You need to eat properly to get the fuel into your body for the afternoon and evening. Skipping meals does your body no favors. Eating properly (that means healthy lunch meals) can help reduce body ailments such as migraines or the severity of migraines.
It's also a great way to socialize and get to know your work colleagues. Talk about their interests and your interests. Find out who they are. It helps you understand them better.
Take care of yourself. Nobody else will.
