《The Underworlds Hero》The League

The day after the funeral of dad, Nezu asked me to come in to watch the disk I had from Gran Torino. Aizawa and Nighteye chose to sit in since AFO was like a fatherly figure to them as well as a mentor in his own way. When the content of the disk came on, it showed dad sitting in a hospital bed looking at the camera. "Hello Izuku. If your watching this, then I failed to defeat All Might and avenge your mother." He began looking down continuing to speak. "I know that you will most likely ignore my warnings and everyone else's to go after him, but I want you to know that this is not me telling you to keep away and give up on stopping him. In fact, I've made peace knowing this is what you will do. But..you can't do it the way I did. You can't do it alone. So I asked a good friend of mine to give you a list of names of people to find."
I looked down at the list and nodded. "Each one of these people are ones that this society had failed and I could not truly help. I wouldn't be surprised if some names are more known for you than others. The only name I do not expect you to know however, is Gigantomachia. He is a man who was abandoned and looked at me as a companion above all else. He'll help you, but you need to prove you're worthy of his help to him. So at the end of this message, I have instructions on where to find him for when you believe you are ready. Please my son, do this smart instead of going head on into a battle you need to think in." The video stopped after that to show coordinates to a location. I wrote them down with the door opening to Kaachan, Toga, Uraraka, Momo, Jiro, and Kendo listening in.
"Sorry we interrupted this." Momo bowed with me walking over. "It's ok. I need help from all of you though." I held the piece of paper up to them and began explaining my mission. "Each of these names hold someone I need you to find. Locate them, and ask them to join a group I'm making." "You do realize your creating a group of vigilantes, right?" Aizawa looked at me with only a nod yes as a response. "I know, but there is no human alive that can face All Might right now besides me." "*sigh* That man was always stubborn in his beliefs, so I went ahead and put in a request for a group to be made to help you and your actions." Sir Nighteye gave me an acceptance for an organization to be made with a few heroes in the group. "The names on them are people that will join as well. While myself, Aizawa, and these six will get the members not counting Gigantomachia, your job is to talk to the pros and the three others that are on this list." I nodded as we all left to do this.
Thanks to some info I was given about where to find Mr. Bubaigawara, I found him working in a dump. "Nice work Jin. You can go take a break for lunch." "Thanks boss." I walked over to him while he was taking a drink out of a water bottle. "Your Jin Bubaigawara right?" "That's me, what can I do for you little missy?" "I'm here on behalf of Izuku Midoriya to ask you to join a team he's making." "You know Midoriya?" He started to smile at this. "Yes actually, he's a friend. Anyway, I wanted to know if you can join a group that we're making. It works with pros, but is kinda under the radar." He thought about it before turning to his boss. "So long as I can still work for this guy, I'm in. I owe your friend a lot, so I'm willing to offer my efforts anyway I can." 'That was easier than I thought.'

Since Shirakumo was a friend of mine, I agreed to go after him and Shimura. I tracked the two to a bar that my old friend now owns and walked in. While inside, I noticed a man with blue hair and a being that looked like a walking wisp cleaning up. "Sorry, but were not open yet." "You serve coffee?" The wisp nods before putting a pot on. "Just black is fine." As I sat down at the bar, I glanced over to the blue haired guy. "You wouldn't happen to be Tenko Shimura, would you?" He began to shake a but. "Uhh, no. Never heard of him. Names Tomura Shigaraki. I don't know a man by that name, hehehe."
I got up and patted his back. "It's fine. I'm not looking for you for a bad reason." In fear of my hand, he started to hold the broom he had with all five fingers for it to disintegrate. "Dammit!" Kurogiri, do we have a spare?" I sat back at the bar before Kurogiri gave me the coffee. "Thanks." I took a sip before continuing. "I'm going to be straight to the point, I need you both to join a group I'm part of." "You don't want us stranger. We're just a bunch of nobodies that nobody wants." Shigaraki kept sweeping with his head down. "Who wants a person who can't even touch something without fear of it falling to pieces and a walking corpse?"
I took a deep sigh before saying a name. "Hisashi Midoriya wanted you. Along with his son." This peeked both their interests. "Here's the thing, your an outcast because your grandmother was a very dangerous villain. Things didn't get better when it was revealed you had a very dangerous quirk and killed your family by accident." I turned to my old friend. "Your also a failed experiment to try and give people that didn't get the chance to do enough good for themselves a second chance at life. Unfortunately, you can't remember anything of your prior life without suffering from severe pain. My companion wants help from you both, nobodies or not."
Things were silent until Shigaraki spoke up. "I heard AFO died. Is that true?" "...I'm not happy about it myself, but yeah." "....He's the only person that cared about me. If he thinks I'm of any use, then I'm willing to help anyway I can. It's like he said when he helped me, 'I want to help because it's the right thing to do'. So I'll help because of that as well." "Alright, follow me then. I'll lead you to a rendezvous point."
I found myself going after a guy that went by the name Magna. With some luck, I was also able to find him talking with an info broker by the name of Giren. "Excuse me you two, but I'm looking for a Kenji Hikiishi and a Kageru Okuta." "You found them darling, but do you mind just calling me Magna. It doesn't suit well with my womanly heart." "Uhh, ok. Sorry if I gave a wrong first impression." I bowed to them with Giren starting first. "So what can we do for you?" "My friend is putting together a team and wants you both to join it." They looked at me like I said something stupid before Magna spoke up.
"You realize your talking to crooks, right love?" "I know, I read your files a bit on the way here." I pointed at Magna first. "Your responsible for many robberies, attempted murders, and murders. But the press didn't point out that you killed and nearly killed people that were responsible for harmful acts against people such as human trafficking, rape, and assault while also stealing from villains who made a living in the underground. While Giren here is an underground broker who works with also giving info to heroes. Though he does do good, the people only see the bad. My friend wants you two because you can help him and are willing to do good regardless of the bad."

They both thought of this before Magna answered first. "I'm in, just call me big sis from now on though." "I guess I can help too." "Thank you both. Also, if you can follow me then we can meet my friend." As we left, Giren started asking a few questions. "So who's this friend of yours?" "The son of AFO." "WHAT!?"
I was told by Ichan to look for this guy that looked like a gecko with finding myself in a dump of a neighborhood. While finding the residence, I fond Nighteye who seemed to be going to the same place. We knocked on a door for the guy I'm looking for to answer. "Yes?" "I apologize for coming here, but we wished to speak to a Chizome Akaguro and a Shurichi Iguchi." "You're talking to Iguchi and Akeguro is inside. What do you want?" "Would you allow us in to talk?" The gecko let us in with the a guy sharpening a katana inside. "First and foremost, we know you two are the villain hunter Stain and his companion Spinner and we aren't here to harm you or take you in." Both looked at us ready to kill before we continued.
"A friend of ours is making a team with which we would like you all to be part of." The two were thinking we were just a bunch of idiots before I stood up to get near them. "What do you want boy?" I began to do something I never realized I thought I'd do to anyone. I bowed and begged for their help. "Please. My friend wants to make a group to stop All Might, but can't do it alone. After fighting him once, I realized that if he does do this alone that he's going to die. To stop that, I'm begging you to help us." I started to shake in frustration with a hand being on my shoulder. "When a man has convictions to do something, he will do it regardless of life and death. What is your friends name?"
I looked up to Stain and stated his name. "Izuku Midoriya, the son of the late hero AFO." Stain started to smile at this. "Spinner, we're helping them." "But why sir? You never help heroes and focus only on stopping villains." "I owe a life debt to AFO for saving my life some time ago. If he is no longer alive, that debt goes to his next of kin." He sheathed his blade before looking at us. "If you are going after All Might, then you need a blade sharp and deadly. I will be that blade." Both me and Nighteye bowed at them before leading them to where we were gonna meet up.
While looking for my guy, I found some street performer in an overcoat doing a show on a playground. "Now watch closely children. Nothing up my sleeves." He began to do some parlor tricks with him pulling two marbles out of his coat. He snapped his fingers for them to turn into a few pigeons that flew away. The kids enjoyed it with him taking a bow. After a few more tricks, he eventually left taking a drink from a small fountain. "Quite the little trick you have there man." He glanced over to me and smiled. "Why thank you. But it's actually my quirk. I can compress things into the size of a marble that is near me. Quite handy for making children happy."
He started to gather what he had and tried to leave. "Your that magician from that traveling circus some years back, right?" He stopped immediately to sigh. "Unfortunately." "I heard you were charged with stealing from the people who visited the circ-" "That isn't true!" He got very defensive when I said this. "I did nothing of the sort! I only enjoy making people smile at my tricks because I enjoy seeing the happiness I can bring them! The others were the ones stealing!" "I know. I found out a lot about you Mr. Compress." He turned to me a little angry. "Why did you come to speak with me?" "A friend of mine wants to put together a group that his dad AFO asked him to. He wants you part of it."
He looked over to the kids that he just performed for who were smiling and trying to find out how he did what he did. "Why me?" "Don't know, but our goal is to stop All Might." He started walking away with this. "You all are insane. Trying to stop All Might? That is ludicrous." "Those kids you performed for, this is for them to keep those smiles. Do you have any idea how many kids went with losing a mom or a dad to that psycho? Doing this would be helping them more than just some shows to make them avoid the whole lack of a symbol of peace world for a short time. My friend, he grew up like that and it destroyed him and still is. The only peace he and any of those kids that may have lost a parent can have is when the blond freak is gone." This struck a nerve with him to agree. "I care for the happiness of the next generation, so I will go along for now." "Happy to have you on board Mr. Compress, and thank you."
My objective was a little hard to find since I had asked Todoroki where his older brother Touya was to only realize he was disowned by his father. But thanks to a little digging, I was able to find his home in a rather cheap apartment complex. I began to knock on his door for a man covered in scars that looked stapled on with black hair opening it. "Yeah?" "Uhh, Dabi?" "What do you want?" He didn't seem like the most approachable, but he isn't the worst person to have. "It is nice to meet you, my name is Momo Yaoyorozu and I represent my friend Izuku Midoriya. I would like your help in becoming part of a group to help combat-" "Not interested little lady. Now if you excuse me, I need to get some shut eye for my night shift at a convenience store."
He shut the door with me knocking again. "Mr. Todoroki, please! I insist you listen to-" He opened the door immediately to yell at me with anger. "DON'T YOU EVER CALL ME THAT NAME! ALL IT EVER HAS DONE WAS CAUSE ME PAIN AND AGONY! NOW GET THE HELL OFF MY DOORSTEP BEFORE I MAKE YOU!" "I'm not leaving until you hear me out!" We both stood there for a minute before he sighed. "Fine, I'll hear what you have to say and give my answer. After that, leave me alone." I agree with him letting me in his house.
When I got in, it looked rather small with not much in it. Arguably the most expensive thing in it was a mini fridge. "If you want something to drink, all I have is water." "I'm fine, thank you though." We sat down at a small table he had with me beginning to explain myself. "You see, my friend wishes to stop All Might, but he needs a group to help him." "So you thought the oldest son of Endeavor would help you. Hate to break it to you honey, but my quirk is defective. I can't use it without hurting myself. That's how this happened." He stated this while pointing at his scarred body.
"I'm not here because I thought you would be a worthwhile comrade being Endeavor's son, I came here because the former number 1 pro AFO saw something in you that nobody else did." He stopped when he heard this. "W-why would the number 1 pro think I'm good for anything? He's seen me and knows how dangerous my quirk can be to me." "Perhaps he saw something you couldn't. To me, I see a person powerful and caring seeing something worth this conversation in you. If we do this, you can prove you aren't defective along the way. What do you say?" I held my hand out with him starting to laugh. "You honestly think those words are going to make a difference in me? HAHAHAHA!" He slowly stopped laughing at this before smiling. "If the number 1 saw something, then I guess it's worth agreeing." He shook my hand with this making this journey easier.
"Thank you again for your help." "No worries. I was actually a hardcore fan of your dad growing up." "Same here." "I-I liked him too." "He was also an inspiration to all heroes old and new." "He never gave up, even when the best of us did." I smiled before leaving a room where I had talked to the other five Aizawa and Nighteye had join. 'Ok, so that's the Big 3 of UA, the BMI hero Fatgum, and the dragon hero Ryukyu. That seems to be everyone.' While walking out, I noticed someone I wanted to talk to in my class outside. "Seems my day just got a little better." I jumped out the window and floated to the ground to walk close up.
I wrapped my hand around Hagakure's neck and smiled at her. "W-what are you talking about Mido? Why are you putting your hand around my nec-" "Stop the BS. I know you work with All Might from phone records and a few well placed camera's around the school." I began to use a special lens quirk my dad had to see her face go from normal to pale. "W-what do you want?" "Two things. One, you inform me of any danger that may happen to this school or the students. Two, you get me any intel on All Might that you can." She was scared of this before agreeing. "Even if I don't, I'm dead with you right here."
I loosened my hand to stop holding her neck. "Good, and one more thing." I adjusted my hand and moved it to her face before speaking with a dark tone. I started making my hand burn green activating AFO to show her. "Y-you wouldn't do that. That would make you no different than a villain." I let go and look at her. "Just don't hide any info, and we'll get along fantastically. Understand?" She nods and runs away. 'Get ready All Might, because my group is being prepared as we speak.' I look down for a message from Aizawa saying everyone is ready. 'Now it's time for the League of Vigilantes to make their debut.'
And that finishes this chapter. So most of the League is formed with a few additions. The group will be working under the radar, but still be legal enough where they won't be in trouble for their work. The main objective will be to stop All Might, see how they'll do this going forward. Hope you all enjoyed this, and thanks for reading.
