"A flame can only be powerful if you let it"

The deep orange irises with fire lines in blood-red color stares at the crowd of demons in front of her with burning rage in her eyes, the fire shaped lines around her pupil almost moving as she feels the fire within her rise. The kindness that once lived inside her has vanished in a blink of an eye and replaced anger, anger none knew she was capable of holding. Yet, a fire is everything that rage resembles and she's the Queen of fire. Because of her rage, the flames of every candle in the throne room rises up and become bigger and more wild. The flames changing color from deep orange and yellow and red to different shades of blue.

"This world thrives of cruelty and those believing themselves to be above others ruling. You all in here are the ones that should not be the one with the power of ruling. It is only I and your King who will rule over all of you. All of you are the sinners of the human world and you are all charged with being guiltily of committing a crime against life. Yet, even when being punished, you commit the same crimes over and over again" Queen Arabella speaks, the power in her voice makes everyone enchanted and compels them to listen to her every word.

Some if not all look ashamed with themselves and they should be, for she has found out the truth and now will do everything within her power to reverse the situation. "Forcing others to work for you only because you believe yourself to be above them. Let me tell you all one thing.... each and every one of you are on the same level and you all serve me. None of you have the power to force anyone to do what they do not want to do" Her eyes starting to glow as her anger rises.

The flames reaching higher and higher. They all panic as the state of their Queen and how she's releasing her anger out on them. She might not be hurting them physically but she does enough to make them see why she's the rightful Queen and her temper does match the one of the King, well not completely but close as his temper and the beast is one you do not want to mess with. "A young woman here has become a slave to some of you against her will and I will not allow that, not in my kingdom" She tells them.

Being a human herself, she's seen the cruelty people give women in the village, and how horrible they are treated. When she came to the Underworld, she was treated as an equal to the man, even greater than the man and she thought it means every woman in the kingdom but as it turns out, women are treated the same. Some deal with it and have come with terms with it, while others, like Thalia have always been fighting for their lives and fighting for their rights.

Lucifer stands up from his throne, and that always means he's angry. His beast wants to run free and slaughter each and every one of those who have mistreated women. For eons he's not cared much for women, he only wanted his Queen to manipulate her and use her powers, yet as soon as he felt the young Queen by his side his view of women changed him and now he only wants to make sure that she's always above him in station as Queens are special to the thrones of the worlds, and their King.

"My Queen is right, you are all here to be punished and we all know how much those punishment have grown softer with the years. Now that you've taken that advantage and gone back to your ways, the punishments will become even harsher and it shall be... spectacular" He says, his glowing red eyes slowly turning pitch black. The King and Queen stand side by side and watch over the crowd of sinners, who one by one panic at their words. They're already in Hell, what more can they do to them? Yet, Lucifer always has some punishment up his sleeve. They don't call him the cruelest King of all for nothing.

Before either of them could say more, black smoke surround the place, forcing all who are there to fall deep into slumber, except for the fire King and Queen. Sighing, he has already figured it out while Arabella has never seen Luna's magic for herself and she grips into her love. "What is happening?" She asks, her voice shaky and it has lost all anger. The flames also calm down from their raging state and return to the normal looking flame, or as normal as the Underworld can have it.

He holds her tight to him and slightly behind him to keep her safe as he doesn't know in what state his sister has gotten herself in now or how unstable she is. Arabella watches with a worried look on all the people that are on the floor, asleep, she knows that when she sees that most of them are breathing and that is a relief to her. She might be angry at those people, her very own subjects but that doesn't mean that she does not care for them. "Don't worry, my love. I fear my sister has given in to the darkness" He says with a smirk on his face.

Every since she came there, and he released her from her prison, he has been wondering how long it would take her to return to her old self and cause mischief and chaos all around. However, he will put an end to it if it will endanger the girl he loves. "I don't understand. How can she do this?" Arabella asks, she always knew Luna to be kind and not one to hurt people, then again she also knows that she did go to prison for ten thousand years so she must have done something bad.

"I fear my sister has committed herself to the darkness once more" He answers, even when he doesn't want to. Not even knowing which wrath is worse her's or his sister's, and he doesn't wan either of them to turn against him. Arabella opens her mouth to speak but never get the change to as the one they were just discussing steps from the shadows. The state of her worse than it has ever been. Her dress still torn up and bloodied, the midnight black hair in every direction. The violet irises looking angry and filled with hatred.

Arabella lets out a gasp as she sees her and attempts to run to her, but is stopped by Lucifer. Looking at his face, trying to search for the reason why she can't run to the only real friend she's ever had. However, his face is carefully watching his sister as she walks to the middle of the throne room, walking past the people on the floor as if they were not even there at all. One cannot unsee the wicked grin plastered on her face as she continues to slowly make her way towards her brother and his love.

Going past his hand, Arabella makes her way down the stairs. Her eyes focused on Luna, with worry and with love. When Luna's violet eyes see the girl, she stops right in her tracks and let's out a gasp. Yet, she's quick to hide her feelings and her shock washes away with a chuckle. "So, the little princess lives. It seems you've become immortal, how... impressive" Luna speaks, her voice is darker and more twisted than it has ever been before, the evil in her eyes never leaving her as she stares at the girl who has walked up in front of her.

With tears in her eyes and ignoring the word that she had spoken, Arabella hugs her and she can't help but feel this overwhelming feeling of joy as she does hug her, the one person that stood by her when she was literally dying and the only one that was with her through the pain, a pain she's slowly remembering. After a few seconds she breaks the hug, only to let a tear roll down her cheek. The glare in Luna's eyes stares deep into her soul.

She backs away from the girl, suddenly feeling afraid of how she's looking at her with a murderous look. Even though she has not harmed her yet, it does not mean that she doesn't intend to. "Luna?" Arabella asks, her voice soft and calm, yet low and she's not even sure if the man standing by his throne heard her, then again she's not even sure if she wants him to hear. "Do you remember me? We are friends, you were with me and I could not ask for another to be by my side when it happened. I suppose it would have been wonderful to avoid it all together..." The fire eyed girl trails off, not knowing what to say.

Looking deep into Luna's eyes, she doesn't see any recognition in her eyes, nothing to tell her that she remembers her, yet she somehow does remember her since she said that she came back from the dead, and it was as if she knew who she was but at the same time didn't. "Luna, are you feeling alright? Is there anything I can get you? Perhaps you'd like to sit down? This whole thing has been hard for us all and I pray it has not destroyed you for I fear it will destroy me seeing you in pain" Arabella softly speaks to her.

Without getting any response from her, she turns around to look at Lucifer, only to notice that he's not in the place that she was before. He had walked down the stairs and joined her side, of course keeping her close to him to protect her from all harm, even if that harm is his very own sister. "What's wrong with her?" She asks him, unsure of what is going on with the violet eyed girl. She fears for her, and she's worried about her.

"My sister has always fallen prey to the darkness, it has happened before and soon she shall become unstoppable and will kill everything and everyone in her sight. The only way to stop her is to send her back to her prison" He tells her, regretting his words as soon as their spoken. Arabella's eyes fill with tears once more and she lets them fall down, not even trying to stop them from falling. "No. I swore to her I would stand by her side and I swore she would never be sent there again and I intend to keep that promise" She speaks.

The red fire lines in her irises begin to move and soon her eyes glow and the flames in her eyes take their form. "I am the Queen and I stand for what is right. No one, not even she will suffer under those cruel conditions any longer" She speaks, looking deep into his eyes, his glowing red ones. Seeing the flames in her eyes, he smiles proudly. The power inside her shines through her peacefully and enough to make her threat be the one that he will be afraid of.

"I understand. Yet, it is I who released her when it was not her time to be out. You may not understand what has been done and as the King of the ones who have sinned, I will punish her as I wish" He speaks, his eyes glance at his sister. Still in the same place, her glare at the two is intense, yet he sees she inside her mind and not paying attention to them, he figures she's scheming her next move. He hates to admit it, yet he was wrong to break her out, yet he wanted revenge and he knew she did too, but not if it means that the love of his life gets hurt. No revenge is worth that.

This does anger her when she hears him speak. But, she doesn't express her anger towards him, instead she takes a deep breath to calm herself down before she turns around and looks at Luna once again. Smiling softly to her, even when she's in a trance like state. Arabella takes her hand and pulls her towards the doors, of course being careful to not step on anyone and making a mental note to do something about this because this is the second time that people are on the floor, however this time they're not dead.

She might not be responding, but she is following her. Arabella smiles to herself when she realizes that there is still some parts of Luna that doesn't want to kill her and maybe that's a start to get her over to the good side. Lucifer only watches his midnight haired sister being dragged off with his love and as much as he wants to follow them to keep her safe, he doesn't.

"Our first fight, can you believe it? I feel so bad about it" Arabella says when the doors close behind the two. Still dragging and pulling Luna around, she's not even sure if she's hearing her but perhaps she isn't even talking to her but herself. "I mean, I love him. I do. I love him more than I've ever love anyone in my life, and I should feel better that I just got what I wanted, yet I feel guilty. I should go and apologize..." She trails off, just speaking her mind, and nervous and guilty about this whole thing.

"If you ask me, how about revenge" Luna speaks, apparently she had been listing to her rant and she even had listened to their fight as Arabella calls it, she just never gave any sign that she was listening but she was and she was planning in her mind, mapping out the schemes she has. "Revenge? I could never want that. It is wrong to want revenge on him. And it was only one fight and we shall be all right. I may not know how this is going to work, yet I do know that we shall work it through, together" She says, happy that she's not planning to think like Luna is at the moment.

They don't know where they're going, like some time ago they just walked the castle, never really going anywhere. Just having a time where they were alone. However, no matter where they go, they can't avoid the dead guards, but they've learned to ignore them, even when things are bloody and disturbing. Arabella does everything in her power not to look, fearing that it will remind her of the time she spent in that place where everything was black and she found human bones. She's do anything to forget those memories, yet she has them.

Obviously they can't go into her bedroom, as Helen is there, the wife that she doesn't really like, and after what she saw happen in there, she never wants to go there again. So, the two are left walking around, and just talking. "Revenge is better than facing what you must face, as I did long ago" Luna speaks. Her words do confuse the girl as she doesn't know what she's talking about, even when she knows so much about her, she feels like she doesn't know anything about Luna or who she truly is.

The other girl is speaking from experience, but the only problem is that Arabella doesn't know what she had been through. The siblings had given her a little something to piece together, yet she doesn't know much. Come to think of it, she doesn't even know that much about Lucifer, then again she can just blame that on the fact that everything has been happening to her and she has dead, twice. "My brothers always taught me to never make decision when angry, for that is where you shall make a mistake and regret it your whole life" She smiled when she spoke, remembering her brothers.

Even when she knows that she might never see them again, she knows that she will always have them with her, in her heart and in her memory. They will never disappear from her memories, she shall remember forever. The love she holds for them is eternal and she would give anything just to see them again and maybe she will see them again, yet she prays it will not be in the Underworld for that is a place where the guilty and the sinners are being punished and she would not be the one to punish those she loves.

"My brothers taught me to love no one, guard myself and fight with everything I could to the end" Luna says, her voice emotionless, giving no hint of if this is a bad thing or a good thing. However, this doesn't seem like a good thing in Arabella's mind. The very sentence that she had spoken sent shivers down her spine, and horror on her face. It might not be that much, but it did tell how Luna was raised, even with those few words. She did not grow up with love, at least not like Arabella was.

"Well they are wrong, love is what makes this world work" Arabella tells her, as they walk in the hallway where there is a large window to see outside to the kingdom and she realizes that she really hasn't seen much and the view from the castle must be beautiful since it's higher up and she's able to see more. She pulls Luna to the window and together they watch outside. "Believe me, princess, the world is cruel and dark. Love gets lost and forgotten and it will get destroyed no matter how great it is" She says before her eyes catch something, something that she has been fearing since the moment that she broke from her prison. War has arrived.

Lucifer sat back on his throne and this feeling of going after his Queen banging inside his head, but he doesn't move from his throne. Looking around the throne room and seeing all the people sleeping on the floor and how many guards he has that are died, he really needs more guards and it will take forever to get them, however he does indeed have forever.

Suddenly the doors that lead outside the throne room burst open, not the one that the King and Queen take but the one that the people can come from. A demon in his human form walks inside, never even taking a second look at the ones on the floor, and neither does he care about it. This demon is known to the King and whenever he comes, trouble always follows, yet not from him but from what he protects. He bows down before his King. "Alister, my old friend, what brings you here at the castle when you are the keeper of the gate?" Lucifer asks the man.

He only looks at Lucifer with worry in his eyes after he stands up from his bow. "I fear, your majesty that there are two men, by the name of Jaxon and Grayson have entered the gate and are here in the Underworld" Alister says, his voice shaky as he knows that he has failed his King to protect the gate and make sure that nothing unwanted enters the kingdom. A wicked smile makes its way over to Lucifer's face. "Bring them to me" He says and the evil in his eyes escapes no one.
