"One flame alone can do more harm than good"

The fire Queen along with the love of her life walk together up to their thrones and sit down. His father and two siblings standing before them and the tension is thick in the room. They had not seen him in a long time and thought they'd never see him again. Most of his children hate him for reasons that only they can come up with. "Before we begin, where is that girl... your wife. Helen Persephone. Ah, locked up. Such a shame, she is quite the funny human with that magic inside her" Their father speaks, a smirk on his face when he sees how everyone's face hardens by the mentions of her, all except for the young Arabella who sits there emotionless.

"Father, I would highly appreciate it if you would not talk about past mistakes for I could be here all day speaking of your past mistakes. Ah, and before I forget, how is your new wife, cheating on you, correct?" Hades asks and the evil smirk on his face is hard not to see. Arabella knows this will be a long chat and most of it will be all of them insulting each other. Seeing how broken this family is, she feels for them.

She not only feels for them but she feels fear for them, they do not share the same love for their family that she shares for her brother... shared or so she believes. As she doesn't know that in this very castle, her brothers are. One completely in love while the other is trying to make sense of this whole thing. "All right, let us just begin by you father, explaining why you have come here and please can we have one family chat without one of us trying to destroy one another?" Poseidon asks.

Although he does remain calm, he is as angry as his siblings and they do have the right to be for their father has never been the father that one would want. "I do realize that your lives have been hard-" He begins to speak but is cut off my Hades scoffing as he sits on his throne. "But, you were created to balance the world, not destroy it" He says to them and his eyes look right over to Luna who rolls her violet eyes for she already knows that statement is anything but the truth, at least the first part.

"That is why another celestial creature was created, and a prophecy" He continues and that can only mean Arabella who clearly doesn't really understand what is going for she is just fifteen years old and even when she has been through a lot in the last couple of weeks, she still doesn't make sense of so much. She looks at the man with her fire eyes and can't even believe that the same man that stands there is the one that helped her. Somehow he's different yet the same which makes her even more confused. "Before we shall get to that, we will start with my daughter, Luna" He then says.

She rolls her eyes but she doesn't step near him as she herself goes up the steps to her own throne that is there. Smiling wickedly while she does so, showing her father that she is someone with power. "You can speak all you want father, yet it will not make me show any interest in it" She speaks. She has no intension of listening to what he has to say to her nor does she want him to be there. "You are going to be interested once you do listen" He tells her.

Hades sighs in anger for he knows what his father is doing. Stalling them for some reason and it only fuels his anger and one should never fuel a raging fire for they shall get burned. She looks at him with a bored expression on her face, wanting to get this over with as soon as possible. "Luna, you are my daughter but you are also a danger to the world... but I have seen how you have changed your ways. Because Arabella has shown you the kindness that I failed to provide and for that I apologize" Her father says to her and Luna feels tears prick her eyes, but doesn't allow them to fall.

She has to remain strong and not show any weaknesses. However, she does know that he is speaking the truth. Luna has made a friend and whether she likes it or not, she has changed for the better and more or less changed her evil behavior. Still that does that mean that she will turn her back on who she is, which is the one that is the shadow and the darkness. "That is why I grant you now and forever freedom. You no longer are a criminal for what you have done, you are free" He says.

For a moment she felt as if she heard him wrong but she didn't and that shocks her to the bones. She is quick to stand up and run down the steps to welcome her father into a hug, no matter how much of a weakness that is. Her whole life, her father has never cared for her and it made her lash out and now she is free. This is the love that she has been waiting for, for so many years.

It might not be much yet to her that is everything. For eons she has been branded as all things evil and for ten thousand years she was locked away, yet no longer. She never needs to be imprisoned again. "Thank you" She whispers to him. "One more surprise" He tells her and she breaks the hug and looks confused at her father. "Head for the dining room, I believe there is someone that you know there" He whispers to her and she nods her head, confused but she does walk to the doors without turning back for she has tears in her eyes and wishes no one sees that.

"My son, Poseidon, I believe you do have a girl waiting for you and she will not wait forever. Please go to her and I suggest you make her happy" He says as he turns to look at the water King who sighs and then leaves the room and then there are only three of them inside the room. Which he wanted all along for this matter is only for him and the King and Queen to discuss. "Now that they are gone, we can begin" He says.

His father has something planned, that he knows all too well and there is something that he's hiding. "Why have you come here?" Hades asks. He moves his hand to take Arabella's as he's having a hard time controlling his instincts as he needs to hold and her and be near her. It is a question that he has been wondering for some time now and it is not fully clear what his father wants from them now. "I came here to explain who your Queen Arabella truly is and what she is for you and I both know she's not a human" He says.

That makes Arabella become interested in this for she was quite bored. She does not understand most of the things that they would be discussing for she is still learning of this world and she knows there are more worlds that she still doesn't even know what are or what they do. "I am not a human?" She asks. She looks at her hands and she truly does look like a human and her whole life she has felt like a human. She bleeds like any human and she feels like a human.

She can't understand how she is not human, then again she does have fire running through her veins and she is the Queen of Hell which does explain that she might not be human after all but that never came into her mind. "No, my dear, that you are not. But you were born to one and your two brothers were human. What you are does not change the family that you have and the life that you once led. It only changes the way that you see yourself now and in the future" He tells her.

Looking down at the ground in confusion as she doesn't understand this at all. She stands up from her throne, the fire dress always raging yet so calm at the same time. "Then tell me what I am" She orders him. The spikes of the fires around the room reach higher up because of her emotions and they are boiling angry though it does nothing to frighten him. "I do wish it were as easy as that, yet it is not. To understand who you are you must first understand how the world came to be" He says and Hades rolls his eyes.

She doesn't need to know that, but his father does love to tell the story from his view for he was there. "No, she does not, father, get on with it, we do have a kingdom to run and not have all day to chat with my dear father" Hades says and his crimson red eyes are darkening, he's angry. Arabella still stands there and walks over to the man that will hopefully soon be her father-in-law. Or she doesn't know if mythical being have that or does she have it for she isn't a human? She doesn't know. He sighs. "You, my dear, Arabella are aren't a human for you are a celestial being by my own creation" H tells her.

Luna walks the hallways until she reaches the dining room and walks inside. There the food is on the table but three people are sitting by it. Jaxon, Thalia and Grayson. She gasps when she sees them. "It is not possible, I killed you two" She says and walks inside so that they can see her. Her eyes go over to Grayson, the one that she connected with or kissed and she did feel attraction to him.

He stands up and walks over to her. "Yes, and we it seems we are Demons" He tells her and she shakes her head. "The golden two brothers committed a sin, how interesting" She says smirking and it does make her more interested in him and them. "Well, now that you are alive, it seems that I will not be explaining to your sister how I was the one that struck you down. Now, I wish to know what sin you committed and believe me, I have all day and so do you for I believe your sister is about to hear a story longer than the universe itself" She says and sits down.

Taking some fruit off the table she starts eating it. "We do not know what sin we committed for we have lived a honest life" Jaxon says but he is far too busy to be in this conversation. Thalia and him have fallen in love and are with each other. The connection that they felt for each other ran deeper than anything that they've ever experienced and neither of them is letting the other one go. "You must have done something for otherwise you would not be here. That is how the world works" Luna says.

In truth, she is interested in what they did to end up in Hell, yet the attraction that she feels for Grayson is something that she wants to explore too. She did kiss him and it felt like she was ironically in heaven. "We did not do anything, I swear on that. All we did was take care of Arabella her whole life and then try to find her and bring her back home" Grayson says and if that is correct, then how did they end up as Demons.

Those questions are something that they do want to know and questions of how they became Demons with only one person who can answer that. Luna stands up and walks over to Grayson where he still stands, confused and doesn't have a clue on what to do next. "If it does make you feel any better, then I have always liked the sinner better" She whispers to him, feeling herself become vulnerable to him, something that she would do whatever it took to not feel this way ever, she doesn't like being weak or show weakness to anyone.

He walks away without saying a word and it leaves her confused and angry, he rejected her. And she does not deal with anger that very well for whenever she is angry, there will always be a high number in body counts. The three of them walk out of the dining room after Grayson had suggested they would find Arabella and Hades, leaving Luna alone standing there with tears in her violet eyes. Not knowing what just happened to her or why they would do that. She was trying to confess her feelings for him but he did not understand.

She isn't one that shows feelings or love and she doesn't understand what it is and she might be a bit rusty when it comes to speaking to people for she has been locked in a cell for ten thousand years, without speaking to a single person or creature. Being rejected once again is worse than being in that prison. With a heavy sigh she turns to the only place that she can feel like her evil self. The dungeon, where she loves nothing more than to torture the wife of the man that stole him from the one that belongs with him.

Luna does care for Arabella, more than she could even explain and she is her first friend and giving her the happiness that has now been denied to her would make her happy. Seeing Arabella smile is all that she wants and even when she might not be getting the man that she wants, doesn't mean that she should not help her friend get the man that she wants. Helen is still in the chains and still as miserable as ever but when she sees the look on Luna's face, she can tell what happened.

"Someone rejected the Princess of Darkness. That is surprising but surly you did expect this to happen. For who could ever want the one that only lives to bring darkness to the world" Helen says smirking but she does earn a slap on the face as Luna has opened the cell and walked inside. The chains that are around Helen keep her in place though she does stand up. Luna smirks wickedly to hide the feelings that she has inside. "Yeah, there is nothing worse. Oh... perhaps marrying a man that will never love you and loves another. And you can never win his love unless you curse him which frankly you did. How did that work out again?" Luna asks her, though it was more of a reminder than a question.

Giggling madly she looks at Helen dead in the eyes. "You are no better than I am" Luna says to her before she takes the chains up to see that there are bite mark on them. "Trying to escape, now are we. We both know that you can't break these chains for these chains are forged in Hellfire. The same thing that the true Queen can control and only those who possess that magic are able to free you from these chains" Luna tells her.

But it was something that she already knew. "Only making the argument of how you were never meant to be his wife at all seem more believable" She continues as she looks at the woman in the chains look down at the ground in sadness and shame, knowing that she has been defeated. "I do take great pleasure in torturing you" Luna says as she walks back and forth around in the cell. "Yeah, it seems that you and that is why you have not touched me now" Helen says as she looks at Luna.

Thinking that she might escape one-day fills her up but she knows that there are only two people that can release her and one of them hates her to the bones while the other does want to get rid of her for she did steal everything that was meant for her. Yet that can also be the other way around. "What was I supposed to do?" Helen asks the young girl that looks to be about to break from the ache in her heart, she can see heartache and pain when it's in front of her, even when Luna does try hide it.

"What was I supposed to do when a King offered to take me away and marry me? Make me his Queen? Rule a kingdom? For a woman like me, that opportunity is once in a lifetime. Kings in the human world don't ask normal girls to ask them to marry them. Offer them the world and have power beyond anything. I had to say yes to it for I was only a woman with powers to never fall to death, yet I had not much to live for" She says.

"Tell me, what was I supposed to do?" She asks her after she had stopped speaking for a couple of seconds while Luna had taken the information inside her and thought about the things that she said. "You would not know what it is like to live as a human and then be offered to become a Queen. I had to take it and I did. Only for it to turn out that I was not the one and I was cast aside like nothing" Helen tells her with tears streaming down her face.

"You of all people should know what that feels like" She continues and she can tell that she is getting somewhere with Luna as she has started to tear up with the fact that she herself had been cast out when she was supposed to be a powerful girl, and she was put into a prison for being herself. Then again, she did kill a whole lot of people and she did like it. "I do understand what that feels like, unlike you I don't dwell on it" Luna says with a smirk for she is about to torture this woman and will enjoy that.
