"Lex smile!" Billie smiles at me, her phone in my face as I hold an ice cream in my hand
A giant grin spreads right across my face, I can feel my cheeks heating up. What's with that??
She snaps the picture before looking down at her phone and staring in awe at the picture she just took of me "that's the cutest thing in the world... and my new screen saver"
I giggle, my eyes locked on her. I can't believe she's really home. She's here, with me
"Billie I love you" I smile, liking my ice cream
"I love you too lex, so so much... can I try your ice cream?" She moves to sit down, squished up next to me
I move my ice cream to be in front of her face, accidentally on purpose putting it onto the end of her nose
We both start laughing way too hard, my hand gong to wipe away the ice cream from her face
"Do you like it?" I ask as she licks the mint choc chip ice cream from my cone
"It's good but mines way better" she smiles, putting hers in front of my mouth for me to try
I take a lick "oh god yeah that's yum"
We both burst into giggles once again
I look at her eyes, the ones I've missed seeing so damn much
How have I never noticed quite how beautiful she is? I've always known she was unbearably beautiful but it's just hit me on a whole new level
I can feel my heart beating and my palms getting all sweaty. What's happening to me?
"Your blushing" she points out, brushing a piece of my hair behind my ear
"No I'm not" I try to divert my eyes but it doesn't last long

"You defiantly are" she smiles, not looking away from my eyes
I swallow a little too hard, feeling the heat rising on my cheeks
Uh oh, what if she can tell what I'm feeling?
"I just missed you, and your pretty, do I ever tell you that?!" I say all friendly, trying to surgically remove myself from this situation
I can see a 'I'm on to you but okay' smile playing on her lips, she's known me my whole life there is zero chance she didn't just pick up on how flustered I got just by looking at her
"I know I'm pretty, but not as pretty as you" she smiles, wrapping me up in a hug and kissing my neck softly
Thank god she can't see my face right now because I think I just melted slightly

Without knowing how dying might affect him, he steels himself to grow his village into the new power in the area. Of course, that's easier said than done when a blood-thirsty dungeon appears to be on a warpath with everything in the area.
