The next day, at 9 in the morning

Herain was facing 10 artists in Dazzle Entertainment Company at the meeting room

"I gathered you all here today because 9 days from now, a huge concert will be held and all 10 of you will perform so you only got 8 days to practice" Herain stated

The artists all look hesitant at Herain and they doubt her

"I will entertain any questions and objections after I explain everything in detail" Herain calmly stated

Thus, an hour has passed with Herain focusing on her discussion

After she was done explaining to everyone, she picked a bottle of water and took a drink from it

Then she calmly gazed at everyone as she said "Any objections?"

The room was quiet and no one made a single sound

"Then I guess we're done here, I'll be personally interviewing each one of you at the end of the day to ensure that you have succesfully fulfilled your daily task" Herain stated

As she was about to get out of the meeting room, Jax suddenly spoke

"Your plan is very well-thought and it has a high chance of success however what if I don't want to participate in it" Jax stated

Herain turned around and walked back at the center as she said "Everyone get out, I'm having a talk with Jax"

Everyone in the room immediately stood up and went out

‘Jax is a very valuable actor, his presence in the concert will contribute to a higher chance of success so I will not let you go’ Herain thought to herself

"You seem to despise me in whatever I do so I'll get straight to the point, what do you want?" Herain calmly stated

"I want to have Felisha, if you free her from your grasp and let her solely work for me in her lifetime then I will support you" Jax stated

Herain was dumbfounded as she thought ‘You want to have me in my fake identity?’

"Why?" Herain confusingly asked

"You don't have to know the reason" Jax replied

"Do you perhaps like her in a romantic way?" Herain guessed

Jax turned his head to the side and Herain could clearly see in his face that she guessed right

‘Oh no!, tell me I'm wrong!’ Herain thought

Herain slammed her hand on the table as she said "You can't love her, she's not even that pretty"

"How dare you, she's way more prettier than you" Jax stated as he glared at Herain

‘But that person is just me in a heavy make-up, is there something wrong with your eyes?!’ Herain thought to herself

‘It's understandable that you won't know that I'm Felisha since that is my intention from the very beginning but how could you fall in love with me in that look?!’ she thought as a sigh came out of her mouth

"I hate to burst your bubble but did you even do some research before falling in love" Herain uttered with a sigh

"Falling in love does not require some stupid research" Jax replied

"What if I tell you that Felisha is not just some average manager?" Herain stated

"So what if she's not" Jax stated

‘Are you stupid?’ Herain thought

"Wait here, I'll go get Felisha" Herain stated then went out of the meeting room

Herain went into her office and Vivian was there organizing her paperworks

"Viv, turn me into Felisha this instant" Herain stated as she sat on the sofa

Vivian nodded her head and immediately picked up Herain's make-up set

A while later, Herain went back to the meeting room dressed up in her Felisha identity

"Felisha" Jax uttered with a smile as soon as stepped inside

"Stay right there" Herain stated

As she stood across Jax, Herain gently pulled out her wig then her glasses

Afterwards, Herain picked up a wet tissue and wiped the make-up on her face

Jax gazed at Herain in shock as he witnessed her transformation on spot

"I'm Felisha, I approached you in the first place to gain intel on Cory's management" Herain stated

Jax was speechless as he tried to process everything that had just happened

‘Now that I think about it, Felisha and Herain had the same body features’ Jax thought

"Now that I told you the truth, I'm expecting to see a cooperation from you" Herain stated

"If you still think that I don't have what it takes to take over this company after 10 days then I'll gladly let you take over" she added

"Miss, Ishid Vince is on the phone" Vivian stated as she handed the phone to Herain

"Umm hey" Herain uttered as she answered the phone

"I got the business proposal you've sent in my email" Ishid stated

"So is it alright if I have you host the concert?" Herain asked

"Yeah sure, I'll be there before the event" Ishid stated

"Okay thank you, I'll have my assistant send you a detailed flow of the program" Herain stated

"Yeah" he replied

"Uh so, I'll end the call now?" Herain asked

"Wait!" Ishid suddenly stated

"Yes?" Herain uttered

"How are you?, are you doing well there?" Ishid asked

Herain smiled as she said "I'm fine, I'm sorry I've dragged you into my own problems last time"

"Don't be sorry, I haven't even done anything to help you" Ishid replied

"The next time we meet, I hope it's in a better situation" Herain stated

"You always seem to see only my embarrassing sides" she added as a smile appeared on her face

Just then, the call suddenly ended

"Oh, Ishid already ended the call" Herain uttered as she gazed at the phone

Ishid heaved a heavy sigh as he said "How am I supposed to meet you again while maintaining a calm facade?"

"I badly want to take you away right now" Ishid uttered as he gazed at his photo with Herain on his phone

Meanwhile, Jax was still currently processing the thoughts in his head

"I have a very busy schedule so if you won't participate then tell me this instant" Herain stated

"I'll attend" Jax stated

"Miss, you still have an appointment in the Franchester's mansion" Vivian stated

‘Oh right, I still have to meet Harold’ Herain thought

Herain nodded her head and was about to step out of the meeting room when Jax suddenly grabbed his hand

"What is it?" Herain asked

"When you were with me in that manager disguise, have you been sincere to me?" Jax uttered

Herain smiled as she said "Aside from the fact that I used you as a stepping stone to achieve my goal, I was sincere on the times I've spent with you"

"Playing games and going undercover, they were fun" she added

"Then, is it alright if we continue that relationship?" Jax asked

"I can't be your manager anymore but I can be your friend" Herain uttered with a smile

"Miss, you're going to be late" Vivian stated

"Oh right" Herain uttered then she removed his hand from her and walked away

Vivian cleared her throat as she said "Just so you know, Miss Herain is deeply in love with our president"

‘So he really was in a relationship with that Harold guy’ Jax thought to himself

Jax smirked as he said "Even a married couple can get divorce, how much more a relationship that isn't even exposed to the public?"

"If you see how amazing our president is, you'll probably take those words back" Vivian stated

"I have already seen him, I can take Herain away from him" Jax stated then walked out of the meeting room

"That's just false confidence, there's no way you can beat President Wisteria" Vivian mumbled under her breath

Meanwhile, Herain went into the Franchester's mansion

The moment she arrived, Harold's mother greeted her warmly then showed her to the dining room where a line of dishes was served

"Are you having a feast?" Herain uttered in surprise

Harold pulled the chair as he said "Sit down, mom got too excited that she had 5 chefs come here today"

"Anyway, I just came here today to talk about the promotion of the concert" Herain stated

Harold smiled as he said "Don't worry about it, I already handled everything well"

Herain smiled as she said "I already knew you would"

"Oh my! you two match so well, I'll be expecting something from you two" Harold's mother stated

"Harold and I are just friends and business partners, right Harold?" Herain uttered with a smile

By that remark, Herain had successfully drawn a line on their relationship

Harold forced a smile as he said "Yeah, we're just that"

After that, there were only business talks throughout the whole meal

Afterwards, Harold and Herain were engrossed with managing the documents and preparing everything for the upcoming huge event

"Why don't you stay for dinner?" Harold stated

"I would like to, but my boyfriend is cooking tonight" Herain uttered with a smile

Harold clenched his fist and he lightly laughed as he said "How come it's so easy for you to hurt me like this?"

"If I don't become the bad guy then it will hurt you more, do you really want me to be so kind at you then give you false hope?" Herain stated

"That would be a torture" Harold replied

Herain sighed as she said "Harold, you are such a handsome and amazing man"

"I'm sure among the women who liked you, there will someday be one of them you will come to like" she added

"If it is only that easy" Harold stated

"Loving was never easy, that's why I hope you can move on and happily fall in love with someone else who deserves you" Herain uttered with a smile

A gentle smile appeared on Harold's face as he said "I'll be fine"

‘I'll be contented with just being able to watch over you’ Harold thought to himself

After a long day, Herain finally returned back to White Wisteria

As soon as she entered the house, Rhaveir was already standing in front of her

"Were you waiting for me?" she asked

Rhaveir gave her a nod in response as he opened her arms

Herain immediately ran towards him and he wrapped her in his embrace

"How was work?" he asked

Herain sighed as she said "It was so tiring, I dealt with a lot of people today"

Rhaveir leaned down and held her chin up as he placed a kiss on her lips

"You've done a great job" Rhaveir stated

Herain pouted her lips as she said "I'm hungry"

"I already have your dinner prepared" Rhaveir uttered as he held her hand and lead her to the dining room

"Rhaveir" Herain uttered as she sat down

"Hmm?" Rhaveir asked as he placed the food in front of her

"I love you" Herain uttered with a smile as she happily gaze at him

Rhaveir gently smiled and placed a kiss on her cheek

"I love you the most" Rhaveir stated
