I know that James will do a great job as Head Boy but I was just a little curious as to why he got it and I didn't. I'm not questioning your judgement but I was just curious for future reference

I completely understand, Mr Lupin, you were indeed the obvious candidate, a smart and intelligent boy who would have excelled in the job

Feels a bit like you're just rubbing salt in the wound a this point 😫

But we needed contrast balance. Miss Evans is also smart, intelligent and rule abiding however, had you both been Head Boy and Head Girl, you would have followed the rules but never upheld them for both of you would have been to afraid of causing disturbance which is why we had to go a different route.

Whilst Professor McGonagall advised against it, I believe that this will give Mr Potter a chance to prove himself. He was a trouble maker himself which means he will be wise to tricks, he is not one to refrain from using his voice when necessary and is good at upholding rules

On her own, Miss Evans would know the rules and plan behind the scenes well but never uphold them. James would be loud and assertive but would let things 'pass'. Combined however they form an unstoppable unit that I believe is fit to lead the school
