to kiss you, weren't you dummy?
I scolded myself, I shouldn't be thinking, not like this. I felt embarrassed. What if I pouted my lips? Thinking that he was going to kiss me? I'd feel like the stupidest person on earth.
"Hey, I'll be back," Eliazer said, going inside the bathroom. I stood there in my lonely until the door knocked. I looked around.
Who's gonna open the door?
I smacked my lips, well me duh.
I opened the door, being met with a man that looked awfully familiar.
"Is Eliazer here?" He asked, a thick Italian accent lacing his voice.
"Uhm, he's currently not available at the moment," I replied, unsure.
"Oh, well, if you please. Can you give this to him? Tell him it's from Silent." The man said, handing me a rose and an envelope. I took it but winced when I felt the prickly sensations.
Why do they still have the fucking thorns?
"Oh my, I'm so sorry sweetheart. Love hurts." He said as he walked down the hallway towards the elevator. I closed the door as I heard the satisfying 'ding' of him leaving. Something about him just gave me the shivers. His aura was bothering.
I set the flower and the envelope on the table as I quickly grabbed a napkin, wiping the blood that was on my fingertips. I heard the bathroom door open, and Eliazer's footsteps echo in the room.
"Hey who was at the d-" Eliazer was cut short as I heard the thump of him falling. Eliazer had just fainted.
