G/K/Y: "Ready? Go!" The three of you shouted at the same time, proceeding to shove tons of food down your necks.
Gon: "Kurapika!" Gon said, spitting food all over Killua.
Kurapika: "Wait a second..." Kurapika says, noticing you.
Y/n: "Yo!" You said while eating a pizza.
Y/n: "Missed me?" You asked while smirking at his shocked face.
Kurapika: "When did this happen?!" Kurapika asked, shocked by your appearance.
Gon: "Oh yeah, he's been unsealed for quite a while now. He wanted to surprise you." Gon explained.
Kurapika: "...Well... I certainly am surprised. Does Leorio know about this?" Kurapika asked.
Y/n: "Yeah! We encountered him fairly quickly. But his reaction was a tad bit more aggressive than yours." You answered.
Kurapika: "Leorio is just like that I guess." Kurapika said while chuckling.
Gon: "Im happy for you." Gon said, confusing Kurapika.
Gon: "The spiders are dead. And that means that you can focus on your main goal, right? You have to go out there and find them. The eyes of your people." Gon said.
Gon: "And if there's anything we can do to help you out, just-" But before Gon could finish, Killua shoves a pie in his face.
Gon: "Why you!" Gon shouted while throwing a pie at Killua, but he dodged it.
Killua: "You did it first! I was just getting revenge!" Killua shouted mockingly as Gon kept chasing after him.
Gon: "I didn't do it on purpose!" Gon shouted.
Killua: "You did so, you big liar." Killua retorted.
Then, as Gon tried to grab him, Killua jumped over him and shoved a pie in his face mid-air.
Y/n: "GET EM!" You shouted from the sidelines.
Killua: "Oh yeah, Y/n, Where's Shizuku at?" Killua asked while dodging Gon's attempts at hitting him.
Y/n: "Hmm? Oh, she's in here." You answered while holding up the prison realm.
-Timeskip-
Gon: "Wow, it's been a while since we were all together!" Gon said, happy that the five of you were reunited.
Y/n: "Yuh-huh." You said in agreeance.
Gon: "Where's Mr. Zepile?" Gon asked as they walked to an elevator.
Leorio: "Oh, he went back over to pick up the check and find some more loot to sell." Leorio answered.
Leorio: "Hey, you want to know something?" Leorio asked.
Kurapika: "What?" Kurapika asked.
Leorio: "You've got this intensity about you. Your presence is a whole lot stronger than it was." Leorio answered.
Kurapika: "Really? Well, I wish I could say the same for you." Kurapika said, making you burst out laughing.
Leorio: "And you've also gotten a lot more annoying!" Leorio said as they got in the elevator.
Leorio: "Oh, yeah. I heard you killed a Troupe member. How the hell did you do that when you only learned Nen recently?" Leorio asked.

Kurapika: "If the reason you're asking is that you're planning to catch the Spiders yourself, you can stop." Kurapika said.
Gon: "That's not the only reason. You've mastered Nen and we want to learn how too. Not just to catch the spiders, but because we'll need it in the future." Gon added.
Y/n: "And if you're wondering about me, My abilities aren't Nen related. It'll be too complicated to explain." You also added.
Kurapika: "You... don't want my advice. I'm afraid it won't do you any good, anyway." Kurapika answered.
Gon: "Why not?" Gon asked.
Kurapika: "Because my power can only be used against the Troupe." Kurapika explained, making them gasp.
-Timeskip-
Gon: "A contract with conditions?" Gon said, not knowing what that is.
Kurapika: "Yes. Your mental state has an incredibly powerful effect on your Nen." Kurapika said as he activated his chains.
Kurapika: "The more determined you are, the more powerful the Nen. But the risk incurred is great, as well." Kurapika said.
Kurapika: "In exchange for stronger Nen, I vowed that I would only use it against the Spiders. And I established a rule for myself." Kurapika started.
Leorio: "Oh, yeah? What kind of rule is it?" Leorio asked.
Kurapika: "My chains must be used exclusively on the Spiders. Or I will die as a result." Kurapika explained, making everyone surprised.
Y/n: "Ah, Geez..." You said while pinching the bridge of your nose.
Leorio: "Hold on! What do you mean?" Leorio asked.
Kurapika: "There is a Nen dagger in my heart. If I break the rule, the blade will piece through, killing me. The rule proves my resolve. That's the contract with conditions. My ability is the product of my pure and unadulterated hatred. It will only work when used on the Spiders." Kurapika said as Killua began to shake.
Kurapika: "I'm telling you this because I trust you. Don't tell anyone else." Kurapika said.
Killua: "What the hell?" Killua started as he stood up.
Killua: "Why would you tell us something that's so damn important?" Killua asked, now shouting angrily.
Kurapika: "Huh? I'm not really sure. Maybe I felt dispirited because their leader is dead now." Kurapika answered.
Leorio: "It'll be fine if we keep it quiet." Leorio said reassuringly.
Killua: "No it won't. One of the surviving members has the power to read memories. If the Spiders find out about this, Kurapika's a dead man!" Killua added.
Y/n: "Shit." You said under your breath.
Gon: "But she didn't learn anything last time." Gon said.
Killua: "You're right, but that's only because we didn't know Kurapika eas the chain user back then." Killua retorted.
Leorio: "Okay, so that means we just have to stay away from them. Since they've already checked you out, they think that you're clean." Leorio said.

Killua: "There's also a guy called Nobunaga. He's really dangerous. He's looking for Kurapika and he's still trying to get me and Gon." Killua said.
Y/n: "Well, I could just beat the crap out of him if he tries anything." You added.
Leorio: "But he doesn't know that you guys know Kurapika... does he?" Leorio asked.
Killua: "No." Killua answered.
Leorio: "Well, then what's the problem? Just keep your distance from the memory reader. You and everyone else knows Kurapika's the chain user." Leorio said.
Kurapika: "I've also been in contact with Hisoka." Kurapika started, making everyone surprised.
Kurapika: "He knows that I am the chain user, as well. We had made a pact, but his target, the leader of the Phantom Troupe, is dead and gone now. So I have no idea what he'll do." Kurapika said.
-Cut to Hisoka-
Nobunaga: "Hold on just a second. What do you mean we're leaving?" Nobunaga asked confused.
Chrollo: "Just like I told you. We're leaving tonight. We'll take the rest of the treasure. And that's the end of it." Chrollo explained.
Nobunaga: "Not yet." Nobunaga said.
Chrollo: "What else is there?" Chrollo asked.
Nobunaga: "We have to find the chain user." Nobunaga responded.
Chrollo: "You're obsessed." Chrollo said bluntly.
Nobunaga: "Damn right, I am. We haven't avenged Uvo's death yet and you want us to just pack and leave? He's gonna be bored in the next world if we don't send the chain user to join him." Nobunaga said.
Franklin: "Why don't you cut it out, Nobunaga? The boss gave an order." Franklin said slightly annoyed.
Nobunaga: "Right. The boss' orders are absolute. But I've got to wonder, are you really speaking as our leader, Chrollo?" Nobunaga asked.
Franklin: "Nobunaga, knock it off!" Franklin said.
Sukuna: "Quit bitching dude." Sukuna said, annoyed at Nobunaga.
Nobunaga: "Shut up! I'm trying to talk to Chrollo, here." Nobunaga said.
Chrollo: "Before I can answer..." Chrollo said, activating bandits secret.
Chrollo: "Nobunaga... I need you to answer my questions." Chrollo said.
Chrollo: "When's your birthday?" Chrollo said, confusing Nobunaga.
Nobunaga: "Huh?" Nobunaga said, kind of dumbfounded by the question.
Chrollo: "I asked what day you were born." Chrollo said.
Nobunaga: "September 8th, in the year '70." Nobunaga answered.
Chrollo: "Blood type?" Chrollo asked.
Nobunaga: "B positive." Nobunaga answered.
Chrollo: "Name?" Chrollo asked.
Nobunaga: "Nobunaga Hazama. You know that! What is this? What do you wanna know next, huh?" Nobunaga asked, pissed off.
Chrollo: "Nothing. That's enough." Chrollo responded.
Chrollo: "Write it all down. Here." Chrollo said, handing him a piece of paper.
Nobunaga: "Write it down? You could've said that to begin with." Nobunaga said angrily.
Then, Chrollo activates the fortune teller ability he stole from Neon. After he's done, he hands the paper back to Nobunaga.
Nobunaga: "Huh? The hell is this?" Nobunaga asked, looking at his fortune.
Chrollo: "Your fortune in verse. One hundred percent accurate. I can tell the future, a skill I stole from Nostrade's daughter." Chrollo explained.
Nobunaga: "And you're sure that it's completely accurate?" Nobunaga asked.
Chrollo: "Each of the four verses predicts what's going to happen in that week." Chrollo answered.
Then, he proceeds to read the fortune. Once he signals that he's done reading, Chrollo hands him another fortune.
Chrollo: "This is the fortune Nostrade's daughter gave me yesterday." Chrollo said, handing him the other fortune.
Nobunaga: "It says a precious moon has been lost, so is that..." Nobunaga started.
Chrollo: "It's Uvo." Chrollo said, making Nobunaga surprised.
Chrollo: "That girl didn't know anything about Uvo. In fact, she'd never heard of any of us. Yet she was able to predict our attack on the Mafia auction. And there were fans of her fortune-telling among the Ten Dons." Chrollo explained.
Franklin: "I get it. That's why the first time we attacked, somebody had already moved the merchandise to a new location." Franklin said.
Sukuna: "Y'know, Im curious. What was Nobunaga's fortune?" Sukuna asked.
Chrollo: "My hand wrote it itself. I have no idea what it is. Nobunaga can tell you." Chrollo answered.
Shalnark: "Well, what's it say?" Shalnark asked.
Nobunaga: "Come next week, five of us will most likely die." Nobunaga replied, making Sukuna scoff.
Franklin: "Oh, yeah? Does it say which five?" Franklin asked.
Nobunaga: "No. I can't figure any of this out." Nobunaga answered.
Nobunaga: "Well, I kind of understand the second poem. The spider losing half its number." Nobunaga explained.
Phinks: "The spider would be us, wouldn't it?" Phinks asked.
Nobunaga: "Yeah. And the limbs would be the members, so half would be six. That means five more after Uvo." Nobunaga responded.
Chrollo: "The very same line appeared in my fortune too." Chrollo said.
Sukuna: "Let me see that." Sukuna said as Nobunaga handed him the fortune.
Sukuna: "Hey, Chrollo. Do you think you can tell my fortune?" Sukuna asked.
Then, Chrollo writes his fortune.
But when he's looks at it, he is massively confused as to what is written on it.
Sukuna: "Wait a minute, what the hell is this?" Sukuna said, shocked by what his fortune is.
Nobunaga: "Let me see that..." Nobunaga says.
Nobunaga: "What the?!" Nobunaga shouted, caught completely off guard by the fortune.
Franklin: "Oh, come on. Just tell us what it says already!" Franklin says, wanting to know what's on it.
Sukuna then takes the fortune back.
Sukuna: "I only got one poem, and it says: "" And thats all it says." Sukuna explained, not really scared of what he just read.

Bitter
The story of a girl who finds her life is not what she wanted. So she gets another one. Schedule: Story has been completed. Book One is available free on Amazon and EPUB. Books Two to Five are out now. Final Book out soon. Chapters will be around 500-1000 words. This will not change so if you don't like reading very short chapters wait till the end of the week or even end of the month. This many chapters a week isn't easy to pull off so please bear that in mind. This is a VRMMORPG story, but the ones I've read tend to use VR as an excuse to get into a fantasy world and then don't really play up the game aspect other than pulling up a status screen every now and then. To me, MMOs are about more than the fantasy setting. Bugs, exploits, devs who don't understand their own game, OP classes, over the top nerfs, p2w, ridiculous RNG, cash shop fiasco, lockboxes, raging players, broken mechanics, limited bag space, tedious crafting and above all that, a company trying to squeeze money out if its playerbase while pretending they're just in the business of having fun. Of course, then there's the orcs and elves. This story is about finding yourself in a completely immersive fantasy game, but it's also about what a game like that would really be like.

The Glyph Queen
When Winnie was thirteen, her settlement taught her how to fire a rifle. Her school practiced drills in case raiders came, and the town grew crops in their greenhouse-adapted homes, which were the only places warm enough during the worldwide nuclear winter. The Lakiran empire invades—a corporate-born nation overseen by their corporate-born queen, Victoria Paladino. They ride silent planes whose repulsion field veered bullets away. Three years of occupation later, an exemplar visits—a member of Victoria’s oversight committee rumored to read minds. He tells Winnie that she may have a unique mental power, or a flair. At the empire’s capital, the queen herself tutors Winnie to help her reach the full potential of whatever power she may have. Meanwhile, in post-war Nigeria, a streetwise teenager named Naema sees a different side of the empire. Between corruption and oppression, everyone lives in squaller. People fight over assembled food pastes. She too is told she has a unique flair, not by the empire, but by a fugitive woman who is the last vestige of an ancient witch coven, and she knows a dark secret about what the exemplars do to people like Winnie and Naema. Updates every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. The most recent chapters of The Glyph Queen are available on its main website.
