Once Sissy and Vi were out of sight, I shifted and howled. Calling for every available adult male to call back and meet me at the barn.
I watch as it burns. I knew whose work this was. There was only one fucking bastard arrogant enough to pull this shit. Only one with the audacity to hurt my folk. Kerrigan.
Pacing, I wait for the others to join me. I didn't know how the hell Kerrigan managed to send Lycans to my door, but he'd regret it.
One by one my family joined me. Sniffing the air and growling as they watched horrified. Watching their home burning. The Lycans had dissipated. Not sure why they'd chosen to flee, they never do, but thankfully it gave us a chance to regroup and assess.
Shifting back, I run my hands through my hair as the others joined me in human form. Bastion gritted his teeth and roared in fury. Young, hormonal and inexperienced. He flies off the handle with any little thing.
"Fuckers!" He growls. "Knox! We need to do something! We can't let them get away with this shit!"
Nods and growls of agreement echo around me. I raise my hand to silence them and sigh. "I know. We will have a meeting once the fire is out and we will make a plan to destroy the fuck bags."
"It's that woman! It's all about her!" He yells, turning to the rest of the pack. "We need to cut her fucking head off and send it to the dogs before they come back!"
Cowardly bastard. Wrapping my hands around his throat I flash my crimson eyes at him and growl deeply. Baring my canines. "Touch her. Even a hair on her head and you'll be eating your own fucking balls, boy."

I push him away then turn to face the others. Shaking my head in disgust. Fucking animal.
"Right. Get this fire out for fucking starters. Then we need to go get the women and children from Ol' Tristan's."
Nodding in unison they scatter. Rushing around to grab buckets of water. Flinging them towards the flames to die it out.
"It's going to be a long fucking night." I head for my trailer. I needed whiskey. I needed it fucking bad.
