Suddenly, a roof tile fell smashing on the ground. Mirabel gasped as Casita's other food tiles shook. She picked up the tile touching it before she cut her hand dropping the tile. Casita shook the floor tiles trembling.
"Casita?" She asked worried for the magical house.
A tiny crack formed tuning along to the stairs where the portrait of Abuelo Pedro was. The cracks divided behind the picture.

Y/n was washing dishes in the kitchen when suddenly cracks formed all around the kitchen shocking her.
She ran out the door with a tea towel wiping her wet hands. She saw Mirabel run off into Antonio's new room and sighed walking back into the kitchen shocked to see the cracks had disappeared.
~~~~~~~~~~~
"THE HOUSE IS IN DANGER!" Mirabel shouted out over the music from the party.
"The house is in danger!" She weaves her way around the people to Abuela. The music had stopped and everyone looked at her scared.
"The tiles were falling and there were cracks everywhere, and the candle almost went out," She exclaimed.
"Show me," Abuela said starting to walk with Mirabel.
Once they had gotten there Mirabel rushed down the stairs adjusting her glasses to look more clearly at the candle.
"What? No what-" Mirabel mumbled to herself.
"The cracks were there! They were everywhere!" She said looking around before facing Abuela who was walking down the stairs towards her.
"The house was in trouble the candle was-" she rambled. Isabella scoffed at this.
"Abuela I promise-" Mirabel started.
"That's enough," Abuela told her with her hand up.
"There is nothing wrong with la Casa Madrigal, the magic is strong!" She stated turning aroud to face the town.
"And so are the drinks," she joked. "Please music," she clapped as Luisa lifted to her father as he started playing and the music started up again.
Everyone went inside except for Julieta. She walked down the stairs past her mother to Mirabel.
~~~~~~~~~~~
"If it was all in my head how did I hurt my hand?" Mirabel questioned Julieta as she started making arepa's.
"I would never ruin Antonio's night, is that really what you think?" She said starting to get upset.
"What I think, is that today was very hard for you," Julieta replied calmly.
Mirabel huffed angrily.
"I was looking out for the family," She tried to reason.
"And I might not be super strong like Luisa, or effortlessly perfect like señorita perfecta Isabella who's never even had a bad hair day," she said begrudgingly.
Casita made the finished Arepa and salt it's way towards Julieta and Mirabel. Mirabel stuck her uncut had out for the food.
"I wish you could see yourself the way I do, you are perfect," Julieta stated handing her daughter the Arepa.
"Just like this, your just as special as anyone else in this family,"
"Mhm, you just healed my hand with an Arepa con queso,"
"I healed your hand with my love for my daughter, with her wonderful brain, big heart, cool glasses,"
"Mamá! I know what I saw,"
Julieta breathed out in a sigh "Mira my brother Bruno lost his way in this family, I don't want the same for you, get some sleep you'll feel better tomorrow," Julieta said walking out of the kitchen.
"I believe you," Y/n said only slightly above a whisper.
"What?" Mirabel question her.
"I saw it, so why should I not believe you," Y/n said questioning her whilst putting her hand out towards her for the dish next to Mirabel.
Mirabel handed it to her and Y/n retracted her hand to wash the plate.
"Tia Y/n could you tell me what Mamá meant, what happened to Tio Bruno?" She questioned.
Y/n chuckled lightly "No one knows where he is that's slightly what she means, your Tio Bruno... my husband disappeared the day you were supposed to get your gift, that's all I'm saying,"
"Now you should go get some rest Mirabel tomorrow is another day,"
