Gilly POV
So today is my first day of school. I have to take a long test to see how much my tutor taught me so we know what I need to learn to get my GED so I can work for daddy.
I don't know what it is like to have a job. I think it will be loads of fun to work for him with lots of hugs and kisses and cuddles!
I took the test so now it's just waiting for the computer to score it and place me.
"The results are in, Tadpole. Wanna come look with me?" Daddy asks with his hand hovering over the mouse on his computer.
"I'm scared." I admit. I'm nervous that I didn't do well. I don't want to let him down.
"Why? No matter what this says I'll help you get to where you can pass the test." He says and I smile a little.
"Even if I'm stupid?" I ask and he growls pulling me onto his lap.
"Never say that. If you did poorly its not your fault. It is the fault of the man who kept you out of school. You are a smart girl Gilly. Never question that." He says before turning me to face the screen. "You ready?" He asks and I nod.
"Yea"
"Okay then one... two... three!" He clicks the link to my results and my jaw drops. "Wow... well then little girl... they give the test in a month. You shouldn't have any trouble with it."
I look at the results again. 97% correct for the entire test. 100% in math!
"I guess I had a good tutor." I say and he laughs.
"I guess you did... have you considered college? Once you have the GED you could go into an accounting program. I know a company that would hire you as soon as you graduate." He smirks down at me and I giggle.

"Can I still do it on the computer so I can stay here with you?" I ask
"You can... but you can also take a class or two at the local college if you want to experience what school is like." Daddy suggests. "You can still do most of it online from here but taking a class in person would be good for you. You could make some new friends."
"I guess I could." I answer unsure about being away from him. I'm afraid my father will come for me.
"You don't have to. Just think about it okay?" He asks and I nod.
"Okay."
I am happy to be out of the pack house and back in the plant. I can't wait until this vampire crap is over and I can move back to my apartment.
I love the pack. Of course I do I'm the Delta. But I like having my own space. Plus it will alow me to avoid a certain Alpha male.
"Hey boss, I ran out of product to run. What do you want me to do next?" A teenage kid asks. He's fresh out of high-school but a dang good worker. I pull up our order list and tell him what to run next. The boy leaves my office and just as I decide to do my rounds on the floor there is a knock on the door.
"Excuse me sir, there is a man here to see you. He says your cousin sent him." The office lady tells me. She is like HR and secretary all in one.
"Alright send him in." I respond wondering who Brenton sent. Is something wrong in the pack? Do I need to go back?
"Hello puppy."
No
Don't look up.

Focus on the papers in front of you.
"Come on, Logan. You can't ignore me."
I growl. Why is he here!?
"What do you want, Maddox?" I snap at him and he just smiles taking a seat opposite me at my desk.
"Im now your partner." He says.
"I haven't accepted you as my mate so no, you're not." I respond. I hate doing this but it is for the best. I can't be a submissive and in leadership. It's not good for the pack... no matter how attractive he is.
"Ah... but you see our Alpha is worried about you and thinks you could use some help. I'm now co Delta so yes, we are partners." He smirks at me.
No way Brenton would do this to me!... but then again he doesn't know Maddox is my mate... he'd probably push even more if he knew that... grrr! I need to talk to my cousin.
I pick up the phone ignoring the smug looking man across from me.
"Brenton you can't just..."
"Work it out Logan." He cuts me off. "You are letting yourself go so until you figure out your personal crap Maddox is your shadow. I need to know the work is getting done and you need the help." He hangs up before I can respond.
"Wipe that look off your face I don't need you." I growl at the grinning fool in front of me.
"Perhaps not but you're stuck with me... so what's next on the agenda, puppy?" He asks and I growl again.
"Don't call me that! Not here... not at all!" I yell.
"You're probably right. Wouldn't want you to slip at work." He smirks at me.
"I wouldn't slip because I'm not accepting you." I yell slamming my hand on the desk.
I freeze as he walks around the desk looking down at me. He places his hands on the arm rests of the chair caging me in.
"Listen here, boy. I understand that you are having trouble with this but I'm getting tired of you yelling and growling at me. We are going to work together so show some respect. Am I understood?"
"Yes sir." The words are out of my mouth before I can stop them. I can't believe I said that! I'm not submitting to him!
"Let's go." I grumble pushing him as I stand up.
"Lead the way." He smirks again. This is gonna be a long day.

Truck-kun Gets Sacrificed
Driscoll is my own version of a world with a game-like "system" of endless possibilities. MC has his own status, classes, skills, magic, and a living greatswordstaff in a world of monsters, demi-humans of all kinds, and even the supernatural. Sound good? Well, at first for Tru, it was a dream come true(I'm sorry). At least until reality hits him again and again. His quest from God is vague and must be discovered by him along the way. Hopefully, he can figure that out someday but for now, this new world's threats and his potential for power are motivation aplenty. With His new partner by his side, he's ready to embark on his mission of infinite sacrifice, however many lives it takes. The setting is pretty standard for fantasy, with my beginner attempts at writing. Litrpg elements are definitely involved here but It'll calm down as the story progresses and the world's foundation is laid. Judeo/Christian themes and principles take a major role and will be a backbone for much of the story. The fights will paint a picture in the mind rather than just be a bunch of number crunching. While he is meant to be a sacrifice to save all of Driscoll, he needs to gain enough power and influence to be a worthwhile sacrifice, or so he thinks. And so carnage will ensue as he avoids death as best he can while at the same time sacking himself for others. Truck Coon is your average determined, jiu-jitsu practitioner, tax associate that just started his new career. He dies to save kids from a semi-truck(Truck Coon got truck-kun'd, making him Truck-kun) and is transported to another world rather conventionally by God. Upon his arrival, he is quickly confronted with his first conflicts in the wild. Give it a shot and let me know what you think. Chapters are currently between 2300 and 4000 words and I try to post weekly, but also deal with severe limitations that cause late posts often. I have zero actual experience with writing stories and only recently started reading web novels in 2020. If you end up hating it, let me know your thoughts in a detailed comment or review, especially if you love it though :D I want to get better and welcome the feedback, so expect changes to be made with any flaws that y'all point out which I don't already have plans to address in future chapters. That being said, keep it constructive in nature, please. I have no Idea how the formatting and such will go, so if you like or dislike some techniques I try, give me that well-appreciated feedback! Thank you for reading.

An Extra-Ordinary Story about Ordinary People
In a different world, a different reality, where ordinary people occasionaly have extra-ordinary powers for no particular reason, we follow a number of characters, trying their best to live in this strange yet normal world. We have our first character, a currently nameless but sentinent creature who happened to find himself in the body of a strange fungus after an unknown incident that robbed him of not only his former body but of his memory, as well. Secondly, we follow Smith, a high-standing man who doesn't even need to explain which Smith he is, on top of the world, yet human enough to meet said fungus. And thirdly, we have another nameless character, who is burdened by the ability to summon things that he doesn't want. A charming gang, who will (most likely) meet at some point. --- All and all, it's a twist on the common super-hero world, where all super-heroes have somehow dissappeared, but not the possibility for new ones. The series that feature the mushroom-dude are the 123 ones, the stories that feature Smith are the ABC ones, and the ones that feature our newest character, the summoner-dude, are the abc ones. Neat, huh? Also, just a word of warning? The 123 ones are kind wierd, and you can skip the first few chapters and go straight to the ABC ones without missing too much. But I'd rather you didn't, since i really enjoyed writing them. In ABC and abc, the format changes to a more typical form, with proper grammar and stuff. So if you dont like the 123, I'd love it if you gave the ABC a chance :^) Anyhow, I hope you enjoy it!
