EVIE POV
The two teams celebrated but refused to celebrate with each other. "Guys, come on. This was so great. We were a team. We worked together. Come on. Come on." I said trying to get Mal and Uma to congratulate each other. I let out a sigh after they refused. "You know what we should try? An icebreaker." I said with a smile. I turned to the pirates as the VKs groaned. "You say something you really like about the other person, okay? I'll start." I said to Uma. "Harry. Great accent." I told him. "Now, you go." I told him. "Is she always this perky?" Uma asked Mal. "Oh, it wasn't really your turn, but thank you." I said coldly. "Okay. Evi, come here." Mal said. "Yeah." I said with a smile. "I love you." Mal said. "I love you." I replied. "I love this energy, but we are very short on time. Audrey clearly knows that we're here and we need to get out of here, ASAP." Mal told me. "All right, where does this cheerleader bunk down?" Uma asked. "Even if she's not there, we might find some sort of clue." Uma stated. "Actually she's still in the dorms." I said. "You're right. Because of summer school." Mal voiced. Harry let out a laugh. "What? Summer school? Summer school! No wonder she wants revenge!" Harry exclaimed. "Okay. I need you guys to go find Ben. We will meet back at Evie's in two hours, okay?" Mal ordered. "Sounds like we're going with my plan. I'm just saying." Uma said. "It was kind of the obvious plan." Mal argued. "Uma said it first." Gil pointed out. "Right. So my plan." Uma said to him. "Right?" Gil asked. "Whatever." Mal said before we all left for the dorms.
I entered Audrey's room with Mal to find Uma sitting on Audrey's bed. "She's nowhere on campus." I said. "Found her diary. And dang, did you ruin Audrey's life." Uma stated. "Okay. So you did you find anything in there that we don't already know or...She hangs out at Fairy Cottage. You know, where Flora, Fauna, and Merryweather hid her mom from your mom." Uma answered Mal. "Yes. Ha. Ha. Ha. The irony is not lost on me." Mal shot back. "How could anyone with this bed ever be unhappy?" Uma asked. "Okay. How do I look?" Celia asked wearing Audrey's jewelry. "Okay. The bling stays here." I told her. "But she's bad." Celia said. "And we're not." I countered before she put them back.

EVIE'S CASTLE
"I really hope they find Ben." Mal said as we arrived at my castle. "Nice digs." Uma said. "I got a really good deal." I said with a shrug as I walked to my house. I found Squeaky and Squirmy asleep on a sofa together. Dizzy was in the middle of a nightmare where Celia comforted her. "Don't worry Dizzy. We're gonna fix this. And when we do, they're gonna let all the kids come from the Isle. So, happy dreams." Celia said to Dizzy. A deep snore came from within the kitchen and I found Scorch knocked out at the counter surrounded by food. "He always was hungry." Uma said smiling at the son of Scar. I looked at her and smirked a bit before I saw the top of a bronze sword on the floor in a doorway. My eyes widened as I ran around the corner to see Haden on the floor on his back with his head to the side. His hair was out and appeared like a cobalt blue mess around his head. I knelt beside him and tapped him on his shoulder. "Haden. Wake up. Wake up." I said shaking him slightly. "He's spelled." Uma told me. "Is she not a fast learner?" Uma asked Mal. "She's emotionally involved, okay?" Mal answered. "Well, in the case she should be able to wake him up." Uma stated. I looked up from sleeping boyfriend at Uma. "True love's kiss. Works every time." Uma explained. "Well, we haven't used the "L" word yet." I said. Uma rolled her eyes. I looked at Haden's face before looking at the two girls. "Can we be alone?" I asked them. Uma and Mal left before I got to my feet.
I looked down at Haden's sleeping figure before pressing my lips to his gently. I pulled away before opening my eyes. But Haden's didn't. I looked away feeling my heart hit my stomach. A gasp came from behind and I spun around to see Haden Jolt upright with wide eyes. His hair went up in flames as he looked around. "How am I here?" He asked. I smiled at him. "I broke the spell." I answered. "How?" He asked swinging his feet off the table as he hung his head. "True love's kiss." I breathed as I sat beside down him. His head snapped up and looked at me. I smiled at him and he returned it before leaning closer. He brought his hand up to my neck before pressing his lips against mine for about 8 seconds before pulling away to breathe. "Damn." He breathed out opening his eyes. "Was it bad?" I asked. "Is the Fairy Godmother evil?" He asked. I shook my head with a smile. "Then no." He added with a wide smile before a plank of wood slammed into a window followed by another plank and dozens more. "We're trapped!" Celia yelled out. We ran out the room and met up with the others. "Is everyone okay? What's going on?" I asked. "You've caused my friends pain and fear. We've had enough, now disappear!" Mal shouted with green eyes. "You guys, I'm sorry. My spells aren't working." Mal announced. Uma held up her magic necklace. "Mal." She said grabbing her hand and reciting the spell but didn't work. "Audrey's magic is too powerful to break." Uma breathed leaning on her knees. "Haden! You're a God! Surely you have enough power to break us out." I asked. "I don't know, Eve. Audrey's sleep spell dampened my powers a bit. I'm not at 100% anymore." Haden said. "But I'll try." He said as he walked to the door and pressed his hands to the door. His hair swirled around as his hands glowed a cerulean blue. He pushed on the door and screamed through gritted teeth. I pulled Uma and Mal back as Uma pulled Celia back. The door glowed the same as his energy before it fired back at him and sent him flying head over heels over the table into the wall. He crashed to the floor with a groan. "Ow." He strained getting to his feet. "Γιος μιας σκύλας!" He cursed in Greek. "I can't do it." He panted shaking his head. "My powers were drained. It's like Audrey was using me as a power battery and recharging herself." Haden said between breaths. "The ember." Uma said pulling it out. "What?" Haden asked. "Hades' ember. Here." Uma said giving it to him. As soon as the ember made contact with Haden, his eyes glowed bright neon blue and his hair flared. "Uh...we might wanna back up." I warned. Haden got to his feet before walking to the door and pressing his palm to the door. "Άνοιξε!" He shouted. The doors flew open and a blast of air entered the building. Haden let go of the ember before collapsing to a knee out of breath. I ran to him and helped him to his feet. "Damn. Why didn't we find him first? He can save Auradon with a snap of his fingers." Uma stated. Haden picked up the ember and gave it to Mal. "I think you should hold onto that. We wouldn't want me to overload on Hades' power." Haden said. "No we wouldn't." I said as he rested his head on my shoulder with a sigh. "Oh. My. Gosh. You guys are SO cute!" Celia squealed with a wide smile. Haden couldn't help but laugh into my shoulder.

Looking forward to any constructive criticism, however, i already have in mind, the entire plot and tone of the story, any revisions based on feedback will likely only be considered upon completion. As of now starting out, i haven't really settled on a timeline for regular updates But I aiming for at least two chapters a week at about 2000 words each. Homeland
NEW YORK TIMES BESTSELLER -- In Cory Doctorow’s wildly successful Little Brother, young Marcus Yallow was arbitrarily detained and brutalized by the government in the wake of a terrorist attack on San Francisco—an experience that led him to become a leader of the whole movement of technologically clued-in teenagers, fighting back against the tyrannical security state.A few years later, California's economy collapses, but Marcus’s hacktivist past lands him a job as webmaster for a crusading politician who promises reform. Soon his former nemesis Masha emerges from the political underground to gift him with a thumbdrive containing a Wikileaks-style cable-dump of hard evidence of corporate and governmental perfidy. It’s incendiary stuff—and if Masha goes missing, Marcus is supposed to release it to the world. Then Marcus sees Masha being kidnapped by the same government agents who detained and tortured Marcus years earlier.Marcus can leak the archive Masha gave him—but he can’t admit to being the leaker, because that will cost his employer the election. He’s surrounded by friends who remember what he did a few years ago and regard him as a hacker hero. He can’t even attend a demonstration without being dragged onstage and handed a mike. He’s not at all sure that just dumping the archive onto the Internet, before he’s gone through its millions of words, is the right thing to do.Meanwhile, people are beginning to shadow him, people who look like they’re used to inflicting pain until they get the answers they want. Fast-moving, passionate, and as current as next week, Homeland is every bit the equal of Little Brother—a paean to activism, to courage, to the drive to make the world a better place.
