Scott’s P.O.V
I woke up feeling stars circle around my head. Why was everything spinning so fast? It feels as If I’m going to be sick if they don’t stop soon.
After the room finally stopped spinning, I took in my surroundings. Where the hell was I? There was nothing in the room but a little door. I went to stand up, but I fell back down.
My legs were chained to the wall.
What the hell was going on?
I tried to think back to what I remember last, and it hit me like a ton of bricks.
Oakley.
I never found her, I didn’t get to her. She could be anywhere by now.
I searched my pockets and pulled out my phone.
Idiots, when you kidnap someone, last time I checked, you check to see if they have a phone with them.
I pulled it out and saw two missed calls from Oakley and a million from Tyler.
Why the hell was Tyler calling me?
I bet, he probably forgot where he put his wallet or something stupid like that.
I dialed Oakley’s number and prayed that someone would answer. But it was dead. Of course it was. She probably hasn’t turned it back on from her flight.
Next I called Tyler just to make sure everything was okay.
“SCOTT!!!” Tyler yelled as soon as I dialed his number. I don’t even think it rang. Man this guy must be desperate.
“Tyler have you heard from Oakley?” I asked quickly.
I didn’t know where I was, but Oakley was my top priority. I didn’t care what happened to me, as long as she was okay and out of trouble.
“Mate, I dunno I saw the note and I called her, she was freaking out. Edge wouldn’t let her leave, he was going to hurt her. I didn’t know where you were, I didn’t know what to do. He was yelling and just hung up the phone. I don’t know where they are. She’s in Melton, I know that.” Tyler ranted.
“Edge? Wait who’s Edge?” I asked.
“The Kelang’s son.” Tyler panted.
Shit, this was bad, beyond bad.
“Scott where are you?” Tyler asked.
Before I could explain to him my confusion I heard footsteps.
“Tyler I gotta go, I’ll call you back.” I whispered and hung up not listening to Tyler’s protests.
The little door unlocked and I saw the outline of a tall man.

“I see you have woken up.” He said.
“Where’s Oakley?” I shouted trying to rip the chains of the walls.
He turned around and laughed.
“It’s almost impossible for humans to rip through the chains.”
“Lucky I’m not human then.” I snarled.
I tried pulling against them, but they were even budging.
“It’s not going to work.” He laughed.
I ignored him, Oakley was in danger, and hour away from me. I had to get there quickly before they do something that will affect the rest of my life.
“You can’t shift.” He stated.
I looked up at him. I tried shifting, but it was no use.
“Why! What did you do?” I growled.
“I ejected something into you when you were too busy mumbling about you precious Oakley.” He smirked.
“Where is she?” I yelled. “WHERE IS SHE?” I screamed at the top of my lungs.
“She’s dead.” He stated.
No, Oakley wasn’t dead. I would have felt something. Our bond isn’t as strong as most mates because she isn’t a wolf, but I would defiantly feel something.
“Where am I?” I asked.
“You’ll find out some enough.” He laughed.
The man walked closer to me, kneeling down to my level. His hand went behind my body and he snatched the phone off me. He snapped it in half and threw it to the wall.
“Don’t ever try something like that again, do you understand?” He snapped.
I nodded, not wanting to start something now.
“Good, now shut up in here. I don’t want to hear one more word from you.” He snarled and walked to the door, before he left someone else walked in.
“Thanks Jake, I got it from here.” He smirked at me.
He looked familiar. Who was this guy?
“Dearest Scott, I have been waiting to see you.” He smiled.
“Who are you?” I asked.
“You don’t know me? I should be offended.” He held his hand to his heart.
I studied him; he had a smile on face. He was planning something. Something triggered in my mind that he was the leader here.
“Where am I?” I asked.
“You haven’t been told yet?” He asked.
“Where am I?” I repeated.
“Melton.” He said.
This got my attention, Oakley was near. Or should be near. Melton wasn’t a big place, I looked it up.
“That got you wondering, didn’t pretty boy.” He smiled.

“What’s your name?” I asked.
“Oh how rude of me, I forgot to introduce myself. My name is Edge.” His smile widened and I understood who he was.
“Where is she?” I shouted trying to break free of the chains.
“Wouldn’t you like to know?” He smirked.
“If you have touched one single hair on her head. I will kill you.”
“I’d like to see you try.” He smiled.
I hated giving in, but in this case, I was desperate. “Please just tell me one thing. Is she okay?” I asked.
“What am I going to get out of telling you?” He smirked.
“I’ll do anything, anything please, I need to know.”
“She’ll be fine.”
“Wait what does that mean will be fine? Where is she?” I asked for the millionth time.
“In her room, waiting for someone to arrive.”
I had to help her. She wasn’t strong, nor a fighter. She couldn’t take on a human let alone a wolf.
“Who?” I asked.
“My dad. Jim Kelang.” He smiled, knowing that I defiantly new this name.
And boy did I know the name. Jim was the worst man alive. He was a murderer, a rapist, a kidnapper, and the Alpha of the biggest pack in the world. Dad met him once; I honestly don’t think he has ever been the same since.
Whenever I mention the name, he shivers.
He was going to mess with Oakley. There was nothing I could do.
“Why are you doing this?” I asked.
“Oakley’s parents needed to learn a very important message not to mess with the Kelang’s.”
“Her parents are dead.” I snarled.
“No thanks to my dad.” He turned around and opened the door.
I didn’t know what to say any longer. Oakley was only a few minutes away from me and there was nothing I could do. She was going to get hurt and there was nothing I could do.
She might die, and there is nothing I can do about it but sit here and wish I was somewhere else.
Oakley’s P.O.V
I woke up to screaming, two different voices going off at each other.
Please don’t tell me Scott and Jason are going at it again. Jason was hard to get along with, but Scott doesn’t even try.
I opened my eyes, and shot up of the bed. This wasn’t my room. Listening carefully, those voices were defiantly not Jason and Scott’s.
I tried to think where I was, and whose bed I was placed in.
Then it all came rushing back to me.
Edge.
This was Edge’s room.
I shakily got up, hissing through all the pain. I couldn’t stand properly. There was pain coming from every part of my body.
I wasn’t going to give him that satisfactory though. As hard as it was going to be, I wasn’t going to let him know I’m in so much pain I wanted to just crawl up in a ball and cry.
I still didn’t know where Scott was. I knew that Edge had something to do with his disappearance, I just don’t know what.
I opened the bedroom door quietly, hoping that they wouldn’t hear me and I listened to the voices, trying to get an idea who else was part of this place.
“You don’t have a choice in this mate! Once you’re in there is no turning back. You will do what I tell you to. Got it?”
“Alright, alright, but please, just not this. I just can’t.” I small voice replied. I new this voice, no it was, that was impossible.
“Jason, you don’t get to chose what you want to do. Your job was to keep an eye on her. You barely managed that. Now that she is here, you will finish what you were sent to do, got it?” He yelled.
“I can’t Edge. She’s my sister, you know I can’t hurt her.” I froze. Why was he here? How the hell did he even know Edge?
“You do what I say, or you can answer to my dad. What will it be?”
“Please, I’ll do anything.” He begged.
“Son we’re home.” I heard a third voice. Chills ran through me. I had heard this voice before also. He was a bad man.
Mr. Jim Kelang.
“Well Jason, what’s it going to be? Kill her or answer to my dad. Tsk I would hurry up if I were you.” Edge laughed.
