It was late at night, so late that no one was walking the streets. The only buildings that were up and active were convenience stores. And We currently see an 8-year-old you exiting a store with a box of chocolate robots.
Y/n: "Oh man... I think im getting addicted to these..." You said as walked out of the store and 2 figures walked in.
???: "Excuse me, ma'am, But are there any more chocolate robots?" Asked the short black-haired figure.
Store Clerk: "Um... Sorry miss, But the kid that just walked out bought our entire stock." The store clerk said.
???: "First, Im a guy. Secondly, Big brother." The short figure said, slightly mad that The store clerk assumed that he was a guy.
Illumi: "What is it Kalluto?" Illumi said as he walked over to Kalluto.
Kalluto then grabs his hand and walks out of the store, To see you walking away with a box of the chocolate robot he wanted.
Kalluto then hands Illumi a large stack of money, the money he was gonna use to buy the robots, Illumi, getting the idea, takes the money and starts walking toward you, Intent on killing you and taking the robots.
The moment he started walking toward you, you were instantly alerted of his bad intentions. But you pretended not to notice.
Y/n: 'What's he doing? Does he intend on taking my precious robots from me?' You thought to yourself as you activated Limitless.
Illumi, after getting close enough, throws a pin at the back of your head, intending to kill you quickly.
But what Illumi or Kalluto didn't expect to happen was for you to catch the pin and throw it at Illumis eye. Because he didn't have his guard up, thinking that you were some defenseless rich kid or something, The pin pierces his eye.

Kalluto and Illumi are shocked when this happened, But they weren't really distressed, as they are trained assassins.
Y/n: "Would you go so far as to kill someone over some candy? That's kinda sad..." You said in a slightly mocking tone.
Illumi: "Geez. I knew I shouldn't have just walked up to you and threw a pin at your head. Dammit." Illumi said, calmy but angrily as he pulled the pin out of his eye.
Kalluto: "Wow Illumi... You just lost your eye to some random kid... Thats kind of sad." Kalluto said, in a calm yet condescending tone.
As Illumi was about to speak, you rush at him and deliver a barrage of punches.
After a few seconds of beating illumi to a pulp, you land one final punch, sending Illumi flying toward Kalluto. But Kalluto just casually moves out of the way.
Y/n: "If you plan on killing me, you should pay attention." You said while smirking.
Kalluto: "He's right yknow." Kalluto said in agreeance with you.
Y/n: "By the way, if you wanted some robots this badly then you could've just asked." You said as you turned away to the box of Robots.
The moment you're looking away, Illumi throws another pin at you. But you dont even grace him with the privilege of looking at him, you just let Limitless do its job and stop the pin right in its tracks, Shocking Illumi and Kalluto once more.
Y/n: "Oh yeah, By the way, you have no chance of beating me. As none of your attacks can even touch me." You said bluntly as you tossed 3 Chocolate robots to Kalluto.
Y/n: "There. I dont feel like fighting right now, so could you just leave?" You said as you began to walk away.

Kalluto: " He's right Big brother. Let's just leave and inform mom and dad about what happened." Kalluto said.
Illumi: "Yeah, It feels a bit weird failing a job for the first time though." Illumi said as they started walking toward the Zoldyck estate.
-Cut to Zoldyck Estate.-
We currently see Kalluto and Illumi walking toward the Zoldyck mansion, catching the EYE of Killua.
Killua: "Welcome back... BIG BROTHER WHAT HAPPENED TO YOUR EYE?!" Killua shouted. Surprised that his older brother somehow lost his eye.
Illumi: "I failed a job." Illumi said bluntly, taking Killua by surprise.
Killua: 'F-Failed a job?! Wait a second... Dad and gramps failed a job and lost one of their eyes... Illumi failed a job and lost his eye... Wait a second!' Killua thought, connecting the dots like a certain dual-haired teenager.
-Flashback.-
We currently see Killua talking to a still injured Zeno and Silva after they failed their job.
Killua: "Dad, Grandpa, what happened?" Killua asked.
Silva and Zeno were incredibly powerful Zoldycks that he was aware of, so seeing them not only fail a job but get beaten so badly that they had to run away, was shocking to him.
Silva and Zeno then look at each other, and back at Killua.
Silva: "We were defeated by someone who we were hired to eliminate. Not only that but as you can see, we were injured Severally." Silva explained.
Zeno: "Killua, Listen to my words very carefully, do NOT and I mean do NOT try to fight a person with white hair wearing a blindfold. You MUST befriend that person at all costs. And I can not stress this enough, If you are ever at any point in time this guy's enemy, your chances of dying get shot way through the roof. Do you understand me?" Zeno said, Stressing the fact that Killua must never be on this person's bad side.
Killua: "Y-Yeah... Befriend some guy with white hair and a blindfold... Gotcha." Killua said nervously.
Who could've beaten them to the point where being their enemy means certain death?
-flashback over.-
Killua: 'Could this be the same person who beat my dad and grandpa so badly?' Killua thought to himself.
-Cut to Illumi and Kalluto.-
Illumi and Kalluto were currently talking with Silva about what happened.
Illumi: "And when I attacked him, he grabbed my pin straight out of the air and threw it at my eye. And none of my attacks could reach him either. Thankfully, he didn't feel like fighting. So I left immediately, Resulting in me failing my job." Illumi explained to Silva.
Silva: "Couldn't touch him... Wait, what did your target look like?" Silva asked, curious about who beat up Illumi.
Illumi: "He had white hair and strange blue eyes." Illumi said, catching Silva off guard by the "strange blue eyes" part.
Silva: "Strange blue eyes?" Silva asked, thinking that you were some kind of long-lost Zoldyck or something.
Illumi: "Yeah, They were the most unique kind of eyes I've ever seen. They weren't any basic eye color." Illumi explained, immediately making Silva not think you were a long-lost Zoldyck.
Silva: "Interesting... You may leave now." Silva said, prompting Illumi and Kalluto to leave.
Silva: "Couldn't touch him... Wait... Is he...
Related to him?"

The Voice of the World
Jason Elric used to be an ordinary college student living in the heart of San Francisco. He had a part time job, he played online games with friends he got along moderately well with, and he earned reasonably good grades. The worst he really had to worry about in life was turning in his coursework on time and not being late to class. Now, though? Now fighting for his life and running from a horde of giant frogs that want to make him their next meal is just another Tuesday. Thanks to a summoning ritual gone terribly right, Jason has found himself trapped in a world eerily similar to the role playing games games he used to play for fun. Unfortunately for the now ex-college student, everything happening around him is terrifyingly real and if he wants to survive, he’ll have to figure out how to exploit the system for his benefit before it’s too late. The Voice of the World is the first part of what is planned to be a multi-book, Isekai LitRPG story with crafting elements, set in the fantasy world known as Verdania. This is my first time posting online for public consumption, so bear with me as I work to find a style that people like. While I may occasionally write scenes that may deal with heavy concepts, expect this story to be primarily light hearted high fantasy. There will be a lot of common fantasy tropes involved, as this story got its start as a simple practice exercise, rather than any plan to actually post it. However, it’s grown on me, so I felt it’s worth sharing after all. Thus, if you’re looking for more serious/original/unusual stories, you might want to look elsewhere. For the rest of you, feel free to leave suggestions, as well as to point out grammar and spelling mistakes; I’ll do my best to make edits to correct them. I do my own editing currently, and it’s easy to miss things when you know what’s supposed to be there, so such call outs are highly encouraged. Content TLDR: No harems, probably no romance (unless it makes sense for the story later on) (it did, eventually), definitely no sex (keeping this PG-13 or close to it), limited profanity. Does/Will contain mixes of magic and technology (think Warhammer, Final Fantasy); copious amounts of blue tables; race, gender, and sexual equality concepts; crafting sequences; and (slightly, but not overbearingly) strong protagonists. If you don’t like these things, go elsewhere instead of downvoting people for content instead of writing quality. Update Time currently varies, due to personal injury, but the goal is 1/week on Wednesdays, with a possible smaller chapter on weekends if time/health permits.

Our Goddess
Akari Mamori is a huge fan of Shintoism, from its modern practice to its ancient legends. As much as she’d love for those fantastical myths to be true, Akari doesn’t put too much stock in stories of gods and spirits with human-like forms and magical powers. Until she meets a genuine goddess and gets recruited into her harem! Rated Mature for a lesbian polyamorous harem, periodic nudity, and occasional sexy times! (no explicit on-screen sex at this time)

Path of the Ancients
When humans with the ability to control the fundamental particles of the universe with their minds were first discovered, the age of space travel began in earnest. Relativistic travel faster than the speed of light became possible and humanity moved out into the stars. When it was discovered that these Mages could be turned into effective weapons, humanity turned back to its oldest pastime of war. Hundreds of years later as humanity was on the brink of self-destruction, with its taste for war finally beginning to wane, a new organization was created. The Conclave was formed to regulate all Mage’s within the human colonies. While the colonies maintained their independence, the Conclave’s control over access to interstellar travel made them the de facto power amongst humanity. As the old saying goes, ‘Power Corrupts’, and many people were unhappy with the way the Conclave had been leveraging its authority, not the least of which were the Mages they controlled. One unregistered illegal Mage by the name of Tyrial had made it his life's mission to dismantle the Conclave at any cost. After spending decades working towards his goals alone, he realized he would need the aid of willing allies in his crusade. Tyrial would need all the help he could get learning to work with others, dealing with his own dark past, and handling unfamiliar feelings of romantic interest. Content Warning Note: They are there to cover my behind. I honestly hesitated to put them there at all but I figured better safe than sorry. Gore in particular barely applies and the sexual content amounts to light Cinemax style at best. But, at least now you can’t say I didn’t warn you. POSTED: Currently, this story is being posted to RoyalRoad and ScribbleHub. If you see this story posted anywhere else, please report it to the user "Tyrial" on either of the aforementioned sites. Thanks!
