My friend said that when we were still in highschool. I thought it was just some myth of our ancestors.

I was in the field of flowers with my best friend, Seungwoo. We were happily joking around. Until our eyes met. I felt something weird. I know this isn't a joke.

Seungwoo broke the silence when he talked. He held my hands and confessed. He has liked me ever since. I can't hide my happiness. My bestfriend is my soulmate.

Until our wedding day comes. I was so delighted. I am marrying the man I love. As they opened the door, I saw him. Wearing a tuxedo, happily smiling at me. I can't help but to cry.

We said our vows until the priest said 'you may now kiss the bride.' He leaned his face on me. He was about to kiss me but I refused.

"Why? I don't understand you."

"I said go back! Leave!"

Yes we are destined but i guess this is the end of our love story. I hope you find someone better than me. Whose will stay by your side forever.

I took the scissor I've been holding. I hide it in my bouquet. And I hold the red string.

"As I cut this thread, I hope you find someone that will stay by your side forever. That will love you more than I do. I'm letting you go, Han Seungwoo." I cried and I cut the string.

Now, I am slowly vanishing. Leaving this world with a smile on my face.
