*Ring~*

Hearing the sound of his phone ringing, Su Jian's hand that was just about to grope Fang Chuanli stopped. He reached towards his pocket and picked up his phone.

"Su Jian! Get out of that hotel! There's a big fire on the third floor! Which floor are you at now?!"

"What?" Su Jian just couldn't believe it. He was just about to get to the fun part!

"Don't what me! Get out of there fast!"

Su Jian clenched his teeth as he look down at the guy whom he was about to f*ck tonight...

*Bam!*

Su Jian open the door harshly as it swings and smash against the wall. He didn't even turn to look back at Fang Chuanli as he quickly made to hurry for the exit.

'He's just another pretty boy. I can find more just like him anywhere.' Su Jian thought inside.

The smoke has already spread to the second floor. Fang Chuanli started coughing as soon as he inhaled some. Struggling to get up, Fang Chuanli tried to stay awake as possible. Although he was drunk, he somehow was conscious of the fact that he had to get out of here.

Once Fang Chuanli was able to get out of the room, he took small steps at a time along the hallways. It felt as if his legs were dragging something heavy, added to how much he couldn't stand how the smoke in the air was getting thicker and thicker.

When Fang Chuanli couldn't withstand it anymore, he slide down to the ground weakly onto his knees. One of his shoulder leaning against the wall while his left hand covered his mouth.

'Am I going to die like this?'

Fang Chuanli's eye lids were getting heavier. Soon, he couldn't keep them open and fell unconscious on that same spot.

Shen ShuangYi's body jolted up and jumped away. Right at the same time, the spot where he rested at just a moment ago exploded into pieces with small rocks flying towards every direction.

Flame ran ablaze as in instant, the whole run down temple was covered in flames. The dark quiet night instantly were lit up by the huge flames as a figure walked out amidst the fire with it's sword as red as scarlet blood.

Some of the wood covered in fire from the temple fell down and Shen ShuangYi frowned. He looked towards the figure that was coming closer and closer towards his direction.

"Lu WangJin." Shen ShuangYi spat out that name in disgust.

A voice as clear as spring water spoke unhurriedly, "I came to take back what's mine."

"I don't know what you're talking about." A smirk run across Shen ShuangYi's face.

But, Shen ShuangYi didn't even have time to blink before he felt a cold hand wrapped around his throat and next thing he knew, he was forcefully yank to the ground lying flat on his back while still being choke to death.

Grabbing the other's cold hand that was holding tightly onto his neck, Shen ShuangYi tried to escape but find himself to have no strength whatsoever.

His eyes finally landed to a bloody dead fox's body that was next to Lu WangJin and started to laugh out hysterically.

"Hahaha! So? How does it feel like now that the pup's dead? I especially killed him myself! Now all your efforts for summoning him to this world is all wasted!"

Shen ShuangYi laugh until tears started to form but he couldn't stop. He look up at the other's cold dark silver eyes that were lighted by the surrounding flames and smile in a twisted way.

"No." Lu WangJin replied back. "There's always your body to replace that tiny body."

Shen ShuangYi stopped laughing. Fear could be seen in his dark beautiful like pearl eyes and he shook his head heavily. "N-No! Get away! You monster! Get away from me!"

But, Lu WangJin didn't listen. While his right hand was holding Shen ShuangYi down, he lifted his left hand and a bright light came out from the tips of two of his fingers.

Pointing right in between Shen ShuangYi's brows, the bright light entered inside. Immediately, a big spell circle form around them all as the flames flicker and started to roar more with its excitement.

The baby fox's body started to dissipate into thin air and swiftly moved through the air and entered into Shen ShuangYi's body. Instantly, Shen ShuangYi's struggles came to a stop as both of his hand that was grabbing onto Lu WangJin's hand fell to the ground. Shen ShuangYi's own soul also shattered immediately upon the invasion of a stronger soul.

Knowing this, Lu WangJin stopped holding onto Shen ShuangYi's neck. He bit onto his thumb and pressed it against the other's lips, letting the other drink his blood to complete the contract.

And with a wave of his other hand, all the flames as well as the circle light surrounding them disappeared immediately.

The dark and quiet night...

...came back.
