Lisa knocked the door of the 7th house in the privileged neighbourhood of Hannam early in the morning. She was glancing around nervously in case someone would see her but the place was famous for its strict privacy.
The door opened after a minute, revealing her boyfriend in an all-black outfit; black jeans, a black oversized pullover and black piercings on his ears, contrasting with the ivory of his skin and silver of his hair. The ever-sleepy eyes looked at her and the ever-pouty lips stretched wide with a smile.
"Hi," Lisa grinned.
"Finally," his low grumble made her want to giggle and she stumbled forward when he pulled her in.
Embracing her even before the door closed, Yoongi cupped her face and tilted upwards to place a series of sweet kisses on her lips.
"You know the code, why did you knock?" he murmured between the kisses.
"In case I interrupt something," Lisa smiled, tightening her arms around his lean frame.
"You would never," he kissed her one more time and pulled back and held her hand. "Come."
Lisa smiled as she slipped on her slippers and walked behind him as Min Holly ran towards Lisa to welcome her other owner.
This was how their dates usually went.
They would meet at Yoongi's house, or at some secluded café very rarely if he felt too cramped up, when they were in Korea and whenever their schedules miraculously crossed overseas, they would walk on the streets aimlessly.
Yoongi was a private person who didn't like people and outdoors and although Lisa was outgoing and loved outdoors and fresh breeze and sunshine (she was from Thailand, for God's sake), she was completely fine with staying indoors all the time if it meant she could be with Yoongi and he could be comfortable.
He liked indoors, privacy, being alone and surrounding himself with music and he didn't like leaving his comfort zone. And Lisa liked him, so everything was fine.
Sometimes when Lisa was there, he would work on a song and Lisa would watch him for hours, in awe, and she would stupidly blush by herself just by watching him move around and create magic. Then they would cook together, eat, watch a movie and on the rare occasions she would stay the night there, they would cherish it, wrapped around each other.
And Lisa would choose this-choose him-over anything she could do outdoors.

After all, Yoongi had bought the house for them-so they could have some privacy and could be free.
Her members often teased her about how whipped she was for Yoongi but Lisa would brush it off even though her face would turn a furious red because who could blame her when she got Min Yoongi to all herself, really?
"Hi there, little pup," Lisa leaned down to scratch behind a very excited Holly's ears and she barked enthusiastically. She was both trying to nuzzle Lisa's hand and run around her legs as if she didn't know what to do.
"Careful," Lisa laughed when she almost stumbled over the cutie, nearly stepping on her tail.
"Holly missed you too," Yoongi squeezed her hand. Lisa looked up to smile at him.
"I know. I missed her too," Lisa straightened. "But it was necessary," she put on a smug smile to which Yoongi rolled his eyes.
"You are an evil little thing and I'll have you know that you're lucky you're so cute."
"Whatever, you like me anyways," Lisa mused, plopping onto the fluffy couch with a grin. His face softened.
"Never said I didn't."
After he settled next to her and put on some movie neither of them was going to watch, Lisa scooted as close to him as possible and draped herself over his body, tucking her face into his neck.
"We make up after three whole weeks and now you're hiding your face," he complained despite dropping his arm around her to pull her in. "Very generous of you, baby, thanks."
Lisa shrugged shyly, nosing his jawline and pressing a kiss on his soft skin, "I can't help it. You've seen my face around anyways, let me have this," she added, her hand making its way up to hold his shoulder.
He forcefully, but gently pulled back. A soft light was bright in his eyes and his hand brushed her hair back from her face, "Nothing compares to having you like this. Right next to me. In front of my eyes. Under my hands."
Flushing red, Lisa avoided his eyes and looked around, "Is that a new chair? It looks nice-"
Laughing, Yoongi held her chin, turned her face to him-her cheeks burning pink, eyes wide and shy, lips parted in surprise-and kissed her gentle and long.
"What am I going to do with you?" he breathed into her lips when they parted for air, never too far, sharing the same breath. "My cute little baby."

"You can feed me?" Lisa offered, eyes mischievous, before she kissed him again. "Or you can kiss me again. You can do anything you want oppa, really," she added, her voice turning into a whisper.
Yoongi hummed, "Then you won't be leaving this house this year."
And he stole Lisa's laugh from her lips.

Stretching his arms up his head, Taehyung halted in front of the door for a second before knocking it with a yawn.
He had just come back from Daegu where he stayed for the week after their promotions ended. It was a really refreshing break for him but he couldn't help worrying about Yoongi, who had refused to go with him because he was too depressed to do anything. Taehyung had been feeling horrible because there was nothing he could do and Yoongi was getting worse and worse everyday; he didn't eat, he didn't sleep, he didn't even compose-he was like an empty shell.
All because of a girl.
(Yoongi would kill him in his sleep if Taehyung dared to use the word 'a girl' about Lisa, though-'don't talk about her like she's an ordinary girl, Kim Taehyung, there's not a single thing about her that is ordinary!' Yoongi would say with an ice cold voice and narrowed eyes that always made people uncomfortable to the point of finding an excuse to leave the whatever place they were in.)
Taehyung would've never thought in his wildest dreams that Yoongi could be this miserable because of a girl and he sometimes thought what would happen to the elder if he and Lisa, God forbid, broke up or something.
In Daegu, he had visited Yoongi's family too and now he had brought gifts from them. He hoped news and gifts from home would cheer him up a little.
Then he frowned when no one answered the door. He knew Yoongi was home, his car was parked and there was sound coming from the house so why didn't he answer the door?
He knocked again, waiting impatiently, and when the door still stayed closed he huffed and reached for the digital lock.
The rest of the band had to work really hard to coax Yoongi into sharing his passcode with them ('but Yoongi lived alone there and what if something happened to him and no one knew how to enter the place' was one of their arguments). The door opened with a melodic unlocking sound and Taehyung stepped into the house.
First thing he saw was a pair of small timberlands next to Yoongi's usual sneakers.
Then he heard laughter coming from the living room-a mixture of soft, tinkling giggles and Yoongi's deep laughter.
Taehyung frowned in confusion, was it Lisa? Had they made up and he didn't know about that?? What else did he miss???
Feeling both betrayed and curious, he silently walked in and peeked from the corner.
Yoongi was sitting on the couch, relaxed and leaning back, he had put his feet onto the little coffee table (thank god Jin wasn't here) and he was watching a honey-gold haired girl wearing a sweater that was too big for her (wasn't that Yoongi's??) over what looked like nothing but probably a pair of short denim shorts, dancing to their song War of Hormones. It looked like she was making fun of Yoongi's dancing and Taehyung had to bite the inside of his cheek to keep himself from laughing.
It was unmistakably Lisa and Taehyung felt both an immense amount relief that the two made up and a little betrayal that he wasn't informed about this.
Lisa brushed her golden hair over her shoulder, still laughing, and Yoongi suddenly jerked forward to grab her arm and he pulled her to the couch.
Lisa fell onto her back with a giggle that sounded like everything pleasant in this world. Yoongi loomed over her, tickling her sides softly, making her giggle more.
Taehyung heard his laughs too, it had been a long while since he had seen Yoongi this playful, forever maybe.
Finally Yoongi got up from her and pulled her onto his lap as he put his feet onto the coffee table again. She sat on him, legs on either side of the boy and facing him. She softly grabbed his shirt and murmured something that made Yoongi laugh with his gummy smile. He looked happier than any other time Taehyung had seen him.
So he just smiled at the view in front of him, genuinely happy for his hyung, and decided that the gifts from home could wait as he turned around to leave the house.
Because Yoongi had gotten what made him the happiest with him.

Dungeon Core Chat Room.
This is a slower-paced "experiment and dungeon building" web novel that tries to use the idea of peer-to-peer communication with Dungeon Cores instead of Dungeon to slave monster communication to break up the detailed dungeon building. Rank 1 description: (minimum met for system initialization...detailed description as follows) Each race was given a system by the gods to make up for their shortcomings and balance their place in this world. Humans: Abysmally bad at understanding and using magic unable to use more than the lowest of magic were given the "Skill System" magic in the form of premade skills with use, study, and mastery tied to experience. Elves: Intuitively understand magic and have long lives leading to vast knowledge and skill in their chosen fields. However, as a species, they have nearly zero sex drive and less than low fertility, so they were gifted the "World Tree System" with experience gained through the care of natural areas – gifting the chance of children to increase their numbers without dirty copulation. All “natural” or “wild” monsters are given an "Evolution system" designed around killing and consuming as many creatures as possible, slowly increasing strength and, at thresholds, allowing mutations to alter them multiple times. Dungeon cores are different. Unlike humans, they can see, manipulate and live off mana. Unlike Elves, they naturally crystallize after extended periods of time in high mana level areas. However, they cannot easily move or communicate and typically go insane without companionship. As a species other than the odd eccentric they are unimaginative. Brute forcing solutions without the drive to truly innovate. Thus they have been gifted with the "Dungeon Connection System" a magical version of the internet accessible by their peers that allows them to barter and sell: bait, traps, monsters, and knowledge, as well as entertain each other with “adventure streams” using exciting recorded battles and humorous reels of arrogant chumps biting off more than they can chew to often fatal effects. This is the casual story of a dungeon unluckily spawned far from potential adventurers forced to innovate beyond its peers to find its place in this world. Rank 2 Description: Justification. I've been on a dungeon core kick for months and while I love the genre – it's sparse with entries. Often the forced conflict gets repetitive and frantic solving of threats "power levels" the protagonist to god levels to progress the plot – taking away the nice steady progression fantasy I'm looking for. (Progression in this story is linked to how strong of monsters/traps/whatever he can create not his "level"...this is demonstrated by some of his newer monsters beating his older monsters not with discrete "this monster has 10 attack this one has 40") Additionally, the focus on 3rd parties with their drama takes away from the reason I’m reading dungeon core novels in the first place – I'm looking for magical crafting, experimentation and kingdom building – not defence from higher and higher levelled enemies looking to steal/destroy/control the MC. This novel is kind of just me writing the story I wish I could read. I like thinking about the experimentation that can be done in fantasy settings using 'mana' as an excuse to make up rules and try to keep them internally consistent. IE once I define how a rule works, I'm going to commit to keeping it – no breaking hard truths I've given when it's convenient, even if it backs me into a corner. Hopefully, that should make the story interesting to read even if it's SOL and less action-oriented. There will be problems to solve and a clear progression in strength (of created monsters and knowledge) however due to not wanting to force conflict for the sake of conflict the general theme will be closer to slice of life with few action sequences and no overarching goal so please keep that in mind when picking this up as the genre is not for everyone. Finally, I have a clear goal of what I want from this story (not an endless romp but a series of arcs and then a conclusion that's a couple of dozen medium-sized chapters long) I want to commit to finishing it or at least bringing it to a point of rest. I hate all the engaging stories that stop with a “hiatus” indefinitely so in the event I lose motivation I'll work to end this even if the ending becomes rushed/unsatisfying just to give a sense of closure. I’m planning on including several polls in terms of direction and taking feedback heavily into account if I get enough readers (but may choose to ignore it if it deviates too far from the direction I want to take this as in feedback like: “The MC needs a cartoonishly evil arch-enemy that wants to enslave him and force the mc to pump out magic items” or “the MC needs to make a body and learn teleportation then live with humans” will get shot down without consideration.)
