We were practicing volleyball, when I saw Katherine entering the gym and sitting at the bleachers.

When something hits me.

"Ow!" I said as the ball hit me without me noticing it.

"Jo! I'm so sorry, I didn't mean to--" A brunette, I don't know her name, said to me as she started running towards me.

"Are you okay?" Katherine voice said from behind. How'd she get in here?

I turned around to face her."Yeah." I got the ball and spike it hard.

Then Katherine went back to the bleachers.

After the practice, I went straight to my car. Katherine wasn't there when I came back to have shower. So I guess she waited for someone.

Someone who isn't me.

"Hey," It's her. What the.

I just nodded at her.

"I'm so sorry I didn't get a chance to have lunch with you. I was trying to escaped at them but--"She said but I cut her off.

"It's okay." At least she tried to escaped for me.

"So, where are we going to do the project?" She asked.

She still want me to be her partner?
