"It looks like the final day of the Games has begun." Mira looked to where the arena was.

"Now's our chance!" Natsu said.

"But how do we sneak into the castle without giving ourselves away?" Wendy asked.

"I have a plan for that!" Happy said as he, Carla, and Lily were flying.

"I just know it's going to be a terrible idea." Carla stated.

"What are you saying?! These disguises are perfect!" Happy said as Mira, Natsu, and Wendy each wore a costume.

"They'd rouse anybody's suspicions."

"It's all right! I have an idea!" Mira said.

"I knew Mira'd know what to do!" Natsu exclaimed.

Looking towards the arena, Wendy took off her head piece. "We have to do everything we can to break Lucy free! I'm sure Erza and the rest of the team are giving their all at the Games, too!"

"This will show each team's martial skills, magic, and trust in their comrades...In the final day's full-team survival battle!" Chapati exclaimed. "We begin the namesake of the Games, the Grand Magic Game!" Fireworks exploded in the sky.

"This time the battlefield is the entire city of Crocus! Each team is scattered throughout the town and is now standing by! When any member wandering through the town meets an enemy...a battle must ensue! Knock out your opponent or stop him or her from continuing to fight, and your team gets 1 point added to its score!" Chapati explained.

"Also, each Guild's team has one leader! The other teams do not know who that leader is. But if you defeat the leader, the winning team gets 5 points! That means a single team could theoretically score up to 45 points! And every Guild has a chance at the win!

"Do the teams stay united, or do they split up? We will see their strategies unfold!"

With Fairy Tail, Erza looked at her teammates. "Listen up. We have no choice but to win. This is to get Lucy back!"

"We'll definitely win! Let's just hope Natsu and the others don't mess up..." Sora said.

"Winning'd be the best way out of this." Gajeel stated.

"But we have another reason to win the Games." Gray said.

"And that's to make up for the 7 years of humiliation our Guild has suffered!" Laxus said, smirking.

"Who will obtain the honor and stand at the pinnacle of the magic world?! Let the final Grand Magic Game..." As Chapati said this, a man hit against the gong, scaring himself. "...begin!"

"Let's go!" Fairy Tail shouted together.

While the crowd cheered, Chapati smiled. "It's started, hasn't it? The final Game!"

"Ah I thought most teams are deciding to split up." Yajima said.

"Everybody's doing their best, pumpkin!" Mato said.

"As expected, Sabertooth, whose members all have very advanced abilities, has split up completely." Chapati stated. "Others are splitting into buddy teams. There are even three-wizard groups."

With Saber, Rufus noticed something on the Lacrima vision.

"What is it, Rufus?" Orga asked, looking at him as he stood on a building while Rufus stayed on the ground.

"They aren't moving." Rufus frowned.

Gasping, Chapati said, "What is this...?! What is going on with Fairy Tail?! All five of them are just standing there with their eyes closed!"

With Fairy Tail, the members in the stands were confused. Meanwhile, Makarov was annoyed. "What do you think you're doing?! Hey!" Mavis simply stayed quiet.

"I can't figure out what this odd move by Fairy Tail is...but there are some wizards who have already met the enemy!" Chapati said as Yuka and Toby closed in on a Quatro Puppy member. Before he could react, they attacked him at once, gaining Lamia 1 point and moving up in 3rd place.

Meanwhile, Eve, Hibiki, and Ren gained 2 points from beating two members from Mermaid Heel, moving Blue Pegasus up to 4th place.

"The scores are on the move! But Fairy Tail hasn't moved at all! And while they're doing that...Lamia is crushing Puppy!" Chapati said as Lyon and Jura each earned a point, gaining 43 points.

"As long as we have Jura in this game, we won't lose!" Ooba yelled from joy.

"It's true..." One member of Lamia said.

"Can anybody out there take down Jura?!" Another said.

"Master's right; as long as we have Jura and Lyon, we're unbeatable!" Yuka stated, looking around for enemies.

"Sherria's really good too!" Toby said.

However, Bacchus jumped in front of them, smirking. "I don't really know about that."

"Bacchus!" Yuka said.

"We're unbeatable!" Toby yelled.

Sighing, Bacchus chuckled. But not before noticing a presence. Turning around, he frowned. "Huh?"

Before he could react, Sting crushed him to the ground, landing on top of him, earning 5 points. He gained 49 so far.

"Bacchus was Quatro Puppy's leader, and defeating him brings 5 points!" Chapati said as Saber moved up to first.

Frowning, Yuka sweat-dropped. "He stole our prey, dang it!"

"Then let's gang up and take him down!" Toby suggested. Before they could take a step, Kagura took them down, earning 2 points. Mermaid Heel now had 42 points.

"Kagura makes her appearance!" Chapati exclaimed.

Walking away, Kagura held her sword. However, she turned around, expecting to see Sting. "He's gone?"

Meanwhile, Minerva smirked. "That is advisable; avoid Kagura and Jura. It would only be a waste of your magic!"

Elsewhere, Milli took down a Quatro Puppy member, gaining 1 point. Mermaid Heel had 43 points now.

"Both Lamia and Mermaid are running up their scores!" Chapati said.

"Wait. That put Puppy out of the running?" Yajima sweat-dropped.

"The points are moving at a dizzying speed!" Chapati looked at the score board. "But Fairy Tail hasn't made any moves!"

With Magi, they sweat-dropped. They were so confused.

"Why aren't they moving?!" Alibaba yelled.

"Maybe they have a plan...?" Aladdin suggested.

"Yeah. By not moving!"

"From my view, this would be a good plan." Kouen stated.

"What do you mean?" Morg asked.

"Letting different teams gather the points while one waits for their opportunity. To use this would take much patience I presume..."

"Even for Sora." Muu snorted.

"Hey! She...has her moments!" Sin defended her.

"Oh yeah? Name one."

"Well, there was this one time she...-" Sin couldn't find one.

Awaiting his answer, Muu smirked. "Exactly." Looking at Sora, he whistled. "Though, it's really a surprise she's lasting this long without going on her own."

What they didn't know, Sora couldn't wait to start fighting. 'Must not...fight! Wait for Mavis to tell us!'

"What do they think they're doing?! They have to win this to save Lucy!" Makarov yelled.

Smiling, Mavis said, "That is exactly why...they must approach this with calm determination." Confusing Makarov, she explained into a much deeper level.

"From the very start, for the past 4 days, I've been observing the enemy's battle power, magics, psychologies, movement patterns...and recording it all in my mind. I've been making calculations and running through millions of simulations."

"First Master...What...?" Romeo managed to say as everyone else couldn't speak.

"I've predicted the enemy's movements, results, and location information...and so far, everything has gone according to my calculations." Mavis smiled as the rest were shocked. "They have already received the battle plan. To guide my comrades to certain victory. This is how I fight." Standing up, she pointed at Erza and her team. "Launch Operation: Fairy Stars!"

"Roger!" Erza and them yelled as they ran in different directions.

"Fairy Tail is making its move!" Chapati announced.

Frowning, a guard (Mira who transformed into one) sighed as he carried a tied up, sleeping Natsu and Wendy as he took them inside the palace. However, two guards were standing in front of the door.

"Who're they?" One asked.

"Caught them trying to sneak in. Probably trying to break that Fairy girl out, I think." Mira said.

"They're Fairy Tail?!" The other asked.

"What'll we do?" The other asked his accomplice.

"Hm...Neither His Majesty nor the defense minister are here...The only thing to do is toss them in the dungeons."

"Yes, sir!" Mira said. Finally, they opened the door. Walking through, she went left.

"Hey! The dungeons are that way!" The guard point in the right direction.

"Ah...Forgive me. I was only transferred here recently." As he turned his back, Mira changed her face back to herself.

"Great work, Mira!" Wendy whispered as Natsu smirked. Happy smiled as he poked his head out from Mira's chest.

Meanwhile, inside the palace, Hisui, the princes of Fiore, looked out the window.

"Your Highness, perhaps now is a good time..." A guard said.

Turning around, she smiled. "Yes, you're right. Let's begin...the Eclipse 2 plan."
