《Prisoner 345 {the 100}》Chapter 7: His sister's keeper ✯

I woke up by someone shaking me. I opened my eyes seeing Bellamy next to me.
"What is it?", I asked him, yawning.
"Have you seen Octavia?", He asked me.
"She's not here?", I asked looking around.
"Have you seen her before you went to sleep?", He asked concerned.
"No, I haven't seen her.", I answered and his face dropped.
He walked out of the tent and I got out too to follow him and see what was wrong. He knelt down next to Clarke's tent.
"You're up?", Bellamy asked Clarke seeing she was awake.
"Yeah. Knowing that hundreds of people might be dying on the Ark makes it pretty hard to sleep.", Clarke stated as my throat burned.
"Ravens flares will work.", Bellamy said. The Ark was now the least of his concerns even though it shouldn't be.
"Her radio would've worked better.", Clarke said not stopping.
"Have you seen Octavia?", I asked Clarke changing the subject before these two toddlers would slap each other.
"No. But it's Octavia. She's probably chasing butterflies, or-", Clarke started but Bellamy cut her off.
"Clarke, I've checked the camp. She's not here. Aaliyah said Octavia never entered their tent.", Bellamy said starting to get very worried.
"Okay, I'll help you find her. Let's check again. You go to the dropship. Aaliyah and I will check the rest of the tents.", Clarke said walking away.
"Thank you.", Bellamy said thankful.
"Don't thank me. I'm not doing this for you. I'm doing it for Octavia.", Clarke sassed back.
✯
Bellamy gave us a speech, we were going out to look for Octavia. He ended by saying everyone had to grab a weapon. I was about to grab a sword when Bellamy grabbed my arm.

"You're not coming.", He stated, crossing his arms.
"Like hell I am.", I answered him. I didn't like his attitude, like he was my father or something.
"No, you aren't, Aaliyah. It's too dangerous. We don't know what's out there.", Bellamy said.
"Which is why I'm coming. You can use all the help you can get. And Octavia is my friend.", I said walking away but he grabbed my arm again.
"You are not coming. I won't let another child die.", He said. "Ethan, watch her." He told a boy. I couldn't believe he wanted to keep me here with a babysitter like I was 9.
"I will find a way.", I told him.
"I don't think so.", He said and patted my shoulder. Then we saw something bright. I looked up and saw a hundred stars falling. Oh, no.
"They didn't see the flares.", I said. My aunt..
"A meteor shower tells you that?", Bellamy asked not believing me.
"It's not a meteor shower, it's a funeral.", Clarke hissed. "Hundreds of bodies being returned to earth from the Ark. This is what it looks like from the other side." Clarke shook her head. "They didn't get our message."
Raven stepped forward to Bellamy.
"This is all because of you!", She yelled about to attack him but some kids stopped her.
"I helped you find the radio!", Bellamy stated not really clearing up the situation.
"Yeah. After you jacked it from my pod and trashed it!", Raven said in a bitchy way. I actually started to like her. But I felt bad for Bellamy.
"He knows. Now he has to live with it.", I defended Bellamy. It was the truth, though.
"All I know is, my sister's out there and I'm going to find her. You coming or what?", Bellamy asked. Some people yelled 'yeah.' "Then what are we waiting for? Move out!" And the kids started moving, including me.

"Not you.", Bellamy said holding me back.
"Bellamy, come on. I'm not a little kid.", I said.
"Perhaps, you are. Ethan!", Bellamy yelled and I felt someone grab my arm from behind but I pulled back.
"Aaliyah, come on. Don't make me tie you down.", He said and I gave him a playful shocked look.
"Fine. Not going anywhere. Just gonna sit here and be bored whilst you guys are out there, having fun.", I whined.
"I'm going out there to find Octavia, not to have fun.", He said.
"Sounds like fun to me.", I said and I walked off rolling my eyes.
✯
"Clarke! Where's Clarke?", I heard someone yell and I ran outside to the gate seeing they made it back.
Everyone gathered around the gate and I saw Bellamy carrying Finn. No, not Finn. Clarke ran over to him and so did I. I saw Octavia and hugged her.
"Are you okay?", I asked her and she smiled and nodded.
Bellamy walked over to us.
"Why were you defending him?", Bellamy asked and I didn't know who they were talking about.
"Because, he saved my life.", Octavia answered. Whoever it was, I was grateful for this person.
"No, you're wrong. I saved your life.", Bellamy stated. "For all you know, he was keeping you alive to use you as bait for one of their traps."
"No, I don't think so-", Octavia started but got cut off by Bellamy.
"You don't think, O. That's the problem. They killed three of our people today. And if you had let me kill him when I had the chance Finn wouldn't be in there dying right now.", I was taken back by Bellamy's sudden outburst.
"Stop it! Stop blaming me for your mistakes! What happened to Finn was not my fault! I wanted to leave! So if Finn dies in there, that's on you!", Octavia said and I felt uncomfortable standing between the two siblings but it would be weird to just walk off. "Everything that's gone wrong is because of you. You got me locked up on the Ark. You wanted me to go to that stupid dance! You got mum killed!" This was definitely a really private conversation and I didn't know what to do.
"Me? Mum was floated for having you. She's dead because you're alive. That was her choice. I didn't have a choice. My life ended the day you were born.", Bellamy said. Ouch. I felt that one. Octavia was speechless and wanted to walk away but Bellamy grabbed her arm.
"Where do you think you're going?", He asked her.
"You can't keep me locked up in here forever.", Octavia said and pulled her arm away walking off. I just stood there. Awkward.
Suddenly, a lot of grey clouds made their way over camp. I looked over at Bellamy.
"Get inside! A storm is coming.", He demanded me. I did as he said and ran inside, looking for Octavia.
