The spell came hurdling to me as everything went in slow motion, I could see my life flashing before my eyes. The spell came closer and closer, before a flash of white, all I saw was long black hair.

Pain, sadness, rage, that's all I feel as I slowly get up, my vision blurred from the attack. I slowly stood up holding my arm, my vision fucusing. Everything started to show more clearly as a spot a couple feet away was a large crater. I could feel blood coming from my forehead, more likely from hitting the ground from the after blast.

"How I'm I still alive, that spell was coming right at me, but then I saw black hair." I muttered to myself limping over the crater. I stopped in my tracks as I saw a small body laying in it. Panick took over as I slide down the side and to the body. I turned it over as I quickly covered my mouth with my hand.

"Kuro, y-you didn't." I said my eyes filling with tears. Her eyes were barley opened and her breathing raged. She was covered in blood, a large wound on her stomach, pouring out blood. I proper her up into my lap and placed a hand on her cheek.

"I'm so glad........your safe." she said weakly, trying her best to talk.

"Why, you shouldn't have done that, it was my fate not yours!" I yelled, she smiled weakly. I put my hand above her wound, trying to heal her, but wasn't working.

"Damit, work!" I yelled again, I started to get tired and had to stop.

"Ashlin........please don't..........I did this to myself." she said her eyes slowly starting to close.

"Don't close your eyes, please stay awake!" I pleaded, hugging her. She placed a hand on my face making me look at her. She wore a large smile, happier then I have ever seen her.

"I'm glad I met all of you ..............you we're all so nice............ thank you for being my friend...........and for trusting me............now I'll get to see my brother once again." she said her voice disappearing as she spoke, before I knew it her hand slipped off my face and her body went limp. My eyes are wide, tears falling.

"Kuro." I whispered, but no response. My heart felt like it just shattered into peices and can never be fixed again. I slowly placed her on the ground, me sobbing over her dead body.

"Stupid child, she was just as useless as her mother, she deserved to die." I heard Jude behind me, looking down at me from above. My necklace glowed along with my djinn weapon. I stood up my bangs covering my eyes as I slowly turned to face him. I never looked at him, rage and hatred filled me thoughts.

"What's the matter, ready to surrender?" Jude asked evilly laughing.

"Gardian of the heavens hear my beckon call." I said as he stopped laughing at me and looked down at him. I grabbed my left arm, popping it back in place, without even flinching from the pain.

"Aiedail thrysta deloi, yawe wasíe skölir frú rauthur, helgrind eitha, garjzla gath un reisa du rakr, wydrda wasíe moied un heill." I chanted as my clothes changed to armor, my hair turned white, my sword became two katana's which I held in both hands. My necklace glowed along with the rest of my body. I felt something behind me as I turn to see beautiful white wings like an angel. My wound on my head, power flowed threw me as I glared up at Jude making his eyes flicker in fear. I pointed one of the katana's at him, growling lowly.

"You low peice of shit, I will murder you for what you've done!!!" I yelled in rage, he took two steps back. I moved my wings and jumped up, using my wings to lift off into the sky. Once high enough I tucked my wings in and dived right at him.

*Judar's pov*

I was still tied up to the tree, trying my best to get free. Ashlin just survived a spell because Kuro protected her, she went into the large crater and Jude was standing their watching. The vine covered my mouth as I bit down on it, biting threw it and spitting it out. I was still struggling until I saw a bright light coming from the crater. I stopped moving to watch what was unfolding. I only heard a couple of words, but I knew they were ancient language. I seen a small bit of white poked out if the crater.

"You low peice of shit, I will murder you for what you've done!!!" I heard Ashlin yell. Jude stepped back a little ready to run. Soon a large figure flew out of the crater and into the sky, it dived down to Jude as he scrambled up it the air. I see two shiny things in the hands, they must be katana's. I see the others waking up from their coma, they see what happened, looking around soon one by one spotted me tied to the tree, they ran over ripping off vines, setting me free. I look to the sky to see two figures fighting one another.

"What's going on, where's Ashlin." Isabelle asked, blood trickling down the side of her head. Vulcan was still out, his wound is bad so it best to leave him rest. Quinn was laying on the ground a large wound on her front from the knife.

"Isabelle, stay here and take care of their wounds." Alibaba commanded, she nodded as she took Quinn, walking over to Vulcan, and gentle placed her next to him check their wounds and doing her best to help them. Alibaba and I stared at the sight as Jude ducked into the trees. The other flew above looking down. It turned, flying to us. We got into battle stance as it slowly flapped it's wings, landing on the ground softly. Their wings covered their face as they stood up. They spread them out revealing the only person I care about at the moment.

"Ashlin, i-is that you?" Isabelle stuttered, she smiled warmly at us as she tucked her wings in. She looked so different, her hair was pure white and her eyes where gold with silver around the pupil. She wore armor and two katana's with wing designs on the handle.

"Sure is, I'm glad your alright, but right now I want you out of here, I can handle this." she said waving us off, without waiting for an awnser, she took off to the sky looking for Jude once more. I sighed as I walked over to a tree and sat down.

"What are you doing, Ashlin needs our help!" Alibaba yelled at me. I looked at him as he had cuts and bruises all over his face, he had a pained face.

"She said to stay out of it, if you want to feel her rath then go ahead, go kill yourself." I said as he frowned. Just in that moment I heard a large explosion and screams from a large amount of people. Off in the distance was the town in a blaze. Alibaba looked back at me with a cocked eyebrow.

"Fine, but it was your idea." I said standing back up and ran to the village with the him following suit, once arrived the town was in flames and house's smashed to peices.

"Go to the house's to see if anyone is in them, let's get these people out of here." I heard someone yell. I look to my right to spot Hakuryuu, Morgianna, and Jack running to the burning town. He was yelling at us as we nodded getting people to the docks.

*Ashlin's pov*

I told the others to stay out of the fight, once I did I flew back into the sky and searched over the forest to find Jude, I made my katana's disappear so I can use my magic. I looked to the town to see him flying right above it. I flapped my wings faster, speeding towards him before grabbing his leg. He swung is sword at me, I quickly dodged it before filling my hand with a white magic.

"Heavens Ray!" I yelled sending him crashing into a house, people screamed and started to run in panick.

"Great, now I have to deal with making sure not to hurt anyone then him." I thought letting out a frustrated sigh. He soon came out of the ruble, giving me a death glare. He flew up grabbing me punching at my face, his fist made contact to my jaw. He wrapped his hands around my neck diving down and smashing me into a house. His grip was tighter as I gasped for air. I summoned my katana, slicing at his head. He let going dodging the blade. We both stood up facing one another, determined to kill each other.

"I never thought that you would master the power of the necklace already and combine it with you djinn's power, that is a very dangers thing to do, most people who used the necklace like this in the last centuries died not to long after." Jude said with a straight face, not showing a single emotion. I pointed my katana at him, glare at him deadly.

"I will take that risk, to protect everyone, and to revenge Kuro who you murdered!" I yelled the last part and charged at him swinging down at him. He dodged, moving to the side taking his sword and stabbing at my chest. I spun, blocking it and swung at his neck. He ducked, making me cut part of his horn off. He punched me in the side of my thigh, making me fall to the ground. Then elbowed me in the head on the temple. I fell down, me seeing black spots in my vision. I shook my head trying not to pass out. I soon felt the cold blade of his sword on the back of the neck. I froze as it sent shivers down my spine.

"You are so beautiful, but yet I have to kill you, maybe I should just have a little fun before killing you." he said flipping me over onto my back and pining me down. His blade never left my throat. My face was blank, not wanting to spoil my plan. He hovered over me, a large smile on his face. He leaned down and whispered in my ear.

"Why behaving all of a sudden." he said trying to make it sound pleasurable.

"Because I wanted to do this." I said moving my leg, kneeing him in his special spot. He gaged, falling off of me holding that spot. I grabbed his chin and placed a hand in the top of his head. I stood above him as I leaned, whispering into his ear.

"I hope your life is miserable, in hell." I whispered, I stood back up before twisting his head swiftly to the side, then hearing a loud snap. His body went limp before releasing him, him falling onto the ground. There was no movement from his body, knowing my work here is done. I saw the part of his horn that I cut off laying not to far, I picked it up and looked at it. It was black and smooth, and sparkles in the moon light.

"I'm going to keep this as I suvenier, it's really cool." I thought, quickly taking off into the sky. I looked around to see the house's on fire.

"I guess I went a little two far with the magic." I muttered sheepishly. I flew to the dock to find everyone safe and sound. I flew down making people stumble back making room. Right as I land, I feel a pair of arms wrap around my body.

"Ashlin, are you alright, where's Jude, did he get away." I heard them say, I recognized who it was as I hugged them back tightly.

"I'm fine Alibaba, Jude is no longer a threat to the world." I said as he released me. Is golden eyes started at me with tears in them.

"Don't you ever do that again, you scared me half to death, I thought I was going to lose you forever." He said softly, looking down at the ground. I smiled kindly, lifting his face with my hands to look at me. I wiped away the tears on his face.

"Don't be crying, your suppose to be a man not some little girl." I said as I heard Judar snort. Alibaba glared at him.

"Want to say something, you asshole." He said angrily.

"Shut up, you stupid blonde, it's not my fault that your a whimpering girl." He said back, both argued back and forth.

"Wait, were are the others?" I asked panicking a little. The two looked at each other and pointed back to where they were. I nodded before grabbing the two by their torsos.

"Where you going?" Morgianna asked me as she came forward. Hakuryuu and Jack were behind her wondering the same thing.

"I'm going to get the others, I want you to go back to camp and check on Mabel." I said taking off to the sky with the two guys. The yelled in fear that I was going to drop them. Alibaba clung to my arm while Judar squirmed in my arm. I sighed as I let him go. Judar just floated there glaring at me.

"Don't you every grab me like that again!" He protested angrily. I heard Alibaba start laughing as I looked at him weird. Then I looked back at Judar who was just as confused. I thought for a little bit before releasing what he was laughing about. I smacked the back of his head as he yelped in pain.

"He didn't mean it that way you pervert." I scolded him as he frowned. I looked back at Judar who's face was beat red.

"Yea, you jackass." He said flying away to where the others were, I followed suit behind him as we landed on the ground. Aladdin was their healing their wounds. Isabelle was awake sitting on a rock, tired from the events of today. Her gowned was torn and dirty, so was Quinn's. Aladdin was healing both Quinn and Vulcan's wounds, their wounds started to close and disappear.

"Aladdin, how are they?" I asked, he looked at me and blinked a couple of times before smiling.

"They should be fine, they just need some rest." He said finishing.

"Can you put me down now." I heard Alibaba as I still held him in my one arm. I said sorry and let him go.

"Where's Kuro, I haven't seen her?" Aladdin asked looking around. My heart ached at remembering her dead body. Everyone noticed my silence as I turned around and started to walk away.

"Ashlin!" I heard Isabelle yell. As I walked my powers disappeared. My armor disappeared as it changed back to my dress, my hair changed back to its normal light brown and flowed onto my shoulders, I could feel my body start to ack from the pain of being beaten. I found a large boulder not to far away and hid behind it. I slid down plopping onto the ground, I placed my elbows on my knees and my hands covering my face. Tears filled my eyes as they ran into my hands and down my arms. I sobbed silently, I felt something plop down next to me as I peeked through my hands. Judar sat next to me, facing forward.

"Stop crying, there's nothing we can do, she's gone so get over it." he said with a irritated tone. I removed my hands from my face and stood up, walking away from him, but was stopped as he grabbed my wrist.

"Ok, I thought if I acted normal it would make you stop cry, I don't like seeing you cry." he said as I looked back at him with tears fleeing down my cheeks, his face was a light pink. He looked me straight in the eyes telling me he wasn't lying. I blink amazed I get to see this side of him, it was new and really strange. He pulled my arm making me fall back, landing in his lap.

"Just stop crying and smile, I like your bright smile, you give me meaning to work with those idiots, please stop." he said a kind smile on his face. I stared at him in disbelief from the sudden kindness from him.

"Did he just say please!" I screamed in my head froze, to weirded out by everything happening right now.

"I know, this is weird of me to be like this, but I have a reason for that." He said his face turning red, I knew what he meant by that.

"Wait, you......" I said as he nodded.

"Yea, I fell head over heels for you, it was a crush at the begining, but I soon grew to love you, I like everything about you, your smile, laugh, your beautiful blue eyes, everything." he confessed. I sat up straight and climbed out of his lap. I sat next to him facing him with a frown.

"I'm sorry Judar, but I don't feel the same about you, I've fell for someone else, I'm sorry if you hate me now." I said looking away in shame.

"You love Alibaba, don't you?" He asked with sadness in his voice. I nodded still not looking at him.

"Well, it can't be help." He said chuckling a little. I looked at him surprised, I thought he would be mad, but instead he had the same stupid grin as always.

"If you love him, then I can't do anything about it, but if he ever hurts you in anyway, I will making his life a living hell." He said a little mad. I smiled slightly making him smile.

"There's that smile, thinking about the bad times won't get you anywhere, so let's look forward to the future." He said standing and giving me a hand, I grabbed it as he pulled me up. He let go of my hand as we walked over to the group. Quinn was awake along with Vulcan in his human form. I ran to them hugging them, they hugged back a nice atmosphere surrounding us all. We all walked back to camp to be greeted by Hakuryuu, Morgianna, and Jack. Mabel was resting in the tent, she had cuts and bruises on her body form being beaten, Aladdin used is magic to heal her wounds. I sat next to the fire and laid down on the ground. I was so tired and sore, my necklace healed my wounds, but didn't take away the pain in my soar muscles. Alibaba sat down next to me, he lifted my head and placed it in his lap. I looked at him as he smiled.

"Go to sleep, you earned the rest." He said happily. My face was a little pink as I closed my eyes and rolled onto my side. He put his arm around me pulling me close to him. His fingers went through my messy hair, his hand felt so warm and comfortable that as he stroked my hair, I slowly fell asleep.

*Alibaba's pov*

Ashlin fell asleep in my lap as I stroked her hair. She was so cute when she slept.

"Well, you win." Judar said on the other side of the fire. I looked at him strangely as he just sighed.

"I confessed to her that I loved her, but she doesn't feel the same, she loves you." He said with a smirk. My eyes grew wide as I stared down at her sleeping.

"She loves me, but I thought she only saw me as friends." I thought, I felt my heart flutter with happiness as I smiled like a moron. I bent down and kissed her forehead lightly. She stirred in her sleep a little making my heart skip a beat, but she didn't wake up making me sigh in relief.

"You love her yet your scared to let her know." Jack said coming up behind me with wood.

"I'm just not ready to tell her and when I do I'm going to make it a day she won't forget." I replied making him smile satisfied.

"Good, even though when I first met her, I tried to kill her, but she's like a little sister to me know, so you hurt her your dead." Jack said with a deadly arura around him. I just rolled my eyes and started to stroke Ashlin's hair again.

"There is no way I would every hurt her." I thought as we all sat around the fire talking.
