《The Sun & Moon (FNAF)》Settling In
Advertisement
After 3 days- Moon is officially settled on Sunshine Tower.
Cloud Corner is officially Eclipse's new space. Sunshine Tower was originally intended for both Sun and Moon. Cloud Corner was originally intended to just be where the children sleep. But hey, things change at the last minute sometimes.
I just finish up hanging up some star light decorations when Sun walks up to me.
He's not saying anything. Strangely after his overheating accident he has been quite quiet. Standing off to the side helping nonetheless, but still just standing off. He was doing even before the Green incident. This has been going on since our first performance. Really… when was the last time I talked with Sunny?
Other than stuff involving the daycare or parties it's like well… we're friends but that's it. Borderline work friends who just say their best friends. A lie. But I think in some aspects I haven't been 100% honest to him either….
"Sunrise." While I was thinking he started staring at the bright blues and yellows of the star lights.
𝙼… 𝙼𝚢 𝚂𝚝𝚊𝚛𝚛𝚛𝚛 𝚕… 𝚕𝚒𝚐𝚑𝚝.
…there it is again… I thought it'd leave after the full check up. Maybe I shouldn't tell Sun about this. This voice. My voice? I don't even know anymore. Either way I need to talk to Sun.
When I called his name his bright animated blue eyes were giving me attention.
Blue and yellow hues reflect off his constructed shell. Making some of the yellow parts shine brighter than normal. The most beautiful sight I've seen. 𝙷𝚒𝚜 𝚌𝚞𝚝𝚎 𝚕𝚘𝚘𝚔 𝚘𝚏 𝚌𝚘𝚗𝚏𝚞𝚜𝚒𝚘𝚗 𝚑𝚎 𝚊𝚕𝚠𝚊𝚢𝚜 𝚐𝚎𝚝.
The way his eyes are so wide and sky blue you could 𝚕𝚘𝚘𝚔 𝚒𝚗 𝚝𝚑𝚎𝚖 𝚏𝚘𝚛 𝚑𝚘𝚞𝚛𝚜.
𝚃𝚑𝚎 𝚠𝚊𝚜 𝚑𝚒𝚜 𝚌𝚘𝚗𝚜𝚝𝚛𝚞𝚌𝚝𝚎𝚍 𝚕𝚒𝚙𝚜 𝚍𝚒𝚜𝚙𝚕𝚊𝚢 𝚊 𝚜𝚖𝚊𝚕𝚕 𝚜𝚖𝚒𝚕𝚎 𝚝𝚑𝚊𝚝 𝙸 𝚑𝚊𝚟𝚎𝚗'𝚝 𝚔𝚒𝚜𝚜𝚎𝚍 𝚒𝚗 𝚢𝚎𝚊𝚛𝚜---
"Moon you alright? Did you need something? Oh right… Sunny.
"Um… I-i ah… I think I forgot something! Be right back!"
𝚂𝚜𝚜𝚜𝚜𝚞𝚗𝚗𝚞 𝙻𝚘𝚟𝚎…~♥︎
AHHHHH!!! DAMN IT!
I jump out the tower, land in the ball pit, climb out the ball pit, then I run across the daycare to Cloud corner to see a very surprised Eclipse. (well damn moon)

Eclipse was in the middle of cutting a circle when I run in frantically.
"You doing alright Moondrop? Did you forget something, I don't think you did but-" I jump up and put a hand over his mouth.
"Shut. Up." I say aggressively then hop off him. Eclipse just looks at me now very confused. "Alright…what's the matter, Moon?" I sigh and put my hand in my hands.
"I'm not even sure anymore- It's Sun!" Eclipse raises an eyebrow in confusion.
"What about Sun? He seems like a wonderful person! We haven't talked much yet but I can't wait to get to know him more. He looked so cute hugging you when I surprised you two in our first meeting. I just-"
I jump at Eclipse and we fall back with a loud bang. I grad onto his shoulders and push down .
"𝘚𝘶𝘯 𝘪𝘴 𝙼𝙸𝙽𝙴! 𝚄𝚗𝚍𝚎𝚛𝚜𝚝𝚊𝚗𝚍 𝚝𝚑𝚊𝚝 𝚑𝚎𝚛𝚎 𝚊𝚗𝚍 𝚗𝚘𝚠!" I know what I'm doing but at the same time it's like I'm having an out of body experience. Like- it's a part of me I forgot about.
Eclipse nodded his vigorously. "Okay! Okay! I didn't want that type of relationship with him anyway! I didn't know you two had that relationship anyway- I just wanted to be friends!! Friendship! Two amigos! Good best pal's!" I sneer at him. Eclipse raises his hands in panic.
"OR JUST PAL'S!!!" They updated our tear ducts so a clear tear like liquid leaks through Eclipse eyes.
"I'M SORRY! I JUST GOT CONSTRUCTED I DON'T WANNA GET BROKEN SO SOON!" That snaps me out of it and I jump off Eclipse.
"S-sorry! I'm so sorry!! uggggh… I don't know what's going on with me. Eclipse, it's like a part of me broke off and we're fighting back and forth… Do you think it's the virus?"
Eclipse stands up, and wipes the tears from his eyes. Then looks up thoughtfully. "Hmm, well I've personally never seen the effects of the virus. Only bits and pieces of uncertain stories about it. But from what I do know…I don't think that's the case. While I was still in my beginning stages of construction. I heard some of the details of your situation." What is he talking about?
"Um- your AI took up almost all of the virus. That um when you and Sunrise were still together? Like sharing an exoskeleton. They had to fill in and actually reconstruct a lot of your AI. They were worried that you wouldn't be you* enough- so your original AI is there. But something similar to you would mess it up. What I think is that the older parts of your AI and the newer parts of your AI are trying to separate- but it seems you're older part is filling in details that this current you. Are not aware of- because you've never experienced it." Eclipse finishes his thoughts and looks up at me.
I stare back utterly lost. "What… So you're saying that. The newer developing part of my AI. Is not connecting well with the older part. Because so much was erased so it's rewriting code- that the older AI won't let happen and it's causing the break away? My mind is literally splitting because!?" Eclipse shrugs.
"I don't know why! This is just me guessing!? My best guess is to just talk with Sun? Maybe you two can fill in each other's blanks? This situation obviously has something to do with Sun, and you know it. I don't suggest telling him that your AI is trying to pull apart, making you lash out. But just talking things through shouldn't be hard. You guys used to literally be together so having a chat about memories shouldn't be hard, right?"
I look up at Eclipse… He does make some good points. What am I saying!? I was already planning on talking to Sunny before I fucking freaked out. I can't freak out this time…
"You're right, Eclipse. I need to talk to Sun…. But first- that's mine." I point towards the Sun plushie in the corner.
"Oh!" Eclipse reaches over and hands it to me. "Here you go. Now!" Eclipse pushes me out Cloud Corner. "You have scared the Beep out of me enough for a Beep life time. Go talk to Sun." And he closes the curtain behind him.
I should apologize to him again later.
I look up at Sunshine tower… here goes nothing.
….
"Sunny?" I walk through the curtains. I spot Sun- "GIVE ME THE GLITTER GLUE!" Sun hides it behind his back.
"No! It's pink flavored!" Why does he keep doing this-!
"Sunny! Pink isn't a flavor!" I run towards him and try to take the glitter glue back. He dodges before I can get to him.
"It does to me!"
The rest of our night is me chasing Sun around the tower for a bottle of glitter glue till our batteries reach 5%.
"You're so lucky Moon…" Sun pouts and hands me back the glitter glue. I take it and put it with the rest of them.
"Yeah, yeah." I go into the side room with Sunny and take my charger cable. Sun does too still pouting, I sigh.
"Sunny tomorrow after the scheduled rehearsal. Let's just talk." Sunny's pout then turns to curiosity. "About what Moon?" I take a breath- it's now or never.
"Just…everything. What do we actually still remember. What are the things we both did that the other doesn't recall. I know I said we should just start new. But I don't want to forget all the memories I shared with my best friend." Sun smiles so it looks like he's about to cry.
"Oh Moony! I thought you'd never ask! Sure! I don't mind!"
……WHAT AM I SAYING!?
I CAN'T TELL HIM A HALF OF THE MEMORIES I HAVE THAT WE SHARED ARE OF US KISSING!
But, what if that's what he wants to figure out. Is that if I remember that too… oh! I can't wait!

The story starts off slowly, more like a slice of life than action-adventure, but it gets there! I’m going to be posting M-W-F I do know how the story ends, and I promise if it ever gets dropped, or I stop doing this, I will post the ending. There will be no random “this is the last chapter” out of the blue. [participant in the Royal Road Writathon challenge]

Techno-Heretic
Eli is an ancient man sentenced to death for the crime of surpassing the sacred number of 32.8, which is the allowed percentage of increased mental ability from the use of AI chips. As he journeys through death and into a world of fantasy and magic, he finds himself approaching never before seen heights of magical power and ability. Powers that will shape the world and would see him go down in legends for generations ever after. But just because someone acquires magical abilities, that doesn't mean magic is suddenly the most important thing in their life. Some people aren't looking to be all-powerful gods, have the world bow at their feet, or spend their days obsessing over accumulating ever more power. Some people just want acceptance, stability, and the warmth of their loved ones to drive away the cold loneliness of the night. And in a world where magic is the bedrock of society, where magic is what determines who is preferred for siring children, where people with high magical ability are destined to live in great luxury and those without magic simply live to make due, this difference in values and perspective could not have a starker contrast. As Eli and the people around him navigate the misconceptions and deceptions of this world, he will represent a great and magnificent future for the human race. One where humanity will stand above the elves, dwarves, orcs, fairies, and all the horrors of the world. Sadly, men's tools are as fallible as the people who make them, and in a society where the potential of an individual is determined solely through their magical level, this seed of promise may yet turn venomous. The Many Blades of Wuxia
Hundreds of years after the Heretic wars ended, life has returned to its blissful ignorant state that only peace could bring. Whilst the never-ending war between Man, Beast and Mutant rages on, most are not even aware of a war that happened between men. Its prophecies shattered, their remnants surviving only in obscure bard tales. One is about to grow. On the cracked face of the world, Essence storms and Beast Waves keep the citizenry locked atop the Emperor city of Qaelang. Knowledge of the past is as rare as the metals that flow into the hands of Sacred Artists and at the root of it all are whispers of a malignant force, ancient and terrible. Holding humanity back from achieving greatness, but hiding too are secrets best left untouched. Balance, discipline and order have held Qaelang secure since time immemorial, the powers within claiming to adhere to them. None are more fearful of change than the ones with the most to lose, but change is coming. Blade of Wuxia is a long character-focused epic fantasy with progression and growth. It's about a boy's quest to become powerful enough to save those he cares most for and give them a better life. It's set in a world of hidden pasts and uncovering them will set him on a path that shakes the Empire. As this is a rewrite that took on a wildly different spin, reviews are most welcome and help me do better. What can the reader expect? A Wuxia society set in a High fantasy world. People are only doing what they know and may have mistaken beliefs. A clever resourceful protagonist with human flaws A far-reaching hidden fantasy world, rich in history. Multiple points of view are used to follow the story to its natural conclusions, not every NPC has all the answers, but there is one MC in this book. Progression will take time and sometimes even unknowingly. MC is not trained in the ways and knowledge must be tempered against experimentation. Release Schedule. 2 chapters a week, family and work permitting. Only if I'm happy with the chapter will I release it. That being said I am open to revision should an articulated critical response show merit. This story is not completed yet but I do have a general idea of what the end looks like for both MC's (yes both) Ultimately feedback will be most influential on the progression of release as it's you guys I'm looking to entertain. Expected Changes None really, I'm writing as I go and have a path planned for 6 books Chapter release rate might change if we take off and feedback starts flowing, but for now, it is just about making sure Arcs flow smoothly onto the next. Cover, yes absolutely! If there is enough interest I will open a Patreon account and use the first proceeds to commission an EPIC cover and hopefully a few scary artworks of our brave Cultivators and the foes they face.
