- The Pretty Reckless
Shari Wainwright placed her jacket on the chair and poured herself a glass of wine.
"You go, Chief Davenport." Justin said, wrapping his arms around her waist.
Shari laughed. "Samuel Tenner hasn't retired yet. I've only just been made deputy."
"Hey, it took some training... But someday." He replied, kissing her lips.
The sound of giggles erupted into the kitchen as four-year-old Sadie Wainwright and three-year-old Alec Davenport raced each other.
She had decided to name her daughter after her sister, to honour her memory and her love.
"They're growing fast. I feel like an old man." Scott said, grinning, appearing in the doorway with Gia by his side.
"You're getting there." Gia replied with a joking wink.
In the sun, 9-year-old Grace Davenport was immersed in a book, silent and concentrated. Not too far from her, Eddie, Shari's best friend from New York, bathed in the sunlight, his eyes closed in content.
A knock at the door signalled Lorelei's arrival. She was ageing fast now, but the woman was always a strong fighter, looking as furious and determined as ever.
"Aunt Lorelei!" Sadie and Alec cried in unison, racing towards Lorelei, who smiled pleasantly, opening her arms in welcome.
Shari smiled at the family she had built with her loved ones. After the end of the plague of spirits, Shari finally allowed herself to give in to happiness, letting herself fall in love with Justin and finally being able to live free without fear.
She trained and landed a job as a police officer, hoping to improve the lives of others and continue to protect Sachem Bay. Justin reopened the church, preaching messages of love, acceptance and hope.

They lived their lives through the doctrine of those lost every single day, each step a thought for them and each feeling a blessing for what they sacrificed.
As Shari stood at the patio doors, soaking in the rays in her backyard, something floated down and rested gently on her arm. Shari plucked it off and examined it. It was a stray of viola, individual violets strung together in a neat ensemble.
The roses are red
The demons are dead

Wasn't my new life in a magical world supposed to be easy?
Victor Norman died. And then he was reincarnated into another world by a powerful entity and given awesome skills. So far so good. He thought that fun days of adventure awaited him like any other protagonist that found themselves in a similar situation. He thought that he would be unrivalled and free. He thought that his new life in a magical world would be easy. So why is it that things are turning out this way? Hello, author here~. If you are willing to read this story, I'll warn that I am writing this story purely on a whim, with very little planning and purely for my enjoyment. I don't know how things will turn out but let's hope they will go well~. I will be giving my other story that will be rewritten and renamed later priority so there won't be consistent releases but I'll do my best not to drop it or put it on hiatus for too long. Beware that this story will (maybe) contain: gore (moderate amounts), profanity (moderate amounts), litRPG elements, (probably) logical plot holes. It won't contain (a lot of): politics, romance (mm, likely not much), harem. As for the warnings about gore, profanity, sexual content and traumatising content, I don't know what I will put in there so it's not necessarily true that they will be present. I do not own the picture. If you have the rights for it, please contact me and I'll take it down

The Smol Detective
This is a fanfic set in the universe of They Are Smol, an awesome series of stories which you should totally go read right now if you haven’t. The Smol Detective features one Oscar Williams, your standard Manly Badass DudeTM who gets thrown into a larger world where his physical skills are about as useful as a bucket of donkey spit. Therefore, he’ll have to adapt and do so quickly. It turns out that humans are really good at that sort of thing. But still, he’d better adapt fast. Because Oscar’s about to get sucked into a web of alien intrigue, drugs, and murder which will tax his other abilities to the limit… Formal Disclaimer Type Thing: I do not take credit for the original setting, this story is set in an alternate version of the 'They are Smol' universe, written by the one, the only u/tinyprancinghorse.TPH takes many forms and is known by many names. He is like Nyarlathotep, only smaller and cuter and more prancey. TPH also has a Website should you require more Smol Shenanigans in your life. And of course you do, so go ye forth and read. The cover art for this story comes courtesy of the mighty Akella, and you should totally go and throw money at them for commissions because they are awesome.

Tale of the Modern Magus
You must be thinking how wonderful it would be to awaken Magic at some point in your life. You must believe it would be a blessing. You would be able to become famous and rich with the flick of your finger. It is no blessing, it is not wonderful. If you awaken magic you will probably spend most of your life trapped within a secret facility, getting your blood drained and bone marrow taken. Until you are too sick to be able to produce decent blood. Then you’ll be dissected and used for materials. The other option is to run. Run and keep running for the rest of your life, staying one step ahead from those trying to catch you. Forever wishing for a normal life. Roland’s tale isn’t a happy one. Sure there are good moments, good days, and sometimes even good months, but overall it is a terrible tale to tell. This tale is one about a man on the run. Yet it is also one about a man trying to overcome all odds, trying to find security, attempting to latch onto the sliver of hope visible before his very eyes. This is a tale with countless setbacks. People will die, cities fall, ideologies rise. Follow Roland on what would, at first, appear to be a journey to greatness.
