《Stephano》Eight years later (the present)

She had packed her last set of boxes and made sure she didn't forget anything including her diary. She would've been damned if she did.
Leila was eighteen now, an adult and she was leaving the place she called home to........... A place she had no idea about.
Her brothers were waiting downstairs for her to bid her farewell. Peter and Perez were probably the saddest of them all.
Leila nearly teared up when she saw them and she hugged each of the one by one.
"I'll missed you." Lucas whispered into the hug.
"Same here Lucas" she replied
Killian accompanied her to where Stephano was. He was having a conversation with her father. When their eyes met, she shyly looked away. She'd seen him even after she barged into her father's study. She even had a little crush on him. It was written in her diary.
He was very attractive, that she had to admit. He had deep blue eyes that reminded her of the color of the sea. He has a very defined facial structure and he lips were pink and plump but not in a feminine way. It fitted him. Leila convinced herself that she wasn't attracted to him. At least not anymore.
When her dad was done talking to her, he kissed her forehead and gave her a phone. "It has my contact and that of your brothers. Please call" he told her
"I don't will father." she said.
Some workers had already taken her boxes and arranged them in the trunk. Killian walked over to Stephano.
"Please. Take care of her." Killian told him. His fave might have been straight but Stephano could understand that he really cared for his sister.
" I know what I'm meant to do and I promise I will do my duty. " he responded with a thick accent.

Killian nodded and walked away. Leila was standing by the car with Stephano. Her eyes were clouded with tears. She waved at her brother with a sad smile and got into the car while Sebastian simply nodded.
Stephano got into the car and noticed that Leila was crying. He didn't know what to do so he let her be. It wasn't easy to leave family.
Leila felt like the temperature had dropped when he got into the car. She tried her best to give as much distance as she could and Stephano chuckles at her behavior. Her face turned beet red and she turned her face to look out the window.
The drive to the airport was silent. No one spoke a word and they both kept their hand to themselves.
Leila was so lost in your height that she didn't realize that Stephano had opened her door and had his hand stretched out. She looked at his palm and took it in hers with hesitance. His palm was warm and a bit rough but not too rough.
He led her to the plane which had the name "DE LUCA" engraved by the side. Of course it was going to be a private jet. The interior was luxurious with its classy leather seats and each had their cup holders with a little screen. Stephano took his seat while Leila found a seat far way from him. He easily noticed how tense she was.
"Loosen up Leila." he told her.
She snapped her head to his direction but he wasn't looking at her but rather, attention was on his phone. She liked the way he pronounced her name though. It sounded nice with his strange accent.... that she also liked.
She relaxed on her seat and close her eyes.
Leila wasn't exactly a fan of flying so when the plane took off her nails dug into her seat till her knuckles turned white. Her eyes were shut tightly but they they shot open when she felt someone's palm over her. It was Stephano.

"Are you scared of flights?" he asked
"Y-yes." she stuttered.
He used his thumb to brush her knuckles. "You should try and get some sleep" he told her and let her hand go.
She missed the warmth.
Leila could hear her name being. She slowly opened her eyes she squinted due to the amount of light that penetrated her eyes. It took a while for her to adjust to the light. She saw Stephano staring at her and their faces were close.... Uncomfortably close.
"We've arrived" he said and his minty breath hit her face.
"W-where exactly?" she asked but it came out as a stutter. He gave was beet red.
He moved away from her and smirked.
"Welcome to Sicily."
