Monday rolled around and I was looking out for anyone that was looking at me weirdly to see if it could give it away who I got the text off on Friday. But no one looked any different to what they usually did.

The only weird thing that was happening was that Sally kept getting pink roses handed to her on our way to the cafeteria. By the time we got there she was holding 6 of this flowers. Instead of getting food we headed straight to our table to see if we could get any answers and when we got there was a massive banner hung over it and Paul stood under it with what looked like 6 more pink roses. The banner read:

It was perfect because out of the three of us Sally was the most obsessed with Disney and it was like her own Prince Charming moment getting asked to the ball. She went up to him, took the rest of the flowers out of his hand and placed them on the table before jumping in his arms. I could see she said yes by the slight nod of her head.

Once that was over me and Piper walked back over to the lunch line and got food before joining everyone back at the table. We took our usual seats next to Dan and Tyler and started to talk about dress shopping.

"So girl's shall we go prom dress shopping after school?" Piper asked.

"Well have any of us got a car cos DAn brought me and you and I'm pretty sure Sally came with Paul." I pointed out.

"That's true I did." Sally said nodding.

"I can drive you three back to ours then you can get your car if you want Sammy?" Dan asked me.

"Ok, are you two up for tht?" I asked my friends.

They both agreed.

"Ok so prom dress shopping, can I have your card Dan?" I asked with puppy dog eyes.

"Why can't you use your own?" He asked back.

"Because it's more fun usng yours?" I tried to convince him.

"Let me make you a deal. You pay for yours this year because your only a unior so I'm sure your not going to get too extravagant and then next year, for your Senior Prom I will buy any dress you want." HE told me with a look of reasoning.

"Ok deal." I said eating my food.

The conversation moved past shopping onto a topic I wasn't really listening to. I added my odd comments here and there. I nearly had a heart attack when Tyler whispered in my ear unexpectedly.

"Do I get to see you tonight after shopping? You could come round after dropping the girls off before going home." He said to me.

Instead of speaking I just nodded my head to tell him I would. As I finished my last mouthful of food the bell went. I said goodbye to everyone and made my way to class.

When the final bell went for the day I went to my locker to drop my books off before heading out to the car park to my brothers car. When I got there I saw my seat in the passenger side had gone to Piper and Sally was waiting in the back. Instead of arguing I just joined Sally in the back.

I slipped in and put my seatbelt on as Dan reversed out of his space and left school grounds. Dan had connected his phone up with the Aux and we were listening to throwback music. At the moment we were listening to Stronger By Kanye West.

Sometimes I didn't mind my brother music. It took me back to what would be playing round the house when we were kids. My dad always had MTV on the TV so I'd always be hearing the popular songs at the time. I guess it did make me miss my parents but it also helped me to remember the memories.

About 15 minutes later we were pulling up to our house. I went in first and saw college letters on the mat.

"OMG Dan your acceptance letters have come." I squealed.

"I don't know why you even made me fill out the applications, a waste of money when we know I'm going to community college." He said snatching them off me heading to the bin.

"Don't you dare throw them in the bin, your not going to community college whether you don't want to leave me here or not." I said marching after him.

"I'm not arguing with you Sammy, I'm not leaving you for a year until you go to college. If they'll take me now, they'll take me net year." He said turning to me.

"I'm not going to be alone, I have the girls and their families, right girls?" I said turning to my friends.

"She's right babe, We even had this conversation with my Mom, she said she'd take Sammy in for the year. No one wants you to have to wait around longer than you have to. " Piper says walking up to him and wrapping her arms round his waist.

He sit's down and looks at the envelopes. He had 4. Berkeley, Dartmouth, Columbia and University of Florida.

"Come on let's open them, how about one each?" I ask.

He just nods and hands me, Piper and Sally an envelope. He keeps Dartmouth for himself, I get Berkeley, Piper Columbia and Sally Florida. We start to open them at the same time and Red the first couple of lines to see if he got in or not. Dan rips his up so I take that as a bad sign.

"Well that's one down, what about them three?" He asks.

All three of us nod at the same time. He got into all three. Now he just had to choose which he wanted to go to. I hoped he wouldn't choose Florida because it was in the state.

"Really, I got into all three?" He asks confused.

"Yeah you did it bro." I give him a hug. "We're gonna get going and give you time to think but don't even consider me when thinking ok." I tell him giving him one more squeeze before letting go.

"Ok." He replies with a smile.

Piper gives him a kiss and hug congratulations and then heads out with us. I grab my car keys on the way out and then unlock it, getting in the drivers seat. Sally gets the passenger seat as she was quicker. Once Piper is in I set of to the nearest shops that sell Prom Dresses.
